Body: Cream base, CC markings inspired by the given painting.
Face: Gold eyes, eyebrows should match the hair color. Inner ear should be a slightly lighter color than the base coat.
Mane: Pinned back curls with CC bangs at the sides of her face. Some small gold pins present. Curls should come down to her shoulders or slightly below. Done in the same color as the ref.
Tail: Altered long minicorn tail, the end should have the same sort of curls as the mane, with a few small strands of gold tied throughout. Same color as the mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Hooves light brown, fetlocks base coat color with a slight fade toward brown at the bottom. Standard minicorn fetlocks.

Mane: Black with multicolored streaks for both, CC on colors (just bright/neon colors, no red); Long, wavy/curly/swoopy, have fun with the hair. As long as there's a lot of it, we're good :3
