  Akira stepped out of his classroom and smiled seeing Kiyoshi, "Hey" he said and smiled. "Well you ready?" he asked adjusting his messenger bag. "We better make it quick before Akemi finds us" he said.

Kiyoshi smiled and nodded. "Yea he finds us and we're both dead." He chuckled some and smiled at him. This is the first time he's actually been happy. He's never really happy. He may laugh and joke and be a jerk but he was never truly happy and now he is.

Akira smiled and lead the way to the parking lot. "My car is this way." he said walking towards a silver convertible. He smiled at Kiyoshi as he opened the door. Throwing his messenger bag in the back seat he climbed in.

Kiyoshi's eyes widened when he seen the car. He really does live on the good side of town... He thought as he got in the car.Akemi was coming out of the school to the parking lot, near Akira and Kiyoshi.Kiyoshi saw Akemi and winced. "uhhh.." Was all he could say as he stared at Akemi, waiting for him to notice them, wondering if he would.

Akira saw Akemi come out and frowned. "Shoot. Get down." he said handing the other his jacket. "Cover yourself with this." he said and pulled out making sure to go the opposite way of the boy.

Kiyoshi did as he was told and watched Akemi, sighing some. He didn't like having this big a secret and hiding it from his best friend but it had to be done.Akemi seen the car pull away and tilted his head some then recognized the car and sighed some and went back into the school and got his phone out of his locker and called Kiyoshi.Kiyoshi's phone buzzed in his lap. He looked at it and winced. "Akemi." He mumbled. He started to answer it, not knowing if he should.

Akira frowned. "Answer if you want to say your going home. Unless you want to tell him the truth." he said glancing at Kiyoshi. He drove in silence for a bit.

Kiyoshi put a hand on Akira's leg and frowned. "If you knew Akemi like I do you'd know thats not a good idea. If he finds out he'll try something stupid and last time this happened the guy transferred schools." He sighed and answered the phone and argued with Akemi for about 5 minutes then finally just hung up. "He gets on my nerves" He said as he laid the jacket ,Akira handed him, neatly in his lap and smiled some out the window.

Akira looked at Kiyoshi and smiled. "Trust me I can handle myself" he chuckled slightly. As he drove he turned on the radio. "We are almost there." he said as they pulled into the good part of town.

Kiyoshi stared in awe at how big the houses were on this side. "Wow..." You're one lucky guy to be livin' up here..." He said softly as he watched them drive past all the houses. "If you seen where I live you'll be beggin' to come back up here.." He joked. "Then again I don't regret living where i do cause I know I belong there but damn is it nice up here..." He said as he sighed some wondering what it would be like to live up there and not in the poor side.

Akira smiled at Kiyoshi as he pulled into a long driveway. "Before we get to my place there's something you should know" he said hesitantly. "Have you ever heard of the actress Miyuki Hashimoto? Well her real name is Miyuki Nakamura, and she's my mom...." he said. He glanced at Kiyoshi as he pulled in front of a large mansion.

Kiyoshi's eyes widened when he heard the name but fixed himself and acted normal even though he wanted to faint. "Oh... Uh... Yea I heard of her..." He said as calm as possible and shrugged like it was no big deal.

Akira looked at Kiyoshi, a smile on his face. "Shocked? Most people are when they find out. Though most don't know." he said getting out opf the car and grabbing his messenger bag as a tall man came up to the car. "Welcome back Sir." the man said taking the keys from Akira. Akira looked at Kiyoshi "Coming? Oh! Yuki is my mom home?" he said to the man, who shook his head "No Sir" he said. Akira nodded at him before heading to the door.

Kiyoshi nodded and got out of the car and followed Akira, looking at the guy who Akira had been talking to him. He then looked ahead at the house and studied it. "Wow..." He said breathlessly.
