 While his brother was being worked on, Kyler was forced to stay in the hall. Afterwards, he went into the room and sat in the chair across from his brother. He watched his brother, waiting for him to wake up, getting very worried. When he did, Kyler stood up quickly and went to his brother. He sat by him and took his hand. "Nathan.." he said softly.

 Nathaniel sighed and lifted his head, looking up at his brother. He didn't know who it was at first, then he blinked and frowned. "W-what are you d-doing here...?" He asked sadly. "I t-thought you w-wanted me... g-gone..."

Kyler sighed and shook his head. "No.. I don't want you gone," he said and looked at his brother. "I just.. Want to know why you did what you did.. If you left me alone.. I'd have nothing to do," he said and frowned, letting go of his brother's hand.

Nathaniel looked up at his brother and whimpered. "You h-hate me... You said it yourself. You said you hated me since I was born... I d-don't hate you... I feel sad that you s-said that... I... I thought since you d-didn't want me there, no one does..."

Kyler shook his head. "I don't hate you.. I said it because you did.." he said softly and sighed, turning in his seat. Kyler put his face in his hands and took a deep breath. "I didn't mean for it to go this far.. I'm sorry.." he said and looked at the floor.

Nathaniel looked down at his hand and closed his eyes. "Y-you hit me when I was just trying to help..." Nathaniel whispered. "Of c-course I was going to be angry with you... " Nathaniel lifted his head and looked over to the other. "I... I w-wanna go home..."

Kyler looked at his brother. "We can't go home yet," he said and sat facing his brother. "Nathan.. I have to ask you something.. It's been bugging me for a while," he said and put his head down.

Nathaniel gave a weak smile but nodded once. He reached up and brushed his pale, cold fingers against the other's soft cheek. "Of course you can, Kyler... A-ask me a-anything..."

Kyler took a deep breath and closed his eyes. "Do you really hate me? And.. In my room.. Why did you kiss me?" he asked and looked at his brother. He felt like it was his fault his brother was in this Hospital bed.

Nathaniel frowned and slid a hand around to the back of the other's neck. "N-no... Of course not. I told you before and I'll t-tell you again... The o-only reason I want you to stop s-sinning is because I l-love you... You may not believe in god, but I do... A-and... Do you know h-how hard it is to believe in something but if you believe in it, that m-means the people you love are going to be sent to h-hell? You may not believe t-that hell i-is real... Kyler looked at his brother as he spoke. "I can't help my urges, Nathan.. And.. I also can't help the fact that I don't believe in God. I have no reason to. If I get sent to Heaven or Hell when I die, it doesn't matter. And, Nate.. I love you too. The reason I kissed you back was because I love you more than just a brother. But.. You believe that's a 'sin' so I'll just move on," he said and placed his head in his hands once more. "Besides.. Why would you love your own brother.. I'm the reason you're in here," he said and sighed.

Nathaniel smiled softly and shook his head. "You misunderstand me, sweetheart... Being in love with a man isn't a sin at all. In fact, that's not a bad thing at all. I swear Jesus was in love with one of his men... It's just the sex that's a sin." Nathaniel frowned, sliding a hand into his brother's hair. "I do love you... You're n-not the reason for me being here. I am... We got into a f-fight... You know how emotional I am..." Nathaniel sighed. He leaned up, giving his brother a small kiss on the lips. "I d-do love you..."

Kyler listened to his bother's words and sighed. "Why is the sex a sin. It's no difference for a man to have sex with a woman. Yes, there's different parts, but I don't see how it's so God damn sinful," he said and blushed when he was kissed. "Then if you love me.. Why did you say you hated me," he said and sighed.

He wrapped his arms around the other's neck. "And it's a sin because... Well, god created sex to make children... And men cant have children together, so it just ruins the whole idea of it. B-but... I dont care that you have sex with guys. I just don't w-want you to go to hell for it... A-and... I'm... a little j-jealous..."

Kyler sighed. "Well, most male and female couples don't want children and never have sex. Gay couples just adopt," he said and looked at his brother. "Jealous?.. Of what?" he asked and blinked.
