4. You play the slots and win! A ton of gold coins fall out and you scoop them all into your hands. A particular one catches your eye, for it was not like the others.
The grunt wasn't much of a gambler, but slots were easy, and it was the next game she aimed for. After a few tries, her luck was rather beaten, but it got back up and shook itself off when the grunt hit three lemons. The slot machine rang and spurted with lights and a rainfall of coins tumbled out of it. As the tokens collected into her cupped hands, a flaxen shine caught her eye. She fingered it out of the pile and held it aside as she pocketed the others, turning it around and around in her hand. It looked like a doubloon. Weird. Was it some kind of foreign currency or was someone trying to cheat the slots?
