How do cosplays work for customs?

In fact, cosplay are reserved. What I mean by that is by example I bought Sebastian from black butler. Only me can have other version of Sebastian from black butler. Before doing a cosplay we need to check if someone already have it done or reserved, if it isn't we can do it, thought not every colorist allow it. I do allow it whee

Type: Whichever would be easier for the edit
Ribbon: No

Fur Color: Technically a slightly tan skin tone
Eye Color: Light, honest blue (not necessarily like ref2)
Nose & Mouth Color: natural looking
Inner Ear Color: Covered by mask
Pattern: Edits.. Ref explains it best I think. Or, blue pelt with star on his chest (like in ref 2)
Edits: Captain America Shield, Mask covering his face and ears, boots for sure
References: CAPTAIN AMERICA Ref2 Awesome Shield
Notes: I'm torn between clothing or pelt colors.. I'd be happy to redo the form if needed.

Total: Oh price me..

base 50k + mask 10k + glove 5k + boots 5k + shield 10k = 80k
