All in all, this avatar looks nice, but it clearly could use some editing.
The colour scheme of the avatar is all over the place. It appears that it is meant to be black, yellow/gold, and pink. If my guess is correct, then you scattered it around a bit, and didn't exactly smooth it all out to look nice. The top half of the avatar could use more black [seeing that is has none], the bottom half could use some more yellow/gold [as only the (very small) shoes has some] and also some more pink. Otherwise, if you meant to implement the blue eyes and the blue plush at the bottom into the colour scheme, then the chest area could use some blue, as well.
Now, other than the colour scheme, the items look somewhat scattered, and randomly placed. It really doesn't prove that there is a flow intended to be on the avatar. The ears and the gold heart seem to be unnecessarily placed. The plushes on the bottom appear to have been placed for colour scheme help. They do assist the colour scheme, but on first glance, they just look like they're there because they can be.
All in all, I would rate this avatar a 6/1O. With a few fixes here and there, it could become much better. It has potential, it just needs to reach that potential.

This avatar doesn't really look like it has a massive amount of work put into it [though, that might just be me being used to rating more pricey avatars].
The colour scheme seems to be like it should mainly be black. But you've got a bit of blue thrown in as a scarf, and you've also got the brown hair. If you want to get that all into one colour scheme, you'll want to spread those colours throughout the avatar. The bottom half will need more brown, and more blue. The chest will need more brown. And the head will need more blue.
Otherwise, the flow seems rather consistently moving downwards, except for the scarf. You might want to get a scarf that drops downwards, rather than one that is swaying, like the one you have on.
Overall, I'd rate this avatar an 7/1O. It could use some work, and that should get it looking better, definitely.

Questions :
1. What kind of spells does she cast?
Although she looks rather dark and possibly evil, she promotes spell that are less so. Nonetheless, she can also cast spells that are more on the dark and evil side.
2. What's her familiar's name?
Her familiar's name would be "Kiyoshi," which translates to "Quiet child." Although the avatar can be talkative, her familiar is less so. Like negative to positive, they are a compatible pair.
3. Why are her eyes black?
Her black eyes are the result of a punishment from her father. He was raising her to be the darker, eviler, type, and yet she never fulfilled his wish, and in turn, was punished for it.
4. How old is she?
Despite her darker, older appearance, she is actually only in her late teens. If it weren't for her father's expectations, she might look quite different.
5. What kind of food does she like to eat?
She doesn't necessarily have preferences, but some of what her parents cook for her is just not pleasant. She will do her best to eat what gets put in front of her, but sometimes the things that get made for her are just not what one would make them out to be.
6. Does she like to play pranks on people?
She does. She finds amusement out of pulling seemingly harmless pranks. Especially since she has the ability to cast spells, she makes all the more fun with her pranking.
7. What kind of music do you think she listens to?
She listens to a variety of music. Depending on her mood, she could be listening to upbeat music, or more depressive music [though she doesn't often listen to this], and the like. Although she does listen to different music varying upon her mood, she tries to keep what she listens to as upbeat and happy, because that's what she seems to like the most.

Overall, this avatar has a very nice feel to it, and doesn't appear to need much work, if any.
The colour scheme is nicely laid out, although the bottom half could use a tad more red [or the head could use a little less], and the torso and chest area might want some, as well. Otherwise, the bottom half could also use some white [seeing that is has none, as of now], just to balance everything out.
Other than the colour scheme, the flow and theme of the avatar are near flawless, and don't appear to need any assistance or changing, whatsoever.
All in all, I'd rate this avatar a 9/1O. With just a bit of changing the colours, this avatar could be quite appealing and nearly flawless.

Story :
As a child through her teenage years, she had always been the quiet type. Although, behind the quietness, was a dream; a wish, per say. While around others, she would seem like she'd had no real goals, she had always aspired to be an actress.
As she grew older, she slowly began taking up roles. And to others' surprise, she was quite the actress.
Her acting career soon began to be the whole of her life, and she soon became a lead role in a series of plays.
Although these plays were a bit dark, and one could say a bit mysterious, she liked them.
After her life of being quite alone, and quite hopeless, she took up her career as an actress with open arms, and stuck with it.
