Not just one, but two voices (Eunomia and Victoria) prompted her as she moved onward. Stopping in place once more, she spoke just loud enough so that those who were close by could hear her.

"...If you feel the desire to honor those who have just passed on... feel free to join me... but I would appreciate it if you could stay with the queen and learn what you can... however, this is something that I need to do..."

Once more, the Princess continued on an unknown path, seeming to try to find a place that was not as crowded as the current spot near the Queen. She was not here to push others to understand the customs of her world of old.

Again she didn't respond directly to questions and concerns directed at her. It was strange that she did seem to look at the people that spoke to her, but in the end something was being lost in translation, and it was almost as if she couldn't hear them.

The translucent Queen lingered for a moment as some seemed to chose whether to follow after or not, before finally finished her trip up the stairs and into the nearest set of open doors. If they followed they did, if not she seemed to make no moves to force it on them. It wasn't in her nature to force, especially over something like a tour. No, she simply walked through the large entryway and into a larger room nearby. It seemed as if her staff should have been making soft clacks against the marble floor, but in truth there was just more silence. Well until she spoke again.

"The majority of the castle and the grounds are at your disposal."
"There is a ballroom, many comfortable sitting rooms, a dining room, gardens, and many other places outside and inside to use as needed. If you look you might find books and items that could help you in your journey."

"The only place off limits is my family's bedroom wing of the castle."

Her hand stretched out, a finger pointing towards the hallway that housed the rooms she spoke of. Even from far away it was obvious that some sort of magical barrier ran from the floor to ceiling halfway down the hallway.

Victoria nodded softly towards Iris, as she answered. "I'll let you know what she says." He answered to her, in case any of his teammates wanted to go with her. While he wasn't quite as versed in this war as the rest of his teammates, he felt he could learn a great deal.

The queen continued up the stairs to the castle and Victoria followed the moon queen. Taking notes for Iris and whoever else on his team didn't follow. Staring at awe at the castle's inside. A ballroom? Sitting rooms, gardens!? It was amazing though admitly a little creepy with the eerie silence of what should have been the Queen's footsteps.

Iris' voice drew Niflhel's attention from the moon queen. He looked back to Polaris and then to the queen after Iris had finished speaking. He wanted to be in both places, but he knew it was impossible. There was something about the way Iris put it that made him want to follow.

Even as beat up as he was, "Polaris...." He said softly pressing a kiss to her cheek, "I'm going with Iris, will you stay here and let me know what you find out? I don't think I can process much more information tonight." There was a weak smile from the knight.

Perhaps it was part of him wanted comfort. Something to ease his mind a little, clear the millions of thoughts. He knew his duty as a knight but that didn't mean he didn't feel a need to honor those that passed. Or repent for his sins... and he wasn't quite the catholic type. Giving Polaris a small squeeze before he let go to follow after Iris.

"I hope you don't mind my company your highness." Addressing her with respect, the same he'd show to any royalty.

Somewhere inside Polaris was a little sad to see him leave. Maybe it was that jealousy that occasionally reared it's ugly head. But to think that that other Princess had what he needed right now when she didn't? These thoughts were kept silent, locked away from her already upset boyfriend. She was probably being ridiculous.

Parting ways she moved to follow after the ghostly queen, peering around as the short tour and information was given. It was true.. she'd have liked answers to some of the questions that were being asked, but she'd take what she was given. Who knew.. maybe over time they'd be able to see her again, and she'd answer the questions that plagued them. It was easier to believe now that they had access to her home.

Concordia joined the edge of the group following after the queen quietly, taking in the surroundings with soft interest. She was still wishing for tiramisu, and the comfortable normalness that was earth and home, but Chronos might be interested in knowing about all of this.

The group was splitting up a few different ways, and for a moment the Cosmos squire was uncertain which way to follow. In the end he chose the path that had the most people. More people, more friends!

Her tone seemed strangely even as she addressed the knight who decided to tag along.

"Please don't call me that...Iris... is just easier..." The labels of royalty had never truly set in with her in this lifetime, and even in her past, she tended to avoid pointing such things out with her own people. Despite the slight quip, she did answer his question.

"I do not mind at all..."

When she figured she was out of the general view, she stopped and turned to face whoever had decided to join her. She nodded her head towards the others, in an effort to show her appreciation. However, they probably were all wondering why she had separated from the group.

"I appreciate your presence, but more than anything, those who passed on probably appreciate the sentiment as well. In the past... my people had a ritual to send the deceased to the spirit world. It... is highly religious by our standards."

She nodded once more, taking a look over those who might have drifted in.

With a deep breath, the Princess started to dance. She spun and spun in varying circles, her arms and legs moving in a well practiced manner. Though the movements seemed fluid, there was a strange tightness to the motions, as if she was concentrating on making very exact movements. There was no music, but there was a rhythm that the onlookers could have assumed the blonde was keeping to in her head. Though she hadn't explained the true meaning of the dance, it seemed as if honoring the deceased was meant to be a cheerful occasion.

It might have seemed odd, and the dance itself was somewhat short, but when she finished, she politely turned to the group again, bowing slightly in a polite manner.

"Thank you..." Her lips formed a gentle smile as she then gestured back to where the others had been before. It was time to head back to the queen of this quiet world.

“Maybe it’s magic” Athene suggested in answer to Kailash’s statement about the fact that there wasn’t supposed to be any breathable air. It seemed as good a reason to the dark-haired senshi and better than thinking too hard on the alternative.

Looking from Nysa to Kailash he added quietly “I think we’ll have to follow Queen Serenity, if we want to find out any answers” as he shifted his gaze to the path that the ghostly queen was taking. “I’m going to follow after her. Do either of you want to come?”

Although by now she was some way ahead, Athene reckoned that he could catch up if he walked quickly enough and intended to do so whether Nysa and/ or Kailash responded to his question in the positive.

It seemed as if the Moon Queen was not nearly as present as the Page thought. This was not like his interactions with his Ancestor, which was quite direct. He could have come up with many theories if he set his mind to it, but now was not the time.

"I concur, Sailor Athene. Let us see what she has to offer. Will you be joining us, Page Kailash?" The general group was slowly departing, the majority in the same direction as the spirit, and a small group away from the castle.

Niflhel nodded softly as Iris asked not to be called highness. "Sorry, it's a bit of a habit when in presence of a higher class that I don't know.... well?" He answered a little sheepishly, and choosing his words slightly carefully. It had been for his time spent with his grandfather and grandmother that everyone was addressed by their proper titles unless you were told otherwise.

He nodded once again when she said she didn't mind. "Thank you."

The knight was watching Iris as she danced. The movements and all. It was in a way strange to watch, perhaps because it seemed celebratory. However, in passing thought the knight could see why it might be. They were no longer in this war, burdened by their side or the choices they made...

When she was finished and those that had followed her began to break up, Niflhel lingered a moment. Thinking, "Iris..." there was a moments pause as if he was considering what he was about to ask, "... would it... be disrespectful of your people, for me to ask to be taught the dance?" It seemed to be an awkward question, not only something he wouldn't normally ask but, he was unsure how to ask it. The Saturn knight was hoping he hadn't offended her. "I understand if the answer is no." He added.

Egeria didn't believe they weren't dead. There was a ghost!! She just clung to ********* though and felt like going to sleep, however she heard Hygiea's voice and strained to open her eyes. Seeing her orange haired teammate was a relief, she knew she could heal and the soothing feeling was a pleasure.e

"Thank you!" She clambered off ********* and flung her arms around Hygiea. "See your powers are far from useless!" Her leg nearly gave way from underneath her but she managed to stay standing. She couldn't feel it now and though she was aware she did still have a horrible hole in her leg she also knew it would heal faster now and she was so thankful so made a mental note to get her friend a cat of some sort, maybe another cuddly one.

She did then listen to ghost lady - which of course meant they were all dead - mention the grounds and somewhere not to go? Brilliant!

"*********> I am going to explore..." She had that grin on her face that made it rather obvious that she was heading to the bedroom wing that had been clearly labelled as off limits.

It was not intended to be a long trip. Tonight, after such a long and heart wrenching battle was not the night for exploration and lingering. The most important of information had been given, and now their brief encounter was to end. Atleast for now.

It was certainly not 'the end'. They'd be back soon enough. If they wanted to be.

The figure continued slowly on after her moment of divergence, gazing at all the faces of the group that had decided to follow after her. She believed in them. It was obvious in her eyes, no sign of worry or uncertainty touching her face.

And then as suddenly as she had appeared the Moon Queen began to glow a brillant silver, disappering as every senshi scattered in their various places about the moon found their phones suddenly in front of them, glowing just as brightly. As the glow faded they'd notice something new dangling from them, something that looked like a simple pearl charm.

Her body was gone, but the voice spoke out again in their minds now matter where they were or what they were doing. A few final words as that feeling of warmth covered them again and sent them back home to their individual bedrooms.

"Darkness cannot follow you to my home, and whenever the moon glows brightest I can guard you all with my embrace."

"Let it be here. The place in which darkness and Chaos began their destruction. Let it be here that we come together to find the answer to returning light and hope back to the Earth and all of the worlds in the galaxy."

((TLDR @ Serenity? - Contemporary speech ;D ))

Sanctuary on the Moon - Moon City

Quote:
As a result of the tensions in the city as well as the growing population of senshi, it's become quite painfully clear to that things cannot continue as they are. There is nowhere for the senshi to get to know each other, to learn how to be a team, or that they might discuss their problems and argue their differences without being attacked.

Following an attack on a recent gathering, the power (and a vision) of the Moon Queen Serenity unlocked the ancient technology from the Moon once more. Stored in the guardian Cat Central is a very large jar full of small, luminous pearls on looped strings -- actually they're cell phone charms. Similar to the passports of the Surrounding these pearls glow brighter and brighter with the phases of the moon, dimming again when the moon's glow vanishes from the sky.

Any and every senshi on the side of Order can ask any guardian cat or senshi that knows a guardian cat to have one of these. What do they do?

Why they take you to the Moon! When that pearl glows with the brightness of the full moon in the sky, all you have to do is look up and focus your thoughts and your energy. It's exactly like going to your personal planet only you are focusing...elsewhere.

Once you have focused you will find yourself standing in the most ruined part of the Moon Palace, the old spire from which Sailor Moon once spoke to her mother, the stone from which the sword of Silver Crystal was drawn. Looking across the gardens you would see that they have grown back over time, wild and verdant as they overtake walkways, vines climbing up pillars.

The palace, though indeed ruined, is also in a useable state. There is rubble on the floor, some windows are shattered, but a full wing of the palace is able to be used. There are large reception rooms, a library full of unreadable books, anywhere that a group of senshi might need to congregate!

Yet there are still mysteries to be wondered. Perhaps the most well-preserved portion of the palace is a hallway wing filled with odd doors of every shape, size, and color with unrecognizable symbols on them. These doors do not open for anyone....not even Sailor Chibimoon! Kurma cannot even magically teleport himself into one of these rooms and though there are windows, they do not show anything...just an empty room with nothing inside.

Sealed by the power of the Moon are two places: the throne room where the throne of the Moon sits and the wing of the palace where the queen and her family lived. Large curtains of falling silver light prevent entrance to any of these places by anyone, even Chibimoon.

Sanctuary on the Moon:

Senshi now have a sanctuary in the ruins of the old Moon palace. There are several large rooms that can be used for gathering, meeting, anything that anyone might want to do with a large group of powered characters that Chaos cannot touch. They can work out their differences, form stronger alliances, or just rest away from the turmoil of Destiny City.

This is accessed by a small pearl phone charm which can be given to you by any guardian cat, or any senshi who has access to a guardian cat. You may choose to RP this or just handwave that your senshi got their pearl somewhere. Please see the rules below for how often you can go to the sanctuary!

Important!! There is a hallway of odd doors none of which open as well as several places in the palace which cannot be accessed. The throne room and the royal residence wing of the palace are at the moment protected by a waterfall of silver light. As of right now there is no way around this. You cannot climb in windows, destroy the doors, or walk through the light. I do not suggest trying.

Rules for Moon Sanctuary:

    * Once in possession of a pearl you can only travel to the moon three days a month. They are always the same three days: the day before the full moon, the day of the full moon, and the day after the full moon. This will conicide with Real Life full moon dates, aka the next opportunity will be July 31 - Aug 2nd. Rps must be started in those time frames but of course can take longer to complete.
If you have a plot reason for needing to go to the moon any other time please contact the mule and they will try to work with you.

    * What about knights? Knights may go to the moon but they will require a senshi to chauffer them. Time to make friends guys!

    * Negaverse officers, corrupt senshi, and Dark Mirror senshi cannot access the Moon Sanctuary. Senshi cannot bring them, they cannot come, they are bounced right back off. There is a very strong magic protecting this place, rejecting all Chaos.

    * Off limits means off limits! Being on the Moon is not a casual thing, it's a very historically important place. The magic wouldn't let you in but lets just honor the contract, shall we?

    * Though these are Deep Space forum RPs they are not limited to the amount that you can do. As long as they are set on the proper three days you can do as much RP as you want on the moon. (Please label as [Moon])

    * This is not your homeworld. Unless it is prompted by a member of the staff and mods for some special reason you do not have memories of your past here, nor can you see the past of the Moon family in traditional ways. There is the possibility to discover small clues via things you find but players should not be remembering interacting with canon characters, nor trying to create canon information without first talking to staff. (Aka, noone should find a letter telling about the fall of the moon kingdom, or a diplomatic letter to Beryl or whatever unless it’s been sent through a plot proposal and okayed)
