Soup+Performance 1: Tues-Wed
Appetiser+Performance 2: Thu-Fri
Interlude for Weekend
Main Course+Performance 3: Mon-Tue
Dessert+Performance 4: Wed-Thu
Grand Finale: Friday Afternoon PST
