Along with Smoulder and Things Unheard up there, EF is the "biggest" of my kin. Not that he hulks or looms over everyone, but he's a big boy. And not really patterned, so he may not be what you're looking for, but.

I know you said it's a longshot but I love Eating Fireflies' edits and I think the combination of the black coat and gold edits with the really subtle blue patterning he has might go really well with her, especially with her white hair. He's really unusual looking (and large) and I think Rain might be really uh.... into that. sweatdrop It really depends on his personality. She's not picky about a one-night whatever, but there's gotta be some chemistry there for that to happen. We could play it out or just go for the breedin's, whatever is OK with you is OK with me!

Out of the three you posted for Fern, I really love the pink on Things Unheard and that branch patterning on Change Will Come (and the RED on his legs). She's more about appearance and less about personality than Rain is. Fern is part of Idle Wild's line so there's a lot of throwback potential for her, too. heart If I had to pick between the two, I'm really smitten with Things Undeard's pink stockings, I think the pink would look really really fabulous with her. 3nodding

Also Sam your yarn and roving is incredibly beautiful - I look at the photos and think what gorgeous kin they could make!


Thank you Ruri! heart Most of the RP I've done has just been the fly by the seat of my pants kind and it works out really well. Take your time, there's no need to rush or anything! I've added her to my front page, too. She's so pretty, I love how unapologetically GREEN she is!

Oathkeeper - I really like the contrast between the white spilling down her legs and then her rich markings. I almost thought about getting Rain done this way but opted for the gradient instead.
Forgotten Wisp - That silver filigree, that horn~ It looks like she's got some extra fluff on her legs too?
Star Garden - oh my god it's full of stars. He has produced some really beautiful children.
Rebirth - THIS DOE I thought about RLC'ing a phoenix doe but there is no way that she could be prettier than Rebirth. Those feathers, the colors, I love all of it.

I wanna pick all of them but I totally understand why the colorists say only 4 xd South is not Wicked with her starscale, Westward Bound with his flowing stroke pattern - Arrgg choices!


Yes! I am totally interested in plot beyond whatever happens when they meet. The more I look at them together the prettier I think they are, too. I don't really have anything planned out with Sandwalker. I left the lifemating thing... intentionally vague for her. Both her parents, Meets-the-Sea and Walks Without Rhythm are lifemated and Ascended together. She has a good example in her life of two kin are completely devoted to each other while still being independent. It's a longshot but I don't want to rule it out completely. Eating Fireflies is a mild-mannered superhero. Yep. Think Clark Kent. Quiet. Unassuming. Minds his own business, mostly, is not quite as much of a dork as Clark... but if you in trouble or need help, he is your buck. And I'm happy to play them, if you like, or to stuff them into a CC slot at some point, or both, or... whatever works for you. smile I am not always speedy at RP, but I do it!

I was enamoured of Fern and Smoulder, once I got them all up there, but I really like Fern and Things Unheard, too. He's a Guardian in the ShadowWalker tribe, so he's a bodyguard for tribe members and his family, mostly. And he hears things, voices and whispers and whatnot, from spirits (or maybe he's nutty like his dad -- if his dad's nutty), but he doesn't talk about that.

And thank you! Yeaaah, I am tempted to dye some up based on people's kin. Or my kin. Or both. XD

Smoulder is such a good looking buck - I was watching the stream when Brue Blue was coloring him! Their patterning and coloring just match so close (but I do think his coloring would be really flattering on children, esp. if they picked up a lot of mom's edits)! That said - we could let the colorists choose and toss them into the CC thread! I'd love to do edited, too, to pass down those Idlewild genes~ XD Fern is kinda nutty and talks to herself all the time, so I don't think being kinda batty would be a dealbreaker for her. Being a wet blanket pisspot sourspout is a dealbreaker and your bucks don't seem like that at all. heart They're all good choices, I think. She would be interested in the novelty of an Acha, pink stockings on a guardian, or a buck that's painted like a smokey sky.

Eating Fireflies sounds really cute and we can play it or not, it's really up to you, too. I am totally OK with slow responses, btw, so that doesn't bother me at all. I'm on AIM almost everyday or we can plot via email or PM, whichever is more convenient for you. Rain doesn't have a ton of plot yet, so that's always an option. I think they would be great looking together so I'd like to try CC/bribe/RLC/whatever sometime!


Ohh maan I think Fern would be all over him in a heartbeat. Flings are totally OK for her - I don't think she's really going to be determining by personality as much as my other kin where an RP is a little more important. As long as he's not all like GET OFF MY LAWN STUPID KIDS then I don't really see it being a problem! The only thing I do want for breedings is (try to) get a blessing and he doesn't have to participate in that if he doesn't want to stick around. xd

Absolutely! I'd love to RP and get a blessing to maximize the number of babbies, especially if it's bribed and ESPECIALLY if it's an RLC! The white and greens on him are really pretty and I have all of her ancestors already linked to:
