With Brantley currently indisposed and Draven laid out on the mat, Phoenixfire had the upper hand she so desired but she couldn't just rest on her laurels, as easy as that might be. If she wanted to remain the dominant force in the match, she'd have to keep up the action. Phoenix wasted no time and went to put Draven in an arm lock!

The woman didn't waste any time and quickly locked Matt into an arm lock! That was certainly a way to force a man out of a stupor! Though one did have to question why she was targeting his arm instead of his head and neck, seeing as she had driven her knee into his skull! Regardless, Matt struggled within the lock a bit before attempting to crawl over to the nearest bottom rope!

"Not so fast, Matt!"
Phoenix tugged as hard as she could on her arm lock to dissuade him from reaching toward the ropes. It was the only leverage she could use on someone who was easily two or three times her size. Her next move would be risky but Phoenixfire decided to chance fate anyways, moving to lock Draven into a Crippler Crossface!

Matt had just about reached the rope when Phoenix suddenly yanked on the arm she had int the hold, pain shot through his and up his spine and he slammed his balled fist down onto the canvas. While he was still recovering from that, his foe took the chance and place him into a rather crippling maneuver! With pain shooting throughout his arm, neck, and head Matt pushed himself up and screamed loudly! Before long he managed to get a knee under him, was he going to try and stand? Nope! Instead of that Matt attempted to lunge forward the last little bit of distance and grab onto the bottom rope!

Brantley would finally reach a standing point to which he could see what was happening in the match. He would reach out and see Draven's hand and how close it was to the ropes. He knew Draven might not make it on his own free will, and he didn't want to lose the match, not this way. Brantley would try to grab hold of Draven's hand mid-leap and pull him the rest of the way to the ropes. Of course, Phoenixfire might not release the hold, it being a Triple Threat match and all, but at least he could lose the match there.

Phoenixfire knew she was taking an incredible risk by trying to put Draven in the crossface but she didn't imagine that this was how he would try to counter her move and throw her off her steady path toward winning the match. She was scrambling to keep her grip as Draven began to get up on one knee then the other and thought he was making every effort to get to his feet but this assumption was not so. Phoenix was fully prepared to let go and fall backwards but with Summers' help, Draven's lunge slung her forward and through the ropes, toppling to hard floor blow.

Brantley fell to his side as Phoenixfire was pulled out of the ring and down to the floor below. Brantley scrambled to get away from the other competitors that may be around him. He wasn't planning on getting too much further involved, but who knew if he could stay out too long. Brantley got himself to his feet and finally, for the first time in what felt like ages, brought himself into the ring.

Having managed to escape thanks to a large part to Brantley, Matt had pulled himself directly under the bottom rope and was currently nursing his wounds the best he could while still being in the ring. His arm hurt, his head hurt, and to be honest he hurt all over. He had been going strong pretty much since the bell rang and right now all he wanted to do was rest up. However that was not to be! As Brantley finally reentered the ring, the crowd began chanting his name to will him back up! The entertainer within him stirred to life and Matt attempted to pull himself up to his feet with the aid of the ropes!

Brantley got to his feet in a triumphant manner. He knew that it was his time, he was about to run this s**t, make Matt Draven look like a straight b***h. He jumped a bit back and forth and began to ran at Matt Draven in a blaze of glory, trying to stay out of reach from his arms. When he got close enough, he decided that the best maneuver for him in the current situation would be for him to slyly kick out the legs of Draven from the front.

After making it back up to his feet, Matt watched Brantley prance about before striking. Before he could react, Matt found his legs being kicked out from underneath him! One would think the ropes would help him stay up some how, but that was not to be. For you see Matt went down to his knees while he kept his hand on the second rope. With the crowd still chanting for him, he would once again attempt to get back up to his feet!

Brantley saw Matt thinking he was about to get up again and decided to give him a hand in the matter. Brantley, being such the kind gentleman he was, would lend a helping hand in raising Matt Draven to his feet, though not in the nicest way. Brantley would attempt to grab Draven's hair and lift him up onto both of his feet, you know, being the upstanding citizen that all the fans knew him to be and all.

Desperately needing a breather, Matt was "helped" up to his feet by Brantley. To repay his kindness, Matt attempted to slap Brantley's hands away, grab him by the back of the head, and toss him over the top rope! Right now he needed a bit of distance, and why not try throwing him out of the ring again?

Brantley had his hand slapped like a b***h, which he didn't take kindly to. Luckily for Matt, Brantley didn't have time to react because not long after, Brantley was sent over the top and down to the floor near Phoenixfire. He didn't move much, trying to conserve his energy as much as possible, and quite frankly, not wanting to get back into the match just yet.

With both of his foes out on the floor one would think Matt would take this time to stop and get some rest. It would actually be the smart thing to do in this situation. However, because the crowd was cheering he decided on the less smart solution. He looked at the ropes behind him and then back to the two grounded people. He would wait for both of them to get back up to their feet before running full speed at the ropes behind him and rebound off of them. As he ran back he would attempt to dive between the ropes and crash into both Brantley and Phoenixfire with a suicide dive!

Brantley slowly made his way to his feet only to see Matt Draven running to the opposite ring ropes. Brantley sat there with his 'Does he really think that'll work on me?' face as Draven started running back. Brantley laughed at Matt thinking he was going to look like a fool flying through the air, which was all fun until he ended getting crashed down on by Draven. Brantley flew back and violently rolled into the barricade as if he just got hit by a car and curled into a ball full of sheer pain.
