At the mention of her garden, Nehanda's smile faltered. "Well, I used ta have a really big garden, wit lots and lots of herbs and flowers and stuff! But the balcano esplosion killed 'em all. I only got a few left, and they're doin' kinda okay." she stared sadly down at her feet for a moment, but then managed to regain her usual cheer. "But I got some pretty flowers left, and I gave 'em to people for Valeetine Day!"
She grabbed at a sandwich -veggie and cheese, her favorite- and offered a few of the other selections to Sanar. "What sort of stuff do ya like to collect? Just . . . all sorts of stuff? Or do you have favorite stuff?" the idea made her giggle.
Foenix munched on a slice of yellow pepper and grinned at Makai. He certainly looked energetic! Looking over at Wyvern, she mentioned, "Um, pardon me if I'm prying, but the rest of us had to collect items that were used in our kids' Wisp-to-Child transformation. "We all try to help each other out with the search. If you know what things you need, I'd be happy to help." She glanced over as Nehanda giggled. "Really happy to help."

Ieyasu grinned at Wyvern's comment about Makai's new trick. "Nice meeting you, Wyvern." As Foenix spoke about helping out with any items, Ieyasu nodded in agreement. "Definitely. If there's anything we can help you with, just let us know."
Heading towards the shade of the trees where Foenix and Nehanda were already unpacking the food, Ieyasu sat down on the grass, slipping the backpack from his shoulders and bringing it round in front of him. Unzipping the bag, he carefully lifted the jar out to check that it was alright. Almost immediately, he noticed that the contents were glowing blue. It wasn't a faint glow, either. How long had she been glowing for? It could have started shortly after they had left Cetalu, meaning that the jar could shatter at any point. He'd need to keep a close eye on the jar now, in case the Aerandir decided to emerge at any point. Carefully, he set the jar down nearby, keeping an eye and ear on it for any signs of change.
Osu grinned from ear to ear, waving excitedly back to Makai. This was fun! Glancing over towards the people now settling down to eat underneath the shade of the trees, he then looked back to the wisp.
"You wanna come see what the peeple over there are doin'?" he asked the wisp, beaming at him. He bounced up and down on the spot a few times before piroetting, waiting to see if the wisp wanted to or not. Then, he noticed that Yassu was taking out Sash'ka's jars, and they looked funny. Like, blue.
"Oh, oh! You needs to come see Sash'ka! Yassu has her, and she looks all funny now! Wanna come look??" Spinning around, Osu dashed off to where the picnic was being set up, eager to see what was happening with Sashen'ka.

Wyv shrugged off Foenix's inquiry. "Nah, nah," she said dismissively. "Not prying at all." Right, the list. She'd just written it down. "Um, feather. Seashells. Woven material. Twine. Have a bracelet already." She tapped a finger to her chin, thinking and then brightened. "Pretty sure that's it. I missed Anthony. He left a note." She followed Foenix's gaze to Nehanda, smiling inspite of herself. "If there's anything you've got lying around..." She shrugged. "Don't wanna impose."
Makai raced behind Osu excitedly, the child's enthusiasm quite catchy. He didn't really understand all of what was said, but hey, why not? Wyvern was nearby, so it must be okay. He bobbed along, popping over one of Osu's shoulders, then flitting to the other and back again.
"Gluu!" he vocalized. The jars were glowing! Like stars or fireflies. He waved to the jar, then pointed to it, then to Osu, all the while making questioning noises. "Ah? Ah?"

Foenix thought for a moment, then called over to Nehanda. "Sweetie, could you come here for a moment?" She looked over at Wyvern to explain. "Nehanda spends a lot of time running and crawling around in the bushes after her plants and herbs. Feathers come loose from her wings all the time." Nehanda smiled at Sanar. "Jus a sec. Feenix is callin' me. I'll be right back!" She ran over to her guardian with a little wave to Wyvern. "What's the Wispy's name? He's cute!"Foenix had to grin. "His name's Makai, sweetie. And Wyvern here is trying to collect some things so Makai can become a kid, just like you guys. Can I check your wings for any loose feathers?" Nehanda nodded wildly. "It's fun bein a kid! I didn't so much like bein' a wisp. I liked the flying part, but I couldn't touch stuff! We should make Makee a kid real soon." Obligingly, she turned and stretched out her wings. At full extension, they were enormous. It was very obvious why she usually kept them close to her body when around large groups like this one.
"Feenix, It feels like there's one kinda loose on the left edge. I was trying to get it this mornin', but I couldn't reach."How convenient. Foenix ran her hands gently over the alulars, the feathers located at the last major joint of the wing. Sure enough, one one slid out with very little ruffling. Picking it up, Foenix ran her fingers over the barbs to shape the feather back into its usual lovely curve. Turning, she presented the feather to Wyvern. "There you go! Good luck with the rest."

Sanar frowned, catching the slight falter and gave 'Handa's hand a squeeze, she hadn't meant to make the other girl sad.
"I 'member the balcaneo, lots of the green n' the flowers was brown and icky for a while..." she frowned and then blinked and quickly looked around cautiously. ""I collect everythin'! Or... everythin' I ca'. Mum says m'not 'possed to take stuff thas not mine. Even if ther's a lot of it."
Nodding as 'Handa was called back she sat down and quickly started to look through her bag for something in particular. She wanted to make up for making the other girl sad.
Aha! There it was! Grinning she took out one item and waited for the other girl to come back.
Well, she waited for aproximatedly a minute. Standing she she ran to catch up with the other girl.
Chuckling Chao belatedly returned the wave to Makai and casually slung an arm around Wyv's shoulders and peered at the list.
"Mmm... Aha! I know I've got some shells lying around at home, I'll drop them off at your place later, 'kay?"

At Pueblo's and Fae's exclamation, Ieyasu quickly turned his head to look over. He broke into a grin as he saw her with an unfamiliar gryphon. He hadn't even realised that the other jar had broken. "Wow - congratulations, Fae!" he called over to her from where he was sitting. He turned back to check on Osu, spotting him with the wisp nearby. They had noticed the glowing jar, it seemed.
Osu looked at Makai questioningly for a moment, not quite sure what the wisp was meaning. He looked at the jar, then at himself, then at Makai. After a moment, he wondered if Makai was asking what was going on.
"Uhm, Yassu says when the jars start going all glowy an' stuff that it means that the new 'nadir's nearly ready to come out, an' they'll be a grifon, an' that I was one too when I was little!"
Crouching down beside Makai, he looked at the jar with his head tilted. "How d'they get out there? It's all closed an' stuff, an' it's not very big..." Osu stared at the jar, and then looked to Makai, before looking at Yassu with a worried expression. What if the new 'nadir got stuck in the jar when it came out?
