Leon Court It didn't take long for Leon to locate the thermostat, or to even start the fire. In fact, in less than ten minutes, he was by Nikolai's side, two cups of hot chocolate in his hands. "Here. This should help."

 " Now where would I be without you, dearie?" Nikolai beamed and gladly took the cup. He blew at the steam then lightly brought it to his lips and sipped. He winced for a second from the scorching touch, but it quickly melted into a purr of delight as the hot chocolate ran down his throat and warmed his body.

Leon Court"On the street, starving," teased the violet-haired man. "There's macaroni on the stove, and after dinner, I can head to the store and buy you more food, since there's little to nothing left."

Nikolai laughed. " Dearie, stop. You're my boyfriend, not my maid." he said while stroking the man's hair. " Although, if you want to dress up like one then I certainly won't stop you!"

Leon Court"I can't help myself," gushed the man, internally beaming from Nikolai's words. "I like taking care of someone for once. I haven't been so excited to be around someone since my big sister and I were in a musical when I was fifteen."

" My, it's been oh so long since I've been to a musical." Nikolai swooned at the thought and rested his head against Leon's shoulder. " What musical was it, darling?"

Leon CourtLeon sipped his hot chocolate, then smiled and thought back to his days on stage. "It was Les Miserables. My sister was Madame Threnardier. I wasn't good enough for Jean Valjean, but apparently good enough to be Marius. It was remarkably fun, from what I remember."

" You can still sing, I presume?" Nikolai mused as he felt his phone vibrate, though he decided to ignore it. " Come, dearie, serenade me!"

Leon CourtLeon blushed, then stood up straight. "Alright, alright. I've got it. There's only one real solo for Marius in the musical, and I've always liked it." He pulled Nikolai around the couch, sitting him down. Standing upright, he opened his mouth, and started to sing.
When he finally finished, Leon dropped to one knee and bowed his head, covering his eyes as he tried to force away the thoughts of the woman he'd left for dead...just as Marius had left his friends...

A soft black jacket draped over Leon's shoulders with slender fingers lingering there. " You sang absolutely wonderfully, dearie." he said softly with a gentle smile.

" Umm, you should know that I'm not the best singer, dearie." Nikolai said with an awkward rub of the back of his neck. " I could sing you my favorite song, if you'd like, but it's Russian."

Nikolai sighed in defeat, seeing that he wouldn't have much of a way out of this. " Very well, dearie, give me a second." he said as he hurried to his room. Moments later the sound of a banjo grew louder and louder until a voice joined it. " Otshi tshornýe..." Nikolai sang lightly in his Native tongue with an almost shy smile on his face. A few minutes passed and Nikolai rightfully sat down on the couch. " Bozhe moy, ya ne pel, chto mnogo, tak Karaoke nochʹ tri goda nazad!" he laughed until he realized that he was still speaking in Russian. " Ah, my apologies, dearie. I was only saying that it's been quite a long time since I've sung that much." he smiled at Leon.
