The move would miss as the snake hisses loudly. Fangs dripping with saliva ...in the future that would become poison as he rose to his full height ....and swung his tail behind him. He was more than ready to deal with his opponent ...with open fangs and crushing coils as he snakes forward and prepared to use his coils alone to end this.
His entire body seeking to wrap around her....one set of coils among the other. This was now a battle to see whom would finish off who first.

Artemis missed again. What was going on? Had she eaten some bad berries or something? She was powerful, and she brought death to he who dared to challenge her. There was no reason for this... snake to still be alive.
But for now, she had to avoid having the Seviper wrap himself tightly around her again, and to do that, she flew up as fast as she could.

It would work as the Seviper lands without anything in his coils. His head looking upwards, this was where the flying type had him at a disadvantage as he hisses loudly. His tongue would dart out of his eyes would stay locked on his opponent. He was trying to figure out which would be the best way to strike next ...as he would slither towards cover.
A flying type's strength is their ability to fly, but if he can get under cover those wings would be useless.

Now was her chance. She had to do something drastic now, or else the snake actually had a chance a winning this battle... And that was not acceptable. She aimed her beak for the cut she had created before, and she dove straight towards the snake.

That attack would hit, but it wasn't enough to cause any pain as the Seviper seemed to move that area out of the way. Head snaking around ....as he turns and twist around her back ..as he smirks lightly.

He was trying to get around enough to close those wings. Ground her again ....as he would turn his body to get underneath her belly ...right in frotn of her legs ....as he twist further and further ...coming around and around ...if he could just close the circle she would be done.

Artemis felt her beak come into contact with the Seviper's tough skin, but knew it wasn't enough. She hadn't even caused him any pain. How embarrassing. Plus, now the Seviper was aiming for her wings. How rude. Before the Seviper could get the chance to wrap himself in a way that would constrict her wings.

The snake had over estimated as he would slip from her body. His head sliding off of that metal surface as he would fall back to the earth and curl himself back around again. He would hiss loudly at his own failure as he lands in a pile with his head sticking out and his tongue quickly following suit ....as he continues to hiss darkly at them.
His body moving with coils over coils ...a snake's form of a threat.

This time, the Seviper was an easy target. She wasn't going to miss again. She was going to tear him apart, and enjoy every minute of it. She grinned, and dove towards the Seviper again, beak ready to pierce right through the snake's skin.
((It'd be awkward if I rolled less than a 3........))

This time he would feel it as it split his skin ...that beak as it drove itself only inches from his spine ...as the pain alone made him faint. His head hitting the ground lightly and he remain there completely out ....completely unconscious. A hard battle fought, but it was finally over.

<> Although she was bit disappointed in the fact that the Seviper was still breathing, Artemis was happy the battle was finally over... And she had won, of course. But winning this battle was a bit different... She could feel herself growing a little bit stronger.
Once the battle was over, Celeste returned Artemis to her pokeball and continued down the path. She was in a hurry to get out of this forest.

5/5 Celeste wasn't sure if she could enter the city once she was out of this forest, but she knew the forest would come to an end soon... And hopefully, she would come into contact with some fresh air.

Though in order to do that ...she must pass through the forest's heart ...the area where the trees themselves have grown crooked and sharp with the poison. It is here in this place of poison and fumes ...that she would come....just a few more steps it would seem and she would be on the outskirts again.
Though this is where things get worst.

Celeste had hoped for the air to get better, to finally reach the city... But it seemed she had only reached the heart of the forest, where things were definitely worse. She had to hurry and get through here, before something bad happened. She started running through the forest, trying to avoid tripping and hurting herself. She would run the whole way if she had to. 1/5

Though she had bad luck ....as the Gastly would appear to stop her. The moment she was brought to a stop ..that gas would enter her lungs and the clock against her would start.
It was the poison of this place .....as the ghost pokemon seemed to laugh at the fact that she had the girl in her trap.
