 Orion
Orion glanced upward in a thoughtful manner, the barest flicker of a protect shield forming at his back as the Salamence erupted. Gore splattered the outside of the shimmering barrier and the Psychic dropped it with a nonchalant wave of his paw. The gray Espeon regarded the Scyther who approached, ignoring his own grandson who had stood and wagged his tail upon seeing the older Psychic. "That WAS my plan, yes. Have you all cut down some of the obstacles to make my trek up easier, but seeing as how you lot are about as useful as glasses on a Zubat I'll deal with it myself."
Catching Tolin's eyes move to his new gem the Espeon gave a sputtering hiss in response. "Well, since someone felt the need to take mine I needed a replacement. You can keep the damned thing, much good it'll do you when you're dead. I'll just pilfer it from your corpse later." With a flick of his tail he turned and nimbly leapt over the remains of the dragon type before strolling into the tower itself. The first floor of their great descent to the top.

Solaris----Tempest---Archer---Raith (50//50) (50//50) (50//50)
Solaris' ears flattened in dismay when his grandfather huffed off without a word. Had the Espeon been the type he'd have cried. Oh wait, he was that type. Totally crying on the inside where no one can see.
He glanced over to Epitaph for some comfort but found eyes narrowed in his direction and shrank back to the ground. Nnn, he didn't mean to drop the shield. It was an accident. Don't hurt him! The smaller Chu peered up past Fang's shoulder when the tremors finally died out and glanced down to inspect her friends back. "T-thanks Fangy." She cast her blue eyes in anger at the Espeon as well resulting in Solaris slamming his face into the ground and trying to bury his head in the earth to avoid the accusations. Hisss, the accussationnnnnssss. They buuuurrnnnn. Archer folded his arms and slowly made his way back to Raith, the Garchomp was staring down at the assorted mess of organs and pieces of meat that coated the earth. "I'm ashamed of myself for this, but...I have to lick this up." "Then do so quietly and quickly. I'm already about to lose the contents of my stomach as it is." In disgust the legendary turned away from his companion to step back over to Tolin and Serrin, otherwise known as the only other sane Pokemon around. He glanced briefly after the Espeon who stormed away but otherwise wasn't interested in the ex-psychic Elite. "No one dead yet. Still hopeful." He commented quietly before shaking his head. Clearly the slight hopespot did not comfort him in the slightest. "We should rest here a moment. Something helpful is coming..." With that cryptic response the Mewtwo turned and settled on a nearby rock, untouched by the splatter of the Salamence. He tuned out the sound of Raith slurping at the ground and gave a scowl. Ugh, 500+ years old and that Garchomp still acted like a five year old. So annoying. "I'm surprised I'm alive and uneaten now, considering what raised me was basically a stomach with legs."
   Fiorin---Ivy---Ami (50//50) (50//50) (50//50)
Fiorin raised a paw to his chest, heaving a sigh as the Salamence fell and was one of the fortunate ones to be a fair distance away when it decided to EXPLODE. I was unaware dragons could do that. Mildly concerned now. The Pikachu glanced the the mess left behind and grimaced as he was forced to walk over it to follow the others, but he did so regardless and dutiful. There had better be some good damn rewards if they lived through this. He'd need something to mollify Harley at this rate...
Ivy gave a sqeak of alarm as she was hauled up from her burrow and lugged across the battlefield on Ver's back. Once the ruckus had dimmed down and she was safely next to her Uncle and Epitaph again the Glaceon wriggled off the fire type and shook her fur out. "Thanks...?" Well it did look like he outran the majority of the blast. The ice type was just a tad miffed at being dragged around like baggage of some kind. "You okay?"
Ami, a fair distance away now because she realized her dad was about as useless as a shield as he was a leader, watched the other Pokemon with calm violet eyes. This was hardly the time to celebrate. 17 relics, 17 Elite...and they had only defeated the first one. It was going to be a long battle.
Stand by for Healing next post. Feel free to have your characters take a breather.

♠ Aloura ♥ Lavicus ♣ Crimson ♦
♠ 41/50 ♥ 41/50 ♣ 41/50 ♦ { sorry-I forgot to only roll one die. } Aloura had been prepared for this fight to drag itself on in long and reluctant death throws, bitter and stinging to the very end. Thus, it came as quite a shock, albeit a unquestionably welcomed one, when then salamence keeled over emitting a hollow thud. It was damaged considerably, comparable to depressingly mishandled doll torn and decorated in stains, yet she still regarded him warily. She was, she realized, half expecting it to get back up and continue it's rampage, all the more enraged by the devastatingly painful blows. That expectation died in it's entirety when the dragon pokemon quite literally exploded in a fountain of lifeblood and fire streamers, showering the pokemon unfortunate enough to be near it with a sickening spread of the creatures innards. Thanks be to Arceus, Lavicus and Aloura were lucky enough to be spectators and not participants in the event; Their last roll had taken them far enough away from the beast to avoid such the fate, suddenly making the scratches and buries they'd paid for the dodge seem all the more insignificant.
Not being the easels for the scarlet paint, though, did not prevent the mess from less of a throughly sickening sight. Aloura was not particularly weak stomached, but the contents of that particular organ threatened to dislodge itself as her eyes fell on those of the salamenc's. Not particularly fond of the prospect of retasting her food, the absol turned away from the misshapen lumps of flesh, only to spot slouched up against a rock a familiar figure. Dark as a shadow and spangled in red. Crimson.
Relief and disgust alike sinking into her stomach where they formed a hard pit, the white pokemon flinched involuntarily as if stuck, her temporarily relaxed muscles tensing again. "Crimson is of the injured." she managed around the breath caught in her throat for the benefit of her partner. Without waiting for a reply, she trotted off towards her team member, wanting to move faster but unable to from the dread pulling at her feet.
Upon hearing Aloura's words, Lavicus jerked a dismay about hace from the grotesque carnage. Already his leader was trotting leaden pawed towards the felled flygon, and Lavicus was swift to heel her. Even as they moved on in sullen silence, the pokemon rightened herself, finding her balance and gingerly stretching her limbs. Even as she tested herself, Crimson caught sight of her approaching superiors, evident in the way she ceased her movements abruptly to turn and watch them unmoving, unblinking. Her absolute silence seemed to stretch into oblivion, but it was proven a mirage when she was the first to speak; "I'm fine," still irritated at herself, her tone was unintentionally harsh when she directed it at her teammates. It did nothing to make her claim more convincing and, indeed, Lavicus was not convinced. His was partner like wise incredulous but it was the serpent who spoke."Your tail?" he asked pointedly the odd crook in the aforementioned appendage having not escaped his notice. "I've had worse." the flygon dodged defensively. Lavicus didn't doubt that or the possibility that today could have been, or might very well become the worst any of them had every had. Still, that knowledge was not making the situation any better, nor the flygon any more useful in battle. He almost voiced this line of thought, but instead ended up only saying "That should really be wrapped in something." They had no cloth to speak of, however, and knew it quite well, sending the team into an awkward silence as they awaited whatever was to come next.

  Tolin & Charles & Serrin37/50 _ 37/50 _ 37/50
If he had been on friendly terms with Orion, Tolin might have made some half-serious comment jokingly about not dying and meeting them at the top, but there wasn't any such relationship between the two of them. So there really wasn't anything much to say as he watched the Espeon hop off ahead of them and into the tower. Hopefully he wouldn't get himself killed on his little suicide march, seeing as they would likely need him to deal with Eridanus... at the very least, hopefully he would survive long enough to fight Eridanus and weaken him. It didn't really matter how they killed the Eevee so long as they did, though there were paths that were preferable enough. The less death the better, which went without saying.
Tolin took back to his two companions as the Mewtwo met up with them and nodded. "I don't intend to lose. We'll make it to the top and we'll kill him, it's just a question of who we lose in the process." He was confident. He couldn't afford to be otherwise. They would make it to the top and they would win, and the only question was how many corpses they'd walk over and leave behind in the process. He gave a quick glance at the Mewtwo at the comment of "help" but didn't question it, though another more surprised glance came at Archer's last comment. It was, however, Serrin who broached the question.
"...He raised you? Raith did?"
That... was something new, even for him.

Archer glanced over briefly at the Ivysaur as it spoke, noting Tolin's suprise as well. What? Did they expect he just popped up out of nowhere fully grown? Semi-legendary and legendary were not the same. Legendary simply WERE. The rest had to come about some other way. "Yeah." He replied dully, not particularly interested in the conversation. His eyes were focused on a small part of the field. As though waiting... "...he's a bit older than you think." The Mewtwo smirked at that but added nothing further. It was, frankly, none of their business anyways.
       Thunderecho --- Morning-glory ---Snowsong--- Toxic-cloud---Crimsontide---Silvertail---Moonfall
"I hope we are not late." A calm voice called from nearby and a small group of Eevee evolutions padded forward from seemingly out of nowhere. It became clear how they'd arrived though, as near the front a silver Espeon smiled broadly at the gathered guilds. "Hello again guildmasters and guild teams~" The Psychic greeted pleasantly as though the world were not crumbling beneath their very feet at that moment. The leader of the group, a Jolteon with a lion whip of a tail, stepped forward to cut the Espeon off. This was no time for formalities. They could have proper introductions later. "We've come as requested. The tribe is at your command, but rest assured this is a temporary alliance. Once this is dealt with we are returning to our territory." The Electric type gave a frown before nodding to the Leafeon just behind him. "Morning-glory prepared some tonics to heal your injuries. We didn't have time to make many so I think-" He glanced around, taking a quick head count, "-that three per a small group will suffice. It's the best we can do."The Leafeon padded forward, the heavy bag full of glass bottles carried by the massive Flareon that followed her obediently. As they dolled out the tonics the Espeon finally spoke again, still cheerful. "If everyone will gather close. I'll cast a Morning Sun to heal some of your more serious injuries. I can't do much, but I'll try. As for anyone else using their healing abilities, I'd suggest you reserve your energy for now. Toxy, would you mind kicking up a Sunny Day for me~?" The Flareon, who apparently did not like being called Toxy, did as told and using the sun's rays the Espeon cast out a bright white glow over the entirety of the gathered guilds.
You may heal each Pokemon the amount rolled. Each Player (meaning you, not your Pokemon or your teams) gets x3 Tonics. These FULLY RESTORE the health of one Pokemon. Think of them like Full Restores from the games. Unfortunately you can't split the tonic, or use someone elses. You all get three. No more. No less.
