Alright look Twisted. Before Eko started his...umm...long statement. Neither me or him said anything bad about you. I just stated Yaroki wasn't going to be online and it was pointless to wait. I know when Yaroki gives someone leadership means she won't be online for a long time. Last time she had this problem she was offline for months. Eko just said that only people who haven't posted yet will be ban and repeated what I said. So when you said we were judging you kinda hit a nerve since we didn't say anything about you (until after you accused us of judging you). Everytime I read your OOC I wonder where the hell you get these thoughts. So instead of catching an attitude you need to realize not everytime me or Eko say something isn't rude. No one is against you or anything like that, but if you keep acting like the way you are then you will have us against you.

Note we don't want to ban you as long as you don't keep acting the way you are. I am only trying to keep peace, but at the same time be honest.

Well I did say there was no judging until you accuse us and well that Sanji/Itachi thing judgement thing was after you accuse us. Not saying its right to judge, but when you accuse someone of something then they will most likely do it. I honestly almost went the same path, but I figure if I actually point out everything then we will get pass this faster. Eko is a good guy and I am a good guy, but we both can be mean people if you/someone else pushed us the wrong way. If you give respect we will give you respect. Also if it seem like we are being rude then ask us if we are being rude just in case because its hard to tell over the net.

First and for all, what I do remember of your fine written peace of Guild announcement (and I don't mean this sarcasticly) I did had the feeling that it was directed to all of us. It gave me the tought that we would be kicked if we didn't start RP'ing again on this moment. I was rp'ing with he guild leader before she went offline for the period of time that her computer was, and still is, broken. I don't see myself skipping the rp and going to another place like it is nothing, cause it was slightly an important conversation. However, you say, and I quote Eko Hoshunin "As for skipping her, it can be done, you are just choosing not to do so" For an expirienced rp'er, if I may say that for myself, I find this option not available, because of the importance of the conversation we were in. So I probably won't do this...

Also, and I point this towards the offensive manner of speaking to the members but also to the Vice captain, behaving like this offensive way, will cause further and further problems in this certain guild. Not only because if Twisted Tamashi becomes angry and behave like this again, he will be kicked. But also because this will have certain followings to the roleplay itself. Twisted, a word of advice, when someone is beeing offensive against you in ooc, or trying to tell you something like I'm doing now, never react offensive back. This will only cause certain actions in the guild that will never end well. And for the Vice captain who tought he had the right to re-react this way, I will have to say that a vice captain should always watch his words. A crew should be respectfull to his members to, so that the members would be positive engaged to the guild, and rp more, and maybe even invite more people. A crew should write there ooc's in a relative thinking way. I will quote Sarius Tanaka now

As I said before, a vice captain should think relativly, not emotional. When someone pushes you the wrong way, you can't become angry on him and all go against him. You should warn him, tell him to calm down, change his post, and if this all happend but he is still beeing offensive or posting in a certain way that isn't allowed following the guild rules, then you have the right to kick him. But you can't become the angry, rule-breaking or offensive person yourself, you should always be calm as one of the leaders of the guild. Tough I must say that the ending of that same post

Anyway, Twisted will probably behave now, as you warned him 'decently' that he stepped over a line he shouldn't be crossing. And about that line

"I'm not afraid to use my 'little bit of power'"

... This gives me the feeling that we are having a vice captain that will give no doubt of using (What I accually mean with that is ABusing) his amount of power, just because he thinks to emotional about a post and becomes angry about it. Someone like that shouldn't be leading a guild, cause again, this will only end bad.

Thank you all anyway if you have read this post, I just wanted to tell you that this is the way, in my toughts then, a Vice captain or a member should behave or react to each other.

Thank you for the input on the arguement.. More like misunderstanding actually. You do have good points. I would like to point out though when I said "Eko is a good guy, and I am a good guy, but we can both be mean people. If you/someone else pushed us the wrong way." It was only a warning. Never meant I was going to get angry with someone it meant that I will not act like a kind person who will let something from both Eko and Twisted slide by. I don't like conflict too much, but that's because when conflict becomes pointless or annoying too the point someone is being hard head I will have to take action as a fill in leader.

Also I agree its not right to skip her, but like I said earlier its the only option some of us have because when Yaroki has computer trouble she normally doesn't get it fix with in month times, so it will lead too inactivity. Me and Eko was debating on restarting the guild (once again). I know this option might annoy some people, but me and Eko don't want to mess up everything that Yaroki work on, but if we leave it alone and wait for her then by the time she comes back the guild will have died.

I have not posted lately because I have been dealing with RL things and well I am still waiting for people post myself, but since people are so on waiting for Yaroki this cause a pause in the rp in most of the guild. When me and Eko are able to talk we will discuss the matter about the guild.

This is an ooc, true, but wouldn't you rather start RP-ing again then sharing vids?i would but two things, one i never even started Rping in this guild yet and two i would need a character to do that, up until today i couldn't think of anything for a character
