Gab shrugged, "More for me then." He clearly wasn't upset that she didn't want any. Taking some of each he started into his meal.

Naji's tail flickered as he looked at Miyuki. What was she grinning about? "Help yourself." He waved to the jug on the table where he'd poured himself a glass already. "You get dish duty after everyone is done. " He spoke mater-of-fact to Miyuki trying his best to ignore her.

Gab quietly munched on his breakfast glancing up at the two before back down at his meal. "So I was thinking that you and Miyuki could go out and get some groceries while I'm at work that way I can get home and make dinner for everyone." He stuffed food into his mouth after he spoke knowing full well that Naji wasn't going to be happy about that.

Naji's ears twitched. "I'm sorry. I think I miss heard you there. Did you say Miyuki and I will be going out to get food?" He asked in a soft though threatening tone and gave a light snarl when all Gab did was nod his head. "And what planet are you living on that would make you think that I would go any where with her? " He spoke in a low tone nearly growling it out.

Naji glared at the girl. "To hell with that. There ain't going to be any bonding between the two of us girly. Not in your ever living mind." He stood then and took his plate to the sink earning him a stare and look from Gab. "Don't give me that look. I'm not going. I'd rather eat live eel than spend a day "bonding" with her. " He narrowed his eyes at both of them.

Gab gave a quiet sigh seeing as Naji wasn't going to give in easily before looking at Miyuki. "There's a list of items to get on the fridge. Don't forget to take that with you two when you guys head out. " He spoke as if Naji hadn't said anything. That only served to earn him a loud growling hiss from the neko.

Naji was beyond upset. He wasn't going even if he was to be dragged out. If that was the case then he was going to go hide. And that's what he did. Leaving the kitchen he headed down the hallway to the bedroom and closed the door to it."What the hell is this we crap all of a sudden? She's up to something and she isn't going to take me down thats for sure." He changed his form and hid within the room hoping that Miyuki would never find him.

Gab smiled at her before watching as Naji stormed out of the room. "Good. I'll be back later today. You sure you'll be able to handle things?" He asked her meeting up with her as he placed his plate in the sink before grabbing a canister to place the rest of the coffee in so he could take it to go.

Gab frowned slightly as he now closed up the canister. "I was kind of hoping that he would go with you. I'm not sure how people will take... well you know... and you being by yourself..." He was looking out for her. If any of the slave traders saw her wandering about they might have thought she ran away and would take her back to the slave shop where it would just become a big mess of things. "Perhaps I'll talk to Naji before I leave. Thanks I'll try." with that he turned and went to search for the black, trouble maker kitten.

Naji growled at Gab as he entered the room. He wasn't having any of his crap. He didn't want anything to do with this girl. It was just all too much. But Gab didn't say anything at first. He just collected the things he needed. At first Naji thought he was actually going to leave him alone which for whatever reason pissed him off as well. He just wasn't in the best of moods.

Finally Gab moved to the bed and sat down a few feet away from him but not giving any eye contact. Though, he started at his companion. Was Gab just going to sit in silence? "What?" He snapped unable to take the silence anymore.

Gab merely smiled at him. "Please go with her. What if some old man tried to take her and do dirty things to her? Or something worse? Some guard who thought they could get away with her? All that money I put into getting and will put into caring for her. It would all be a waste and I know you wouldn't want that. So please. For my sake and our sake go with her. Even if it is in your feline state. At least then they would have to really look into doing something to her. "

Gab finally looked over at him before Naji gave in. He knew the right buttons to push with this kitten. Picking him up into his arms he carried him out the ball of fur that he was. Naji would have never said it out loud to anyone but he enjoyed being carried around once in awhlie.

"You two behave while you're out. I don't want to have to come home to trouble." He gave a light chuckle release the black feline before waving to them as he headed out the front door and into the waiting car.

Naji watched Gab leave before his head slowly turned to look up at the girl giving her a look.

Naji's tail flickered behind him as she squatted next to him. As long as she would be staying here vying for Gab's attention he could just let it go. So instead of giving her any answer of whether he agreed or not he merely turned his head and trotted out the front door.

He didn't have to sit and talk to her if he didn't want to. But he was there to help her if she was to get into any sort of trouble, as annoying as that might be. He gave a soft sigh stopping at the edge of the road as a car zoomed past waiting for her to come. "So not fair.." He thought to himself.


Gab glanced out the window hoping and praying that the two of them would be alright without him. Naji was stronger now and could handle himself, but what if he didn't abide by his request to keep her safe? A soft sigh escaped his lips fogging the window in front of his lips. "Another day in paradise. "

Naji yawned up at Myuki as she approached him. He blinked glancing at the bag that she had said she would carry him in. Did he really want to be carried around in that? Not really, besides wasn't that where the food was going in? He sat there thinking about it for a moment before deciding he might as well take the offer. A free ride which mean he could watch others without being looked upon himself.

Standing up he stretched out his body before jumping up into the bag. It was a bit claustrophobic feeling but sticking his out once he got turned around and comfortable wasn't so bad. Let's get this over with He thought once more to himself.

Perhaps it wouldn't be as bad as he thought it would. His ears twitched at the slight breeze caused by another car rushing passed them. Another plus would be for drivers not to want to run him over as he had almost happened a few times, Gab saving him in the nick of time. Drivers could be the worse thing for a feline walking about.
