Ariyoul bristled. This girl thought quickly, and took his lightning bolts with her own to the ceiling. Damn. He moved towards the lightning bolts and Yoshimitsu'd it away, wincing a little about how close he was to the electricity. What a thing to have his kicking legs surrounded by.
"What an odd one you are..."
How much sprightly energy did this guitarist have? It couldn't be boundless, and he felt... not overpowered, but a little wary of the situation. He had to further his study on this, before he loses it. The hacker bundled in the corner once more, his ears starting to get warm. Of course... his hoodie was still there.
Roxie was getting tired, he saw, and so was he - j-just a little. He couldn't afford to lose to a mute, goal-less female. He actually had a life to get back to. Pitch black...again. Roxie found herself standing in the dark again, failing to bring light to the concert stage. Well how could she when he saw what she was clearly trying to do. 'But he can't see in the dark any more than I can. Right?' she pondered. The thought alone was creeping the girl out, especially when she pictured his red eyes. So it was possible he could in fact see her but not her attacks. She had to make a hole above to let the sunlight in but any lightning would be seen. So instead, Roxie fired a well aimed blast in what she assumed was the center of the ceiling. The guitarist prayed this time it would work, running out of options and ideas. After all, Ariyoul shouldn't be able to see sound waves right?Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

He was certainly deafened, and though his sight was slightly better in the darkness than Roxie's, he was certain, he wasn't daft. He was well aware Roxie was still trying to acquire light, and was wary. What he felt was that she would still use some type of action that he couldn't see, nor hear. Perhaps he should take his hoodie off now? It wasn't like she was near the speakers, anywho.
He loosened the fabric around his head, the air immediately cooling his heated ears, and sighed silently with content. The vibrations of Roxie's guitar strings hit his ear drums, and he realized he was a little late in realizing her move. He needed to counter her - he needed to prevent the sunlight from getting in! But there was no way in hell he could reach the sound wave by now. Looks like she won this one - if he threw a lightning bolt towards it, the ceiling would tear. Would he have to sacrifice his body for this? He thought of no other answer, and bounded towards the wave, taking it in hard.

Once again, the shot for light was deflected by Ariyoul, at least Roxie guessed since there wasn't a skylight where she had aimed. But how did he block it? Didn't he have his makeshift earmuffs on? Or maybe he took the hoodie off. Personally, she didn't understand why he was going this far just to erase her. Did he really not like her or was he that sick in the head? 'I don't want to erase you... J-Just leave me alone!' Roxie whimpered, falling to her knees. The guitarist never wanted to be left alone but Ariyoul was really bad company. She needed to form a plan and take a small rest if she wished to survive. Her guard remained up, placing her guitar in front of her to act as a shield. The girl also remained low, concentrating on the ceiling where "Mr.Reaper" loved to hang around.Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

She stopped reaching for the light. Ariyoul guess his snappy remark finally made its way into her skull. Damn, was she hard-headed.
He also realized she slipped from his sight, and sighed, throwing his hoodie back on. Her eyes was watching his ceiling, no doubt, but he didn't know her exact position. He knew when someone was watching him - oh, those eyes that always pierced his back when he walked in school. It wasn't a cursed feeling... just the popularity of his skills...
...Judging from her actions, he knew he had the advantage in the darkness, such as better sight and the silence. He slipped from the railing, gripping his Ovis pin. Rams. They were so cute when they weren't trying to kill someone, with their curved horns and brownish fur, and - what the hell was he thinking?
He clambered up the stage, and stared at the speakers. Should he destroy them? That would give away his position, but it would also prevent his ears being damaged. No matter... he'll do that later. The hacker tripped, and landed beneath the stage. He smiled at his fortune. This would be a good spot to stalk from. The girl listened intently to the movements of Ariyoul around her. Robbed of her eyesight now, it was much easier to listen, not mention she already had good hearing. It was that trait that partly made her a great guitarist. Still, it was difficult to tell what was going on or what he was doing. But as long as Roxie kept a bead on his location, she wouldn't lose. Already, the brunette had a plan cooking but she was way too tired to pull it off. Just a little longer, then she could strike. 'I just need to rest a little more...' she told herself, her lip quivering as she realized "Mr.Reaper" was closing in on her. Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

(Sorry it's late. It's been hard to keep up with some people on the contest...) And Roxie thought correctly: Ariyoul was closing in on her. He didn't want her to be able to recuperate like he was, but he had a negative outlook on attacking now. The hacker had a good place to watch from, which gave him a sense of comfort, and was able to move freely. He mused about how much longer this could possibly last. It was getting to be quite a nuisance...
He also wondered what time it was. How long had they been stuck here? How curious this made him...
"Little sparrow, go jump out a window and save me some trouble," Ariyoul muttered. He grabbed his Lightning Pawn pin, then pulled back a little. Perhaps he should go in for his signature move first. Ugh, the way he thought things through could be a little difficult sometimes... Alas, Roxie had an idea! This had to work, one way or another as she had no intention of losing. Her eyes were finally adjusting to the dark, being able to make out slight outlines out of the darkness. How Ariyoul could prefer to fight like this was beyond her. Marking her targets, she awaited the perfect moment to strike. The guitarist was also learning to ignore "Mr.Reaper's" banter and snide comments. Even so, it was still hard to ignore his prescence which shook her most of all.Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

Roxie was surprisingly quiet, Ariyoul noted. She was also not reacting to his teasing. Perhaps she had finally given up, but the hacker wouldn't take chances. Not with a sparrow.
He cautiously shimmied his way out from under the stage, finding it not too difficult and feeling gracious his weight allowed him to sneak around like this. He looked around, catching sight of Roxie's figure. He took great care to keep himself hidden while keeping the girl in sight. How much longer should he allow her time to rest?
It was him. He had control of this battlefield, and he decided and predicted every move from himself and her. He was the king on this field. And he intended to keep it that way. And for that to work, the little sparrow had to be eliminated.

Roxie continued to rest, listening to where Ariyoul was and not so much what he said. Nodding her head, now was the time to strike! Standing, Roxie struck her guitar and sent a blast at the ceiling yet again. It was the same goal as before: bring light to the concert stage. But this time, she knew "Mr.Lion", as he referred to himself, would stop at nothing to prevent that. He probably thought he had the advantage and control, which was true...to an extent. The lion was standing on a cliff, trying to catch the sparrow and he was about to fall.Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

Oh great. Him, Mr. Lion, had known she would do that at some point - but he was caught off guard. Damn. She knew he'd stop that blast! His mind clicked into place, snapping at him, and he swiftly acted on his impulse.
Reluctantly moving from his position, he quickly threw an Ovis, then approached Roxie, lightning lacing his legs. He threw a few kicks in her direction as well as the damned guitar, sparking bolts flying into her direction, before retreating back to the stage and shifting. Being the mastermind he was, he could work this somehow into his favor. He knew he could. If she was bent on getting her light, there will also be something to bring that sparrow down. Heheh... Roxie smiled, knowing he'd do that and proceeded with her next step by plugging the guitar back in. Unexpectedly, he came at her with electric kicks but that was easily countered with her Lolita Chopper, matching blow for blow and the guitar taking in the electricity much like the last time. Was it just her or did it seem like he was trying to break her guitar? As he retreated, she took out her guitar pick and prepared for her next attack. 'I wish it didn't have to come to this. Sorry...' the girl apologized to whoever owned the Concert Stage. Turning the volume as loud as it could go, she began to play as hard as possible. The mere vibrations were rattling the concert stage. It wasn't long before a beam came crashing down from above. Roxie was literally bringing the roof down with her music. This would most likely destroy the stage but then again, that was her goal despite the danger.Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

Oh yes... This was what he had been waiting for. The unpredictable was something he could counter, and quickly. He threw on his hoodie in the ridiculous fashion he had it on earlier, scrambling away from the speakers. He could see how much weaker she was becoming, and knew if he destroyed her now, the broken roof wouldn't mean anything. It would mean nothing at all.
How distracted was she in her music? Seeing how determined she was in throwing the roof down... He began smiling. How he could counter this was his first priority. His second was to keep her from using her pins to counter his attacks. His last was keeping himself from harm. Now, if he took those needs and made them into one plan - that's how a hacker's mind thinks. The relevant way to go about this idea was to go head-on with the guitarist and break her will.
Ariyoul dodged his way past the debris tumbling from the roof, making his way up the ceiling carefully. She would probably think he was crazy, but this was how he was to go about his "plan." Making use of his good balance, he shuffled to and fro to avoid the crumbling tent overhead. The sunlight couldn't blind him from the way he was wearing his hoodie, thankfully. Ariyoul made a leap from his position to the corner once more, his favored spot, and waited. When she rode out the end of the song, he thought, that's when he'll make his move. Concentrating on the music and at the same time keeping her guard, Roxie kept waiting for light to pour in from above. With the constant rattling, some ceiling beams gave way, creating a hole in the roof. Her eyes slowly adjusting to light once again, she ceased her playing. The guitarist spotted "Mr.Reaper" in his usual corner of the ceiling. Was he there the whole time? Also, why was he so drawn to that spot? Whatever the reason, the girl was just glad to be out of the darkness. It would be much easier to target him when she could see him. Before attacking, she decided to rest a little until he attacked which was bound to be soon.Roxie's Stats HP: 236/500

I'll hack into that pitiful firewall of yours... Pouting a little at how much Roxie had thought this out, Ariyoul huddled protectively in his corner, hugging his slender body while tightening the hoodie around his sharp ears. The guitarist had ceased playing - a little surprising, but nothing he couldn't handle. At least he could rest as his plan folded out. Even with the light that gave her a slight advantage, the hacker now could see Roxie just as clearly, if not clearer. He had the urge to attack her while she was still recuperating - he predicted he had the advantage of more strength - but he couldn't underestimate her now, not after the feat with the ceiling.
A very foolish idea dawned on Ariyoul, but as he began to think on it, that stupid idea soon blossomed into something more satisfying. Yes. "Mr. Lion" will be coming back to pounce on the sparrow. ...Until I can destroy your system completely!
