Another bolt of lightning indicated her command's urgency.

Virgilia's eyes narrowed at the defiance. The buizel had pride, however foolish and misplaced. She gave him props for resisting her for so long. But a flea is a flea is a flea is a flea. If she treated him any differently than the rest of her subjects, before long there would be fullscale revolt - and she simply could not have that. No, he would serve as an example of the folly of ridiculing her. He would perish.

Her paws crackled with electricity as she sent another bolt arcing forward. "Sweet dreams, cretin!"

Virgilia walked over to the unconscious buizel, stopping at it's head. She hummed a hymn, ancient in origin, passed down through her family. The humming became singing, and lights filled the air. When she finished, she fell to the ground exhausted.

"It is unbecoming of an Ojou to leave her subjects injured. Perhaps now you will respect me as you should. Farewell, peasant."

With that, she turned and left, walking away regally. She tripped before she could get very far, but quickly got up, brushed herself off, and continued on her way.
