♯ Brio ♯ "Apocalyptic Phantom" Brio quickly glided aside Etude, trying to figure out what to do. The ghost snarled at the man before entering inside his friend's scythe, causing a dark red aura to emit from the weapon to show he had successfully entered inside. He had entered inside the realms of the inanimate object and gave it life. Somewhat. One slice with the scythe would now do so much worse with him in possession of it.

The Vengeful Mercenary Grave only ignored Opera, and kept his eyes on Encore. "Why can't it be? Why don't you forget about your 'father' and live a free life? A life where you don't have to be abused or bossed around?" Grave didn't even know how he knew that information. Was the stone he picked up earlier doing this to him? He stopped moving when Etude came from behind and put his scythe up to his neck. There really wasn't much he could do now... Except to use his elven powers. The aura around him turned into small little hands and took hold of the scythe, moving it away from him so he could move out of the way. (Out Of Revenge: )

 Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude notices his weapon glowing red. For some reason, he could sense Brio in it. So only when he posses things could he sense his friend? Was he lending him his strength? Suddenly, his weapon was thrown out of his hand again. It seems he has gained power from that stone. He had to get him without the need to fight. He summoned some electrical charges into his hand, then punched the hybrid on his back, sending him charges throughout his body. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando

The Vengeful Mercenary Grave yelped a bit in pain, as electrical charges were being sent throughout his body. His aura grew darker, and enveloped more of his body. With his fast speed, he quickly turned around, taking out his sword, and slashed the boy's chest. (Out Of Revenge: )

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" The possessed scythe yelled as it was thrown away, roughly landing on the ground. The ghost arose from the scythe, stumbling out of balance from dizziness before regaining sense. "That f*ckin' hurt... Owh." Brio said as he dusted off his sleeves. He didn't want to turn completely grim dark, but if he didn't, he would be completely outmatched by everyone else. The phantom inhaled then exhaled before fading into a dark, demonic state. The grim dark state was starting to take over. His humane figure now converted into a devilish, smokey ghost. A growl resounded from the demon as it quickly glided over to the man, hitting the sword away from him and sending a large gust of wind to blow him away. He may be consumed with hatred and anger at the moment, but deep down he still cared for the safety of his friend along with the escapees lives. He wasn't planning on killing them, but he wasn't ruling that option out.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪It seems his electrical attack managed to hurt him, but not knock him out. Etude saw his own blood splatter when the hybrid slashed him on the chest with his blade. he whimpered in pain, his robe was torn and his blood spilled on the floor. Being a supersoldier, he didn't fear death, the only thing he didn't want to do was let down his father again. He went back to grab his scythe and got into his fighter stance. His eyes glowing red, determined to take his hybrid back to his master. Suddenly, he saw a black figure blowing the hybrid away. What was it? Was that his friend? He looked so scary. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando

The Vengeful Mercenary Grave looked at the demon and drew back a bit. He didn't want to have to fight him, he could easily over power him. He ran back to Opera, and took out his sword, cutting the air to make a black portal. Usually he would never retreat like this, but there were innocent people everywhere, and Opera was one of them. He picked up the girl and jumped into the portal, having it close right behind them. He didn't know where to go, so he teleported them to the Doloroso Villiage. (Out Of Revenge: )

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" The grim dark ghost snarled angrily. Brio didn't seem to care anymore if anyone died. He would just consume their souls then leave back to the ruins for a long nap until there was another calling for some soul eating. The ghost stared down to the world beneath him before launching toward the hybrid as he escaped. Unluckily, he didn't make it and the escapees... escaped. Brio screeched in anger as flames surrounded him. "FOOLISH MORTAL. YOU WILL MEET YOUR FATE SOON ENOUGH. YOUR BONES SHALL BECOME TOOTHPICKS AND YOUR SCREAMS OF PAIN WILL BE HEARD THROUGHOUT THE UNDERWORLD FOR ALL OF ETERNITY." He said before the flames and grim dark aura suddenly vanished. Brio stood quietly for a moment before returning to his normal state. His body shook slightly and he had the expression of full terror clear on his face. What he saw during his demonic state was something he never wanted to see again.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude looked down disappointedly, his targets escaped... again. What was wrong with him? he's never failed before. And what was with Brio? That wasn't his friend, he was like some sort of demon. He whimpered as he sat on his own pool of blood. A normal boy would've bled to death. Luckily, being part machine saves him from death. His father might be able to stitch up his wound, but after failing his mission, he doubt he'd patch him up. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" The ghost sulked while he walked back to his friend with teary eyes. "I'm so sorry, Etude... I made them escape. This was kinda the reason why I was afraid of coming back with you... I ruin everything." Now Nocturne was possibly going to hurt Etude once he got back home and it was all his fault because he decided to get involved.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude didn't blame Brio for their escape. He thought his friend knew that he should've stayed in his room, but since he had no voice, he couldn't tell him. His master was going to beat him for this, and he deserved it. The boy noticed that several people were staring at him. Some of them were family members of victims he killed. They wanted revenge. They knew he wasn't human and wanted to get back at him "You monster! You killed my brother!" A teen boy smacked Etude's face with a shovel, knocking him down. His face and his white hair were stained in the crimson liquid. Several people kicked at the boy while he was down. Not having received orders to kill innocent civilians, he didn't fight back, he just laid there whimpering and in pain, taking everything the civilians threw at him. Maybe one they're done, they'll leave. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Brio felt warm tears roll down his pale cheeks as he watched the townspeople suddenly start beating Etude. He would have blown them away too, but it would only cause more damage than what was already done. The ghost zipped into the ground and pulled Etude along with Encore inside with him, giving them momentarily ghost like powers that allowed them to go through the ground without getting hurt. He pulled the others out once they were far away from the mob. "The coast's clear." He said, voice tone changing from saddened to serious. He wasn't going to goof around anymore when people just randomly start hurting his friend just because someone they knew died. They were going to die sometime anyways, right? Brio himself wasn't any better than Etude since he ate their souls all the time. "Etude, let me fix your wounds." It sounded more like a command than a passive question. The ghost floated over to the boy and healed his large flesh wound on his chest within seconds. The magic was demonic, but it worked better than holy magic could. It had a fast, painless process than a short, painful one like the angelic gods offered. "You two should probably go back to the lab before Nocturne sees the mess back there." He wasn't going back, no objections. Brio always seemed to cause trouble where ever he went with his friend. Maybe this friendship just wasn't working out...

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude and Encore suddenly sank into the ground due to Brio's powers. Once again, his ghost friend saved his life. Even though he knew he was a magitech weapon, which was forbidden. He was glad to be away from that crowd, he couldn't take anymore pain. He saw his wound starting to heal thanks to his friend's magic. It hurt a lot less than his father's surgeries. He had a feeling that he wasn't going to head back to the lab with them. Etude grabbed Brio's arm, not wanting to let go of him. He didn't want him to go. He was the only one who he considered a true friend. He understood him, even though he lacked a voice. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando
