And Titus was about as useless as a bump on a log. He might as well have been doing interpretative dance for the crab for all the good he was doing.

Honestly Titus couldn't see the problem. The crab was the size of a bloody house and yet he couldn't seem to hit it. The creature bobbed and weaved and bobbed and weaved like a pro boxer. How with its size Titus had no clue but he had nothing...absolutely nothing.

Mot was impressed with how useless Titus was. All bark, no bite. With a chuckle, Mot felt kind of smug. He summoned both revolvers and fired on the giant crab.

Er...what?
Xiu's expression was somewhat blank as she watched the giant crabs scuttle forth from out of nowhere. Where were they coming from? And more importantly, why was everything around them huge? Their castle, for one thing, along with all the other objects that had been sitting around her a moment ago--woah, hold it.
The baku bristled as she realized that the creatures were headed straight for their sand castle and--upon hearing Poke's cheer from the sidelines--the ghoul darted forward to defend the castle, knocking one of the crabs back.
"Looks like we have to ward these things off! And...Titus, what are you doing?"
The nightmare demon got a rather unimpressed look in his direction.

Kicking Titus’ a** could come later. Defending the castle and getting rid of the giant crab was way more important. At least Hel had her priorities right in that department. So the ghoul pulled away from the nightmare demon and summoned her spear, leaping into the fray, pincers or not.
The ghoul couldn't help but sneer mockingly at Titus. "You could not hit the broad side of a barn!"

Those pincers were not nice, not one bit! Hel cursed under her breath, but kept at it. They needed to get rid of this crab, come hell or high water! Thus, the ghoul swung her spear once more. No pain, no gain.

Texting and defending the sand castle at the same time? Yeah, Xiu could do that. She pulled out her phone to look at the message that had been sent to her, skimming the message. Without missing a beat, she sent a reply while casually punting away one of the smaller (but still pretty damn big) crabs that had tried to scuttle past her.Nyxtsuki Moon Text to Amphi: Yup, still at the sand castle! Yeah! They were really knocking it down, or so she thought! Between Xiu, Mot and herself, they were kicking some serious crab a**! Hey wait…
Did crabs have asses?

And then one of the crabs snuck up behind Xiu and pinched her. With a yelp, she leaped backwards, rubbing at her arm with a grimace.
"These things pinch pretty hard!"

These things were tougher than she had thought, but it seemed like they were holding up okay. At least, the crabs hadn't gotten close enough to deal a fatal blow to their sand castle. That was a plus, right?
Noting that Titus was sitting on the sidelines and doing absolutely nothing, Xiu waited until a crab got close before she swung her leg out to kick it, sending it stumbling over towards the demon.
"Here's a gift."

Was the army of crabs starting to thin down? It looked like it. Xiu sighed with relief at this, taking out another one of the pests with a well-aimed kick. Propping her hands on her hips, she scanned the surrounding areas. Had the other teams gotten attacked as well?
...Seemed like it. It looked like a few lucky groups had been spared, but the majority had been attacked.
