 Naru smirked. 1234 huh? She had expected something more... sophisticated, really... She listened as Fenrir conveyed the rest of the information he'd heard to her. It was a good thing they arrived today it seemed from the urgency of everyone and the near completion of whatever they were talking about. And though Naru knew perfectly well, as she dealt with prisoners on a regular basis, it was still a bit weird to be hearing about the personal details of their enemies... she didn't like personalising her targets if she could help it. She shrugged and peeked forward to look at the lock and slumbering scientist. It looked like it might be difficult to swipe the keycard without incapacitating the scientist, but something messy would no doubt raise suspicion... wait a minute...
She leaned close to Fenrir. "Do you know the Chakra Kyuuin jutsu?" She hoped he did. In fact most shinobi of her level did, it was just that she was a bit behind in ninjutsu really... Besides, Fenrir seemed like a taininjutsu specialist much like Hiru. "If you could sneak up to him and take enough of his chakra to render him unconscious for a while discreetly it will be a piece of cake to retrieve the keycard. He'll wake up eventually as his chakra supply replenishes and we'll be long gone." She waited for his opinion on her idea.

 Shikon thought about how he could possibly get it. It seemed tricky and he was never really good at stealing things. Sure he was sneaky but stealing was another thing all together. He blinked at Naru as she came up with a brilliant plan. He looked her up and down and whispered to her. "You're scary... Did you know that?" He looked back into the room and took a deep breath. "But I do have it and I'll see what I can do." He looked at her closely and thought to himself. 'Scary...'

Shikon took a deep breath and mutter a few words to Naru. "You're still scary." With that last thing said he placed his hand on the man lightly and started to drain the man's chakra slowly. He glanced back and Naru to make sure she was keeping an eye out just in case. He couldn't believe this plan was working so well. He was wondering if she did this often. He stopped every now and then before he started to pull the mans chakra out of him again. After the fourth pull he stopped. He checked the mans pulse and nodded. It was a little shallow but he'd live. He grabbed the key card and handed it to Naru. "Good plan girly. Brilliant plan... But you're still scary." He closed the door behind him and pointed towards way they were supposed to go to the Library.

Perfect. Naru kept a lookout for any potential guards stumbling upon them while Fenrir did his work. At the same time she made a resolution to learn the jutsu too when she got back from the mission. This one and Suika no Jutsu were the two jutsus that she sorely wished she had at some points in the mission so far, so she'd have to rectify that. When Fenrir stepped back outside with keycard in hand she smiled. Her mask did all the talking for her, really. "Thank you. Great job. Heheā«" She followed his lead and headed in the direction of the library, in a much better mood. She wasn't that scary... was she? Well, whatever.

As you join up at front of the door of the main library, all disguises are dropped since, one way or another, you aren't supposed to even be in this part of the facility without authorization. Hiru opens the door to the room slowly, as to make sure no one inside is actually working while you finish your main objective. You walk into the library to find a large room filled with bookcases and scroll compartments. The floor is covered by tables of various shapes and sizes, loitered with various scrolls and books, inscriptions scribbled on them, and sometimes even overflowing from books to continue on the tables, walls and floor. Intelligence has revealed that one of the seals that was develloped here was extremely promising and only a few days away from being field tested. Finding it, however, should prove to be quite a challenge as it was not revealed what the seal looked like or even what it did...------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 
Hiru was certainly glad his squad had found the main objective but certainly hadn't anticipated to be faced with such a situation. He didn't know the first thing about fuuinjutsu and now had to find an extremely complex formula in the midst of literally thousands of others. And if that wasn't enough, there most likely was a patrol that would come and check on this room at some point and he did not know when, so they had to work fast. Really fast. "No time to waste squad, let's get to work.", he signaled his team. However, as soon as he got ready to look for the seal, his eyes turned to a specific section of the library in which seemed to be piled what greatly resembled complex experimental ninjutsu formulas. Realizing the potential this could hold, he turned to Naru, knowing she'd know just what he was thinking, to see what she thought about the idea of splitting their efforts.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Naru was still in her good mood when they met up with Hiru and Masanori. Even the mountain of texts looming upon them didn't faze her. Hiru's gaze directed her to the other parts of the library that spoke to her a lot more than Fuuinjutsu, let's be honest. Every inch of Naru's body was dying to check out the ninjutsu and genjutsu sections (though the ninjutsu one was MUCH larger). They couldn't forget their objective, but, it wouldn't hurt to diversify, right?
"Why don't you and Dog check that section out for a bit, see if you can find anything interesting?" She gestured over to the Ninjutsu section. "Loverboy and I can root here until you're done. Just be quick about it." She waited to see if anybody had any other opinions. It occurred to her then that Hiru had a summoning contract with some groovy tortoises but it would probably be too much effort. Plus, she wasn't sure how the tortoises would react to being summoned to do bookwork. It would probably be much wiser to conserve energy.

Hiru listened very carefully to his intelligence specialist's proposal as she made a detailed analysis of every shinobi's particular skills, but very quickly made a counter proposal as he explained in more details their current objective and the options they had to choose from depending on the situation.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Step 2Option 1Stealing the formula: You run away with the formula and don't look back. Sooner or later (probably sooner) someone will most likely realize the formula is gone, which may lead to an increase in security in other bases, making all future objectives more complex. May also make accomplishment of secondary objectives inside this facility impossible. Reward: Cash in what you have gathered at this point from the main objective.Option 2 Making a rough transcription of the formula: Leave behind a copy of the seal you just stole with just enough alterations to buy you enough time to complete your mission. Craft + Fuuinjutsu DC 60 Success: Complete this objective. May move on to option 3. Failure: Keep working, add the total of your failed rolls to your new roll and repeat this step. Reward: 150 XPOption 3 Making a complex transcription of the formula: Leave behind a copy of the seal you just stole with many subtle alterations that will set the enemy back months before they realize there has been tampering. Will cause just as much trouble to the enemy (if not more) and will buy you a lot more time to complete secondary objectives in this facility. Craft + Fuuinjutsu DC 90 Success: Complete this objective. Failure: Keep working, add the total of your failed rolls to your new roll and repeat this step. With this new information explained to the rest of the team, Hiru knew what he had to do. Naru had explained very clearly the strengths and weaknesses of each member and, with that, Hiru made a call as squad leader. "Dog, look into those piles of scrolls to see if you can find something that seems promising to bring back to the village to complete. Petal, or Loverboy, whichever you prefer, stay near the door just outside the room and stall any guard that comes by to buy us as much time as possible to finish up here. Naru, ready your ink and take a blank scroll from one of the tables. As soon as I find the seal I'm tossing it to you and you have to make an imperfect copy to leave here.", he explained in a flash.
"Everyone has their assignments. MOVE.", he concluded with unusual authority.

Shikon walked up to the door where the met everyone. He followed them all inside and listened as the gave their ideas and what to do. Shikon just nodded as he went over to the stack of scrolls and started to unravel a few at a time looking over them. He was glad he didn't need to deal with the searching of the seals, they all looked the same to him. He never had really any interest in them to begin with so he didn't really care. He rolled the scrolls that weren't the one he was looking for and placed them in a small pile. He was going to get this one way or another. He hoped that everyone else was having better luck then he was having at the moment. He wondered what this new ninjutsu would look like anyways.

Hiru's efforts were going better than expected. He didn't know much about fuuinjutsu; but he could separate rough drafts compared to finished products, and the way they were sorted gave him hints on the importance and nature of the seals he was looking through. Practically running through the alleys, he kept his research going as fast as he could.

On a shelf he found a scroll on which was written the mention classified and that had shipping instructions meant for it to be sent to Amegakure in less than a week's time. He had no doubt this had to be it. Pulling it off the shelf, he barely took the time to turn around it and tossed it to Naru so she could have enough time to make a decent copy to substitute the original they were going to leave here as a decoy.
This turned out to be going even better than anticipated.

 After Hiru gave his orders and started rooting through the shelves Naru found a brush, a blank scroll, and enough ink. Hiru found the scroll in a flash and Naru caught it deftly. She unrolled it, placing it in front of her, and started to work. First she concentrated on getting the basic shapes right. She knew enough about Fuuinjutsu to know that even small alterations could have catastrophic effects so there was no point changing things that could be caught at first glance.

 As they all met together again, Masanori's worries lifted from his shoulder. He was happy as he saw his two other teammates unscratched. Oh how nice it was, they could protect his life with their outmost potential. He followed the group towards the library and made sure to cancel his "Henge" as sson as the door was closed behind them. "Ah, it's nice without the chakra drain" he said as he wiped a few sweat drops off of his forehead.
He listened with the outmost concentration and focus, as he always does, and began to take a few steps towards the section him and Naru were supposed to go, but stopped in mid-air as Hiru began suggesting another plan. "Ah.. I guess I have to activate it again.." he said as a sigh followed his feelings towards the situation. He made sure once more to infuse a rose with chakra to be favorable during seduction attempts.

Making a water clone will increase copying speed. However, given the small size of the canvas, the number of people who can work on it remains limited and their effectiveness cannot be optimal.

Shikon sighed as he searched through more scrolls. All the ninjutsu's he looked through were stuff he had already seen used in some way or another. He sighed as added the scroll to the small piled he was already building up with rejections. He grabbed another scroll and unrolled it. He skimmed what he could and sighed. He wasn't finding anything useful, but it was the mission so he continued on anyways. He rolled the scroll back up and set it on the pile. He paused and looked at the pile briefly as he grabbed another roll. He sighed as a thought entered his mind. 'I'm going to have to return those back to the shelves.... Stupid scrolls...' He grumbled under his breath as he kept searching.
