Well, this isn't really something my rpc will be involved with for a long while, but I still want to know sweatdrop ....
Library Expansion Atlas [x1]
< 1500 Ryo >
Allows you to learn an additional combination of any 5 jutsu (aside custom).
• Requires Chuunin rank.
• Can only be purchased twice.
Library Expansion Encyclopedia [x1]
< 2000 Ryo >
Allows you to learn an additional combination of any 10 jutsu (aside custom).
• Requires Jounin rank.
• Can only be purchased once.
Can the two above items be used to increase the jutsu limit or do the jutsus learned from them count against the technique limitations?
If the items do increase jutsu limits, then can five jutsus be swapped for one tai/buki style just like what's specified in the Tactician main class?

Those particular items let you push your jutsu cap further. however they cannot be swapped into physical styles. Their specifically for non physical jutsu.
@trainer and jinei: The issue has been resolved and pets can indeed learn jutsu. They just require extra stuffs.

how do i train in chakra control to attain the bonus of -5?

You post yourself being able to put less chakra into a move with the same effect behind it. You have to do the post count of whatever rank you are trying to get and you must do the previous ones to get to the next rank. Ex: To do the Jounin chakra control you need to do Genin and Chuunin first.

No. At Chuunin you do the control for being a Chuunin, at Jounin you do the Jounin control for being Jounin. It's not about the rank of the attack.
