She'd come into a battle. The voices and whispers she had heard were indeed hunters, garish ones who felt it okay to be on sacred land like the Isles. Was there no place left in Halloween that was truly safe from them anymore? Chuppi rumbled unhappily in her throat as she watched people attacking, students and hunters exchanging blows between one another.
There happened to be one close and the monster moved though at the last minute she stumbled against the ground, ending up falling over and missing her target entirely. She pushed to get feet quickly, not wanting to get kicked as she went down.

Leon was there too. and unhappy with the swarm that came to greet them. "Time for a fight, great, i was getting bored of all the lifting." he said in a yawn, stretching out his back muscles before summoning Nidhogg in all his chainsaw glory.
And promptly swatted the irritated female hound away from rep with the flat part of his weapon.

Sherry really hadn't been sure what to do with the glyphs, but the others seemed to have a few ideas, so she had stepped back to watch. Then everything went to hell. Again.
Sherry summoned Armagnac and readied herself for whatever they had coming at them. Monsters. And--Oh dear everything! What was that?! A gaint, hideous, and terrifying rabbit was among them, screeching at the hunters.
"Stay back, beast!" Sherry swung her blade down at the monster. She would never look at rabbits the same way again.

Sasha slowly rose to her feet as the room started to shake. It took her a long moment to finally move, to finally attack. Clerise and Robert had both moved forward, and for an instant Sasha wasn't sure where to go first. When she spotted a small green beast attacking Clerise, Sasha moved in that direction.
However, she was unable to make a solid attack because of the vines that had appeared, snaking around the room with swift ambition.

Mercy saw hunters and students alike. This uunnerved her, as she had never seen a hunter in her life. She didn't know what to do at all.She quickly made a knot out of one of the vines covering the floor and lassoed the hunter with what she learned her second week here in the War Clan. She tugged on the vine, but she was too late to help Tybalt.

Michael flailed a bit as the room shook and rolled, giving the red light seeping through the tiles a wide eyed look. This look was then transferred to all the creatures that where suddenly with them because wow seriously where the hell had they come from?
...Also why the hell did they all look so young and humanish. Michael was used to huge freaking monsters or zombies attacking him.
Finally his wide eyed look came to rest on Robert because what the hell man had you put on Monster Bait this morning or something? It was actually kind of funny because of how easily he was dealing with them.
Still, a mobbing was a mobbing and Michael wasn’t Moon for nothing so he went into motion trying to fend the kiddies off Robert. He may not have been that successful as he was trying to not laugh at Robert's comments.

The scene the djinn stumbled into when she joined up with the rest of her peers was not a comforting sight. Although she herself had not had any personal experience with the hunters, she recognized them immediately on sight. The other's had spoken at length about humans in white coats with magical weapons, and that was what stood facing them in tunnels. "Not good.." It was little more then a whispered mumble under her breath, and she could feel the tension beginning to tighten the muscles in her shoulders as she watched the scenario dissolve into battle.
Battles were always chaotic, but through the whole of it Hadiyya caught sight of Shehk being shoved away by a male hunter with what looked like a chainsaw, but was probably much more. "Leave her alone!"
There was no pause between her shout and her attack. She'd already been calling the water to her hands before she'd even consciously decided to react. She threw the swirling ball of water at the hunter, and glowing blue eyes flared as she watched the orb explode against the side of the boy's face. It might only have been water, but at that speed, and with her own special magic holding it together, it had to have hurt.

The crazy had arrived.
Cymbeline strode into the room with a delighted cackle, her scales swinging over the heads of both students and hunters alike as she grinned down her enemies. They were on HER island. Those roaches, stepping into such a place as hers. It didn't matter that she had been left out of the great gatherings by her elders, this was HER island, and these were HER little glow worms getting harassed. She would crush them.
And then maybe step on some of the little worms, but first, to crush the hunters!
Her scales swung dangerously close to two hunters in particular, but she did not seem to pay enough attention to adjust their arc. She was a bit more focused on the beautiful blood splatters that would soon grow in this room amidst the vines.

It had taken several minutes before Riley felt like she could raise her head without a concussion. Being hit at the front of her face by the fist of that.. that.. monster, had almost knocked her out cold. But when she finally rose back up to her feet, she silently thanked Jack she didn't have a nose for breaking, and charged forward - but she stopped when a smaller human stood in front of the giant, Riley stopped, and eyed him warily.
You protect each other. How valiant. She murmured, walking up slowly to Michael and tilting her head as she cased him. But pointless. You will all die, eventually.
Her tentacles lashed out from behind her, snapping violently but making no move to attack just yet. She needed his FEAR. She needed it bad.

Robert was being dogpiled. And it was GLORIOUS.
"COME AT ME BROS!" He yelled, grunting with each hit and laughing at each failed attempt. Finally, Michael stepped up to defend him, and he grinned, patting the man on the shoulder. "Hey. Thanks."
But it looked like Michael was about to have problems of his own, and Robert had enough of the tentacle monsters from their trip to Antarctica. So he shuffled back a step, and murmured a quick "Good luck, she's a b***h" at Michael before bum rushing at the monster who kept hitting him and yelling at him. Robert would have liked this one, if he wasn't clearly one of the bad guys.
"Take THIS!" Jezebel whistled through the air as she was sliced across, slamming her blades into Fallow mercilously.

"C-Considering there's more of you guys than us, evening the odds would only be fair, right?" She swung her sword, towards the offending female. She would be surprised later, if there was a later, on Mei's appearance .. but for now, looks didn't take priority.
The hunters did.
Saya needed to make sure they finished. Even with interruptions.
