I have a complaint about the NEW activity check. I fail to see the need for this to be a constant thing, but that isn't the main focus. No, it is not the fact that I found it idiotic to make another one right after we just finished one. My complaint is aboit how short the time limit is. TWO days is ludicrous, people have jobs and families.

unfortunately this one was a necessary one, we need to weed out the short comings so that we can assign jobs to the capable.

You may find it stupid or almost foolish for us to do this, you may even think it unfair, but the fact is that this is not a debate, this is not a question why it is to do or to die.

We the mods have made this decision after extensive discussion. This was not just pulled out of a hat or done on a whim. Two days is more than enough time. If you can manage to check the guild once every two days then your just wasting time. We need mods who can be here to run the show.

This check was more for mods than it was for members but it also gives us a chance to see who is here and who isn't here. it'll be better for all in the long run. You will do well to remember that everything we do is for a reason even if you can't see it on your own. So just do as your instructed and compose your self, we know what we're doing.

I must not "compose" myself when I state my opinion on something that will have a very negative and damaging feedback on the guild. I can assure you that much. I remember you yourself had a little hiatus and is now back as if nothing ever happened. This is not a shot at you, but if this is directed at mods you should know what it means to be busy.

You also stated that it is necessary. Please enlighten me on the differences between this check and the last. I am honestly curious, there maybe something that I can't see.

May I also know how many mods out of the total twelve were part of this "extensive" discussion. I don't need names i'm just curious once again.

no no , your missing the point. When we tell you to do something you do it, full stop.

and out of the 12 mods we had about 6 if you must know and it was decided that this be the last straw, if you must know.There is no difference between this check and the last one, however we are expecting a different out come.

and as to my "Haitus" i gave clear and advance warning of this said leave, if you must know, so i can come back here as if nothing happened because i have earned that right sir. Also i'm curious to know how this will damage the guild? lets hear how one simple check will damage the guild?

Sorry, but no one tells Gabriel Dos Santos Malavaes what to do unless I violate a rule and I don't think it's against the rules to state my opinion on something no matter what it is. If you can find a rule that says so, please link me. If you bring up the grounds that I am not following mod orders then you're wrong since i'm not obligated to post in there unless I want to keep my position.

If you ask why Ithink this "simple" check will be damaging to the guild then you have severely ignored my complain and instead only tried to enforce crew mentality onto me, but I can repeat myself. My problem is not the fact we must go through another check even though I do find it, like i said, idiotic. The time limit is bad. Checks should be at least a week and not two days in the middle of a school week. THAT is my issue with this whole tango.

Please stop telling me, "When you tell me to do something, full stop." I am compliant with everything that crew tells me, but I don't take kindly to condescension. This is my fault, I try to work on it, but most of the time I can't. So just to avoid it.

Never in all my years have i ever met such an insubordinate guild member. With that said i'll say this.

You can [A] Post and keep your position or don't post and lose your position {which will eventually lead to your removal from the guild}

Middle of the school week or the beginning of the apocalypse, I DON'T GIVE A FLYING BAD WORD. You either say your not going to be here or we will assume that your in active and change you out, it's that simple. Two days, if you don't like it, then don't comply with it, but if you don't comply with it then we the mods will handle it however we see fit, complaint or not.

And with your attitude Mr Gabriel Dos Santos Malavaes, you won't last very long because i'm the kind of mod who gives you just enough rope to hang your self with.

You will do well to remember that as long as your just a member in this guild and not a crew, my word as a mod is law and you WILL do well to follow it.
