Brantley wasn't in the ring and hadn't tried to get anywhere inside, but when in Rome I guess. He was covered up with a count of one, a count of two, then, before the mat could be slapped a third time, Brantley would thrust his shoulder up yet again to save the match.

He was covered up with a count of one, a count of two, then, before the mat could be slapped a third time, Brantley would thrust his shoulder up yet again to save the match. ((I thought I wrote that E Rock tried to roll your character back into the ring in one of the last posts of page 3. But we can do this if you're not in the ring.)) *Actually there were no sounds of mat slapping, only the sounds of the fans slapping the barricade that Brantley perceived to be the ref counting. It might be mental lapse on E Rock's part to cover Brantley on the outside. Frustrated at what he had done, E Rock got up and tried to stomp Brantley's head in again.*

((That's my bad. I misread a part of your post.))
Brantley got stomped in the head and yelled out in sheer agony and grief. E-Rock was doing his damage here tonight and Brantley's cold streak seemed like it was going to keep on going.

((It's cool.))
*After the stomp, E Rock glared at some of Brantley's fans at ring side. He would then attempt to lift Brantley back to his feet and roll him back into the ring.*

Brantley was dead weight and taken to his feet by E-Rock. E-Rock rolled Brantley into the ring where he lied about almost as lifeless as a rock. Brantley slowly breathed in and out trying to regain some of his strength to continue forth in this match.

*Once, E Rock re-entered the ring, E Rock would then attempt to cover him for a pin.*

Brantley was pinned. The crowd chanted along through one and two, but they were off when it came to three. Brantley was able kick out at two and three forth of a count. He wanted that belt and wanted Landry at Wrestlemania too much to give up there.

*E Rock was amazed that Brantley was able to kick out. The champ was going to give everything he got to retain his title and go into Wrestlemania as the Intercontinental Champion. He then rolled away from Brantley and started to pound the mat in an effort to set up the Bay Swag Finisher ( Jumping Neckbreaker).*

Brantley started slightly crawling towards the ropes. He was able to slowly inch himself there enough to allow him to pull himself up. Suddenly, the back of his head was grabbed and he instinctively grabbed the top rope preventing the the neckbreaker from landing. Brantley knew he might have just saved himself and slightly turned around, just enough to face E-Rock.

*E Rock found himself lying on the mat, staring up at his opponent.*

Brantley was tired and wasn't in the mood to exhaust much of his, now precious, energy. He would attempt a light kick to the shoulder of E-Rock. If successful he'd try to hit E-Rock with a couple of stomps on the ankles.

Brantley didn't want to make it to obvious that he was aiming for the ankles of E-Rock. Brantley decided to switch it up a little and aim for some shots to the lower back with his, stronger than the average man's, kicks.

Brantley then went to get behind E-Rock and attempt a series of leg based moves that can only be described as these moves he learned from watching hundreds of hours of film involving Jim Breaks matches. ((Opening about minute, minute and a half.))
