❥ Mabelle looked to Alastair with a concerned expression as she listen to his explanation not buy that he was okay for a second. "Not really...I walked around your house aimlessy for a while not sure where I dropped them." She walked into the living room and looked around, after no seeing her keys she began to walk toward the other rooms,"I'm here if you want talk..." Her voice trailed off as she walked up the stairs and into another room.

Alaster slowly followed her as she walked around. There's nothing to talk about, my sister has cancer. he said and looked at the ground.

❥ "There's multiple things to talk about...like how you're taking all this but you probably won't open up to me anyway." Mabelle said as she ran her fingers through her hair wondering what she would do with her depressed meister. She walked into the next room and looked around sighing and walking into the next room,"I can always take you to the school counselor or something if you don't want to talk..." Mabelle said now just ranting to herself while continuing to look for her lost keys.

❥ Mabelle opened her mouth to say something else but was interrupted by Alastair's hug and apology, she wrapped her arms around him and returned the hug a small smile on her face,"No need to apologize it's my fault for putting you on a guilt trip." She held onto him tighter and pressed their foreheads together looking him in the eyes,"If you don't want to talk about it then don't. Okay?" She said being calm and collected like she always was as she looked into Alastair's eyes a small blush covering her cheeks from being this close to him.

Alastair smiled as he looked back into Mabelle's eyes, their foreheads pressed together. Alright. he whispered. To answer your question, i'm not really taking it too well, but i'll be fine. he said. In his mind he added a 'so long as your there by my side' to that sentence, but didn't say it out loud.

Mabelle said with a nod before letting go of Alastair and pushing herself off of him,"But it looks like you could use some company besides your servants...do you mind if I stay with you for the night?" She questioned still looking to Alastair not moving from her original spot looking into his eyes with a calm expression as she pushed on the nose of her glasses.

Mabelle said as she began to push Alastair toward the doorway,"Or we can do something more interesting...don't you have a pool in the back?" She questioned before moving closer putting majority of her weight onto him as she continued to push him.

Mabelle said as she took out her phone from her back pocket and sent her roommate a text, she looked up from her phone and to Alastair a small smile on her face,"My apartment's nothing like this. I'm almost certain you won't like it there." Her phone vibrated in her hand and she unlocked it looking down at the message,"My roommate's there...shall we go?"
