Ghost rushed the young genin seeing clearly he was a byakugan user. She needed him alive so she ran up behind him and slammed her fist into the back of his head possibly knocking him out cold. Techniques Used:
Coming out into the crossroads after a little bit of walking from the gates of Kiri. Neptune decided to take this pathway, because it is least used. Or at least, least used previously. If he were ever to go rogue, he'd probably take this route. His hunt was even further put on course as he saw a dispatched Oinin. Cute clean in the neck and from the smell of the blood it wasn't too long of a kill. Noel even found a rather nice tanto from the corpse which he stashed. Hoping to utilize it, in case things get a little hair while in close quarters combat.
Keeping himself a little more aware than usual, Noel could continue forward keep walking towards the docks.

Noel continued walking down the path as he'd be at least halfway to the docks by now. Casually sniffing about the roads for any scent of "human" as he walked and continued down the mist filled path. But he wasn't really catching on to anything as of yet, but even so, Noel kept his guard up just in case.

Noel at first thought he had hard something but after a small pause and wait, he decided against it. "Probably was just an animal but..." Just to be sure, Noel would reach behind him and prepare his tanto. He of course, was not a practitioner in any for or fashion of the Bukijutsu arts but that didn't mean his enemy would know that. Walking a little more steathfully and taking his procession down the road to the tree's, he'd keep his evaluation to finding this traitor to the mist using his nose and his eyes as the primary methods of choice.

Within the damp forest, various animals and creatures lurked and moved about with the circle of life. As Noel continued about his path, a life source was concealed among the trees, his skin reflecting the lights touching his body causing him to blend into the trees with a aid of a ninjutsu. 'So they sent someone to pursue...why not the Hunter Nins? Well either way it's a lucky break' The rouge chuunin thought, very slowly bringing an hand to his arm, moving slow enough to where one might say it took several minutes to complete the action. His fingers closing around several throwing knives he braced like a coil snake, ready to strike. He knew it was a matter of time the genin knew he was around, hearing a faint sniff or two dictating the rather pretty boy was of some bloodline or clan with such enhanced senses. He'd was hoping the genin would go away after a day or so wondering around seemingly aimlessly, when in reality Noel was followed.

Began to slow up as he was catching a scent of human. Noel's scents weren't so advanced that he could just spot the man directly, but they were enough to tell him that there was a human amongst the beasts that roam the forest. Call it, a different quality of blood that he was catching whiff of; as animal blood is never delicious. Only desperate times comes when he has to take that in.
But he could always sniff some more to lock onto the target more. Each sniff brought him to redirect his path and through simple reductive reasoning, he'd at least hoped to make it within the specific vicinity of the enemy where his scent is strongest. But even then, Noel couldn't see him, despite his nose stating he was within the area. "Interesting..." Noel thought but decided that he wasn't going to play hide-and-seek with the enemy. Walking over to a nearby tree, Noel would pull out four senbon and position them in rather precise areas within the tree; making sure they were deep inside the bark to ensure they wouldn't fall out easily. Two in the front and two a little at the bottom. When he felt himself ready, he'd turn around towards where his nose was stating the enemy was with a playful fanged smile appearing on his prettied face. "C'est la vie, mon ami..." He said in a bit of a taunting manner as his hand placed onto the tree between the protruding senbon which would form a seal in Kanji, "Human". Noel, of course, was not a human. But who he was tracking, more than likely was. The seal, was something of an attracting mechanism that attracts objects to it. Hopefully using it in this manner, will bring his opponent out to be speared onto the senbon.

If one would put the fire symbol next to it, fire would be attracted towards it. Same with any other element or combination of elements. ▲Centuries of intellect: If the Seal is under his rank, he can perform the seal by putting his chakra into his hand and "stamping" the seal onto the desired object. [ Only works with seals, Noel ALREADY knows. I.E In his Jutsu List ]

The pull of the seal surprised the rouge, as he didn't expect a genin to possess sealing capabilities. But none the less he wouldn't be dragged out against his own will. Bracing himself against the branch he held on, the seal's pull not quite yet strong enough to pull him away but it did cause the branch to shake back and forth exposing his position. He was a specialist in the wind affinity, being rather powerful in the only element he worked on. Thus to take full advantage, his arms had barrels within them surgically in order to utilize particular techniques, one such being Zankuuha (Decapitating Air Waves). Raising both arms, one towards the genin and the other towards the seal; the distance between the two enough to create two massive gusts of wind, mixing together to grow in strength and cover more area which would rip and destroy the trees in front of him including the one baring the seal and the slicing wind would also consume the boy should he not have a proper defense to protect him from their gnashing reach. However he wouldn't stop there, as he would follow up with a series of handsigns and leap into the air, manipulating the wind underneath his feet to give him a lift and in a sense allow him to walk on air; Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Release: Air Riding).
He knew he was exposed, as the enemy caught hold of his scent and this wouldn't help him even if he were to conceal himself. He had no choice but to engage Noel and end his life so he may perhaps escape Kirigakure forever. "How unfortunate you had to be sent on this mission..." He said softly, watching the destruction he wrought in the forest area. With trees surrounding them, he wondered how the genin cooped in the onslaught.

All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.

Noel knew he wasn't completely strong enough to truly make his ability to seal that powerful to just yank his target, but he had hoped to at the very least get his location The moment he would, the attack would transpire, as Noel knew he was fighting against a higher ranked opponent so he cannot make any mistakes. For unlike the spar that happened in the training grounds a few weeks back, this battle was going to be life or death. There would be no retries.
When his position was found, Noel snapped his head up to the branch that bent and whined just like it would if a body were to be standing upon it and struggling to keep balance. It would seem, his seal did at least part of the job as he instantly put his hands together, focused his spiritual energy within his blood and began to weave through seals while locked onto his target both in scent and in sight. As he came to the end of his seal and inhaled through his nose, Noel blinked as he instead saw a vicious blast of wind blasting at him. He remembered specifically that the enemy was a wind elementalist and from what it seemed like, he was indeed quite the specialist. But Noel wasn't going to allow himself to be so easily removed from battle nor let the seal that would put a good foot hold on the battle be so easily destroyed. With the final seal already made and his chakra already completed, Noel would finish the technique with it's incantation mentally, "Kamaitachi no Jutsu!" He mentally exclaimed as he blew a funnel of wind in one direction that would grow and slowly turn into quite the tornado. Blocking the wind that hit against it and keeping himself and the tree which he put the seal upon safe. Using it as a barrier if you will.
The jutsu that clashed against his was powerful. He really was a specialist in this form of the elemental arts; yet so was Noel, or at least whilst performing this upper division jutsu which made him wonder if his juts would out last the attackers own long enough to make him going airborne detrimental. Specifically with the possibly being active tornado but the seal still most definitely being active, hopefully it would deter Noel's opponent from being able to sustain flight and fall into the eye of the tornado where he will be ripped by the tornado's winds or at least become grounded to where Noel could then begin evening the playing field.

Because of all this practice, the user has developed their own personal sense of balance.
