Ginny laughed and shook her head. "No, but I wish. It would certainly help after a long day at work..." She smiled up at Chris before adding, "I'm only 19... but I'll be 20 soon! And I can finally kiss my teenage years goodbye!" She felt Chris's hand brush against hers and blushed. "I... guess it's a date..." She glanced down at Chris's hand, wondering if it had brushed against hers on accident or if he was trying to hold hands. When he pointed out the ferris, Ginny's eyes lit up. "We have to go on that!"

Ginny punched Chris playfully on the arm before crossing her arms over her chest. "That's not it at all! I'm not trying to do anything to you! I just... want a nice, traditional date..." She lowered her arms to her side and blushed even more when their pinkies hooked. Chris's pinky slipped away first but Ginny subtly hooked them together again. "Wow, you're old!" she said jokingly.

"I'll give you a nice, traditional first date. Right to the first kiss at the door," he winked. Chris pouted, "Well, now you've just hurt my feelings," he sniffed. "I'm not that old," he looked away, placing his other hand to his heart, dramatically. "I'm a kid in an adults body!" he cried. Chris went up to the ticke booth and bought 2 food tickets and wristbands for any ride. Ginny tried to hide her smile when Chris took her hand but she could not. Instead, she just looked at the ground as they continued to walk. "You don't have to do that..." she said, blushing when he said there would be a kiss. However, when he started to cry about being a kid, Ginny looked up at him and giggled. "Okay, fine. You're a big baby." She grinned and held out her hand when he asked if she needed help with the wristband. "Yes please."

Pocketing the food tickets, he took Ginny's hand, entwining their fingers this time, and led her around. "Where do you wanna go? I'll go on anything, and, if you get scared on the roller coaster, I'll keep you safe," he winked. His thoughts wandered to when she said that he didn't have to kiss her. "Shh!" Ginny said, putting her finger over her lips. "If people find out I like kids, they'll kick me out!" She glanced around, pretending to be worried, before lowering her hand and turning back to Chris. He took her hand and they started walking again, both looking around at all of their options. "I love roller coasters!" Ginny said, looking around for one. "So there's no need for you to worry about keeping me safe." She smiled and pointed out the one near the ferris wheel. "Let's start there! Then we can work our way around the fair and end at the ferris wheel?"

"Promise!" Ginny said with a laugh. As they stood in line and Chris said that she should dye her hair, Ginny stuck out her tongue. "No thanks!" she said. "I'm still getting used to black and I don't think I would look good as a red-head..." She tried to imagine it but just could not. "You can just call me Ginny Chase and we'll call it a day."

Ginny watched Chris's reaction to her name and laughed. "Because I wanted to see how you really felt about me as a radio host," she said, smiling as she was pulled onto the ferris wheel. "If you had known it was me, you might not have been so open about telling the truth. I don't know of anyone who listens to my show, so I wanted to know if I'm actually good or if I should just not bother."

"Did you seriously just do that?" she asked, once again in disbelief. "You take me to a fun fair and pull that in the same night?" Ginny smiled at Chris and rested her head on his shoulder. "I can't quit my job at the station. At least, I can't afford to right now..."

He loved this place, right at the top. Luckily, the ride had stopped for another couple to get on.
