Current Weight: 258.4 Weight change since last week: +2.6lbs gonk How I feel (mentally/physically): Mentally burned out/Physically bloated and aching. Exercise (optional): 2-mile walks each day except Friday when I got in a 1-mile walk. How did the week go? It's been a pretty insufferably bad week in general. Next to no sleep and then 14 hours last night, lots of abuse and fighting, some really huge disappointments in my life came, and have not been able to eat well. Also way too much coffee.

Current Weight:147.5 Weight change since last week:-.5 How I feel (mentally/physically): ehh not too bad. Frustrated with myself. Exercise (optional): Lots of walking. Didn't use the elliptical How did the week go?Not great. At least it's back in the right direction. I think my problem was I was starting to increase meal size to make up for calories lost by cutting out snacking. It's like my body is really comfortable here and doesn't want to budge. Not giving up though.
@Exxos (((((HUGS)))))) I hope they can lay off this week so you can sleep and get your stress level down a little.

gaia_nitemareleft Current Weight: 78 kg (171 lb) Weight change since last week: -2lbs How I feel (mentally/physically): I'm feeling good. My workout routine is making my muscles ache, but I think that's a good thing. smile Exercise (optional): I've been to the gym 2 times. Both times I spent 1 hour doing different exercises. Haven't done much else this week since the gym workout have been enough for now. In the weekend I'll go for few walks/jogs and try to clean up the house. How did the week go? Really well. I'm feeling strong and energized. The fact that I actually managed to drag my self to the gym has really given me some new motivation and determination. Also, I'm seeing inches "melting" away from my waist, even though my weight haven't changed that much so I must be doing something right. smile @Exxos: I hope you'll get some decent sleep soon and people would ease off from your back. *hugs* @Camwen: The trouble with weight loss is that your body automatically tries to keep it at balance. So when you lose some weight, it actually tries to get back to the starting point. That's why it's important to keep a steady pace to slowly "teach" your body to stay at the lower weight. Have either you thought of keeping track of what you eat? I've been using one free site where you can put the meals you've eaten and it counts the calories, fibers, the protein/fat/carbon percentages etc and it's really good tool to see what to increase and what stuff you need to decrease. Some times all it takes are small adjustments. gaia_angelright

But for the most part I'm well aware of what/how much I'm eating. My weakness is my variable motivation. It weakens with stress. razz

Current Weight:147 Weight change since last week:-.5 How I feel (mentally/physically): bloated. tired. frustrated Exercise (optional):Daily walking. elliptical 2 times How did the week go?Another stressful week. Writing huge checks to the roofers, and the orthodontist was not fun. I also have my mom's dog for the next two and a half weeks. He's sweet but a lot more high maintenance than my own dog. I'm hanging in there but this is harder than I expected. I'm disappointed in myself in that I thought my willpower was much stronger than this. At least I'm still headed in the right direction. I just expected more progress by now.

Just keep up the thing. Maybe you could use your mothers dog to help you go for a long walks? Nothing is more motivating than a hyper dog that you know will sleep peacefully after you have walked it to exhaustion. smile gaia_angelright

He's a pretty good walker but makes many more shoulder wrenching sudden stops than my golden. confused

Current Weight: 253.4 Weight change since last week: -5lbs How I feel (mentally/physically): Mentally; ready to break. Physically; chest pains, nausea, and diarrhea go a long way towards weight loss apparently. Exercise (optional): one 2-mile walk last night. How did the week go? It's been a mess. I don't know if there is something wrong with me or if it is just stress.

gaia_nitemareleft Current Weight: 76,8kg (169 lbs) Weight change since last week: -2lbs How I feel (mentally/physically): I'm feeling really good and strong. Exercise (optional): Gym twice a week (15min on crosstrainer + 30 min muscle training + 15 min on crosstrainer). I've tried to have rest days on the between so my muscles get to used with the new routine I'm pushing them into. I've done some short walks etc. How did the week go? Very well. The weight is going down steadily, I've managed to get a good eating routine and I'm feeling good. One thing I've "taught" my self to do is to feel hunger. Usually I snacked and ate just way too much to fill my self up. With the help of keeping track of my eating, I've started to learn reasonable meal sizes and feeling really hungry not just craving for stuff. gaia_angelright

Current Weight:146 Weight change since last week:no change How I feel (mentally/physically): I'm feeling really good. I'm actually surprised that it didn't go down a bit. Exercise (optional): walking, elliptical x3 How did the week go? I thought it went well but there was no change in weight. I think I'm going to have to buckle down and really eliminate more starchy and bread type things.
