“The world will never take my heart.” ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ ✗ Kana saw Tsuki spin her scythe and extinguish her flame. Damnit. Kana thought bitterly as the girl taunted her a bit. She needed to keep a level head, getting mad wasn’t going to help but she needed to stay on her toes, alert, and fearless.
The girl then threw her scythe at Kana and actually laughed a little “Doing the same long range attacks over and over again isn’t going to do much good. Too scared to do a direct attack?” Kana taunted the girl as the scythe flew at her and Tsuki dashed behind her. Kana gripped her keyblade in a manner that seemed odd for a keyblade wielder; the blonde was holding Silent Twilight like a baseball bat. Now, Kana knew this was risky but she wasn’t about to let this girl taunt her and then not surprise her a bit. As the scythe entered within range of the top of her keyblade she swung it and the scythe landed lamely a few feet away from her.
That worked? Kana stood there a little schocked for a moment, she’d almost excepted to miss and have half her face cut off. The blonde was so flabbergasted that she almost didn’t notice that her opponent was jumping somewhere above her. What the hell is she doing? Going to retrieve her scythe? Kana mused as the girls shadow loomed over her.

 Țѕυкι ❖ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ Tsuki grinned as she went over head. She back flipped so she'd stay on top of Kana and descended upon the poor girl. The scythe was merely a distraction for this to work in Tsukis favor. She expected Kana to attack her with her keyblade so she was quite ready for an attack, and a good kick to the gut. Once Kana swung her keyblade up Tsuki would spin out of its way and kick Kana in her gut. ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ❖ Quote: Tsuki is now descending upon Kana ready to dodge and attack at the same time.

Kimberly scowled as Rufio outright let her hit him. She wasn't looking for free shots, if she was going to land a hit, she didn't want it to be because he let her. That was just insulting in her mind. Unfortunately it seemed she was distracted by her thoughts and she didn't react to his attack in time. The girl attempted to move out of the way, but the man was just too fast. Her legs were knocked out from under her, and she landed on her back. Reacting quickly this time she rolled to her right and away from him.
Kim got up on her feet, though a little wobbly at first. She stomped each foot on the ground once to test if they were alright. When they held her up, she took that as an okay to go. With a new source of motivation, she charged at Rufio, keyblade tight in her hand. She didn't get far, though, when her left leg suddenly gave out on her. She gasped in surprise as she fell forward and landed on hands and knees. She didn't think he hit her that hard, but it seemed otherwise.

 Rufio Bon Herenheim "Memories are the key. I need to know..." ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ Rufio watched Kimberly with anticipation in his eyes. When she looked irritated and then fell the way she did, he sighed and rubbed his forehead for a moment. "Miss? I wasn't trying to insult you. I wanted to see what you could do, it's as simple as that. Sadly, you weren't putting all of your effort into it. I want to see more from you, but..." Letting out another sigh, he walked over to her and knelt down, holding out his hand. "I can help you to a doctor if you'd like? I apologize if I hurt you, I wasn't intending to cause you such serious harm. I only wanted to trip you up and open you up for another attack. And I am definitely not helping my cause any right now am I?"
Rubbing the back of his head, Rufio looked into her face and smiled. Without speaking another word, he held his hand palm up waiting for her to take it. Nodding, he looked around at the other fights. I really hate to win this way, but if she's hurt then there's nothing that can be done. I just hope she doesn't take my actions as insulting as she did when I let her strike me. With a frown and a shrug, he just waited to see what Kimberly might do. ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ Quote: Rufio offers his hand! Not in marriage you fools! Kimberly suddenly felt very foolish. Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. "Sorry" She said quickly, realizing how silly she had been. She was just over thinking things. "I'm just not used to things like this..." She mumbled, partly to herself. The blonde simply stared at the hand for moment before taking it. She really did feel foolish. He was a nice guy and all she did was get mad at him and make herself look like an idiot.

Jak Ramsay I'm too fast for you. You can't touch me!  Jak got hit a bit but it won't do much damage. As long as he concentrates on the fight he will be fine. He saw her charge and saw it as a good time to strike now. He ran forward and jumped up thrusting his blade forward torward her gut. He had a sharp pain run through his big toe on his left foot. He got hit in the toe by Sagi's hammer. It shouldn't mess up his movements much but the pain will definitely be noticeable. Quote: Jak gets hit in toe and attempts hit Sagi's mid section.

Rufio Bon Herenheim "Memories are the key. I need to know..." ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ Rufio smiled and gently grasped her hand. "There is no need to apologize. I can see how someone would take what I did as insulting. I'm honestly still getting used to interacting with people. I'm not even sure if I'm doing it right or not. Losing one's memories is a rather frustrating experience." He chuckled nervously before helping her up. "Now, let's get you to a doctor shall we?" Rufio smiled kindly at her before leading her out of the ring. It was a brief fight, but she at least seemed like a 'fun' person, for lack of a better word.
As he led her in to see the doctor, he decided to give her a tiny bit of advice for future reference. "Before we part, I would like to offer you one piece of advice: do not let anger or frustration cloud your judgment. When in battle with an opponent, be it Heartless, Nobodies, the Guild, or otherwise, keep your mind clear. Maintain your focus and don't let it waver. Your enemy will take advantage of any opening you give them. Remember that okay?" With a gentle smile, he left her to the doctor and went to rest in the waiting room, not even letting the doctor take a look at the wound on his chest. ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ Quote: Rufio wins, although it is in a rather odd way. Before leaving Kimberly, he offers a small piece of advice. Nothing much to do now but wait for the next round of matches.

By that point, she knew for sure she would lose. With Jak's attack to her stomach, any energy she had left was rapidly depleting. She was just too tired for any type of miracle to happen to change the course of the battle. Her best option would be to simply leave the arena. Sagi wasn't goin to die here, nor was there any point in staying for a match that turned out a lot less interesting than she thought it would. Jumping away from Jak, Sagi lowered her weapon and departed as a member of the Guild would.

Jak Ramsay I'm too fast for you. You can't touch me! Jak's hit connected perfectly. With that he wins the match as Sagi started to leave the arena. NICE BATTLE!! Redemption had disappeared from his hand and he placed both hands behind his head with a huge smile on his face. He knew it was only going to get harder from here but it didn't stop him from enjoying his victory.

“The world will never take my heart.” ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ ✗ Kana became aware of Tsukis approaching decent. Kana’s mind began to formulate a plan. Now that she doesn’t have that annoying scythe, let’s try this again. she thought to herself, lifting up her keyblade so the tip was pointed towards Tsukis, she winced a bit as she did because her should hurt from the burn she had sustained earlier. The end of Silent Twilight began to once again ignite and she sent a fire ball blazing towards Tsukis legs.
Kana bit her lip in anticipation, if she could make it painful for the girl to use her agitating acrobatic skills, she’d lose her advantage and probably have to attack her head-on, which would make Kana’s life a hundred times easier.

Țѕυкι ❖ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ Tsuki's eyes widened as the blazing fireball came towards her, she twirled sideways in an attempt to avoid but her right calve was burned badly. She had to end this fight here and now so as she landed, rather ungracfully and embarressing, she ran to her scythe and clutched it tightly. She silently prayed that this last attack would win the fight for her and she dashed towards Kana as quickly as she could and attacked in a flurry. ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ┅ ❖ Quote: Tsuki has taken an major injury and unleashed a flurry of attacks with her scythe on Kana.

Rufio Bon Herenheim "Memories are the key. I need to know..." ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ As Rufio entered the Group C Arena and took his place in the ring, he looked around and smiled. This is the only match in Group C this time. And it's against Riku of all people. I'll have to give this my all and show that guy what I'm made of. I'd like to see what this prize is. With a shrug, he summoned Zenith to his hand and stood in the ring with his eyes closed, waiting patiently for his opponent to arrive. This would be a tough fight and he knew it. ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄

Even though this man didn't talk as much as most people did, the message was clear. He respected Riku and would do his best to give him an enjoyable, yet challenging fight. If Rufio were to lose, he would be all right with that. Still, winning against a foe such as this would be kind of nice too. With a shrug, he brushed his violet hair out of his face and took in a deep breath, releasing it slowly. Here goes nothing.
With a shrug, Rufio hopped up and down a few times, preparing himself mentally for whatever moves he was about to make. When he finally stopped hopping, his eyes narrowed and he quickly dashed for Riku, but right before reaching him he stopped, grinned, and zipped around to Riku's side, swinging fast at the younger man's legs. "Let's have some fun Riku!" ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ ★ ▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄ Quote: Rufio makes the first strike! He launches a quick assault aimed at Riku's legs!

Riku found it interesting how fast Rufio could go from smiling to eye narrowing so easily, but he didn't have much time to muse over it as the man dash towards him. His simple smile was now a broad grin. Clearly he was looking forward to the battle ahead. The grin disappeared however when Rufio darted to his side. He really should have seen that coming.
Riku attempted to move to his right, but wasn't fast enough to get both legs out of the way. His left leg was knocked out of under him and he was near certain he was going to fall flat on his butt. Some how with a combination of arm flailing and a small hop backwards, he managed to regain balance and get his left foot back under him in a relatively small amount of time. There would be a bruise no doubt, but he doubted the damage was serious.
A retaliation was quickly forming in the young man's mind as he dashed towards his opponent this time. Once he drew close he suddenly dove past him, rolled behind. His rolled ended in a crouch behind Rufio, but he quickly sprang up and aimed a strike at the man's back. Of course Rufio could turn, resulting in a hit to the arm, side, chest, or worse of all some sort of retaliation of his own.
