Grunblawu's ears flicked a bit as Cian reached up and stroked his mane. He smiled softly and gave a bit of a nod. "I am glad to do what I can Cian. Though you really should still be resting a bit. I wont cut myself again. Should I help you back to bed?"

Cian nodded, "I can make it well enough on my own." And he did, but resting isn't what he did. Instead, he looked out the window at his surroundings and lost track of time. When the night fell he turned his gaze to the stars. He could actually see them out here. The lanterns lit at night hid some of them normally.

Grunblawu had spent the rest of the afternoon tending the stew and keeping quiet for Cian. Though like he had promised he had not left the shack. When night had fallen Grunblawu had lit a small candle near the bed for Cian and had then gone over and filled up two mismatched bowls with stew and brought them over to the bed. "Here you are Cian." he looked over the other male staring outside at the stars. "Do you enjoy the stars? We could maybe take a walk under them after if you wish."

Cian paused hearing Grunblawu's voice. He turned from the window and accepted the bowl. "Thanks... The stars are really bright out here. A walk would be nice." He began to eat and smiled as the warmth filled his stomach. "Thank you for the food." He continued to eat and listened to the crickets outside.

Grunblawu gives a not, "Of course Cian. I shall take care of you as long as your in my home sir." he said softly and moved to sit at the end of the bed to eat his own bowl. "If you would like some more please let me know. I will get you another bowl. And when your ready we can go for a wail...or find a place to lay down and just enjoy watching the stars above us. Which ever you would like."

Cian blushed lightly and busied himself with eating. Why was he getting so flustered? As he finished his food he sighed happily and leaned back on the bed to relax. "The stew was really good."

Grunblawu as the blush cover Cian's cheeks and worried that maybe he was still suffering a bit from heat stroke but as the other stallion laid back he gave a nod, "Thank you very much Cian...I am glad you liked it." He finished his bowl and picked up Cian's. He walked back over to the table and washed the bowls in a bucket then turned to look back at Cian. "Dishes are done...do you want to walk or lay outside?"

Cian sat up and smiled. "It sounds like a good idea." He stood and walked over to him. "You know the area better than I do, lead the way."

Grunblawu flicked an ear. "Well do you want to just walk or lay and watch the stars sir?" He had just been about to move to the bed to get a blanket to be met and blocked by Cian. He gave a nod of his head and held out his arm for Cian, "Just incase you are still a bit weak...would you like to hold onto my arm?" They would just walk for now.

Cian smiled and turned to grab up the blanket from his bed. He folded the blanket over his arm and linked his free arm with Grunblawu. "I've asked you not to call me 'sir', just call me by my name."

Grunblawu's ears lowered a bit and he looked almost like a bit beaten puppy. "S..sorry Cian. It is a bit of a force of habit." he said and then led the other stallion out into the cool night. He shut the door but did not lock it and headed out down a small path. He walked slowly allowing Cian to look around and up at the stars. He walked quietly until he found a nice little hill and stopped, "We can lay here if you like...and could use the break or we can continue to walk."

Cian frowned lightly. It seemed he kept saying the wrong thing. He turned his gaze to the sky. "It's really beautiful out here...." He looked over the hill and smiled. "We can lay down here."

Grunblawu gave a nod and let go of Cian's arm to take the blanket and spread it out on the ground. He was sure that the other stallion did not need help to lay down so since he was already kneeling Grunblawu laided down and rolled onto his back to look up at Cian who was now framed by stars. "Yes it is beautiful out here. I don't do well in the city..."

"The life you have seems to suit you. The town isn't all it's made out to be. To many mearhs for my taste." He settled himself onto the blanket next to the larger stallion and looked at the sky. "Have you always lived out here."

Grunblawu gave a slow nod, "Yes I have been here my who life. I did one living in a small farming village....but I find the forest and it little secret spots like this something I can't give up." he smiled, "I don't think I could ever leave it..." he laughed softly, "Though I might have to move in deeper to the woods if I ever want to start a family. Some where safer for young foals to run free." he looked up at the stars longingly for a moment. "Oh...look." he pointed up, "A shooting star!"
