"Was what good?" Danny asked confusedly, rubbing her head as she attempted to stand up from under the drum.
This thing was heavy. She pushed it off and got off her knees, leaning on her guitar for support. "I guess it was good ... it was fun!" She held her head, sort of wobbling. Were things supposed to spin like that?
You really did get a nice flap JD.

Amphi jumped up and instantly went over to the Demon boil. Of course she had no voice so it was hard for her to make out what she wanted but.... A piece of paper and a adoring shy smile was looking JD right in the eyes. Perhaps she wanted his signature?

JD did what any reasonable boil would do when presented with a clearly flustered, boob-bearing young lady.
He pressed the paper to his lips, and then leaned in to put his lips to hers.

And Amphi did what most fangirls did. Stared in awe as he kissed the paper, and when he leaned in closer....She didn't know what to expect at all.
And a gentle kiss on her lips and she just....
Stared...in awe.
JD had kissed her.
Life complete.

Somewhere in the distance, Danny heard PUNCH HIMMMMMMmmmmm in a voice that was remotely similar to her best friend's.
She didn't get why until she looked over at what JD was doing to Amphi. Mama bear Danny was not okay with this. That was her Amphi, not JD's!
Well that and she was dating Roch, but that was of no consequence.
Even in her dizzy, worn out state, she went and punched JD right in the cheek, sending him flying. "THAT'S NOT OKAY," she shouted, as she threw her guitar afterwards to emphasize her point. The guitar missed and splintered onto the ground inches from JD's body, but the point was still there. No touchy.

Enzo picked up a few scattered pieces of hardware from his broken instrument, glancing up in time for the kiss-and-punch. With a sigh and a chuckle, he made his way over to his fallen band-mate, crouching beside him to offer to help him up, "You definitely got a way with the ladies, John."

JD let Enzo help him up, nursing his busted face. He didn't reply, too busy fishing around in his mouth for- He spit it out in his hand. A tooth. His perfect smile, tarnished forever. He felt a sob coming on.
