Naoki swallowed the chunk she had and her mouth. "They don't hurt as bad as they did... still sore but I can manage." Her ears flicked back. Shinta was probably worried about her getting more hurt. She shrunk back, slightly loosing her apatite.

Shinta smiled."good Im glad" he nuzzled the female, scooting closer to her. placing a paw over her shoulder."Thank you for breakfast Naoki." he gave her a soft grin, before walking to the entrance of the cave."so what do you think we should do now?"

"You're welcome." She watched him walk to the mouth of the cave. Her stomach growled. She did need to eat something. So she took another bite. When Shinta asked her, her head tilted. She swallowed what she had in her mouth. "I... I really don't know. Should we really be traveling banged up like this?"

Shinta smiled and nodded at the vixen."true we should probably stay here while were healing" Shinta took a hard look outside, taking a deep breath, he walked back over to Naoki and sat down net to her curling up his tail on hers.

"I don't think we need to be here for long though." She smiled at Shinta and nuzzled into him. She was sure he still wanted to take her somewhere. They could go in a few days after plenty of rest. Were they really in any rush?

They had been in the cave for a while now, using the deer for food, and after it was gone, shinta took his turn to go get more food for the 2. His cuts werent hurting anymore, he nudged Naoki with his nose."Naoki hey you ready to get moving?"

Naoki popped open her eyes and mumbled incoherently. She got up, stumbled out side and sat in the sun. Once she was finally awake she looked at Shinta. "Huh?" She blinked, her mind was still blank and foggy. "Go where?"

Shinta laughed."well I wante to take you to te place I was taking you the other day, before the bear situation." he knew that the bear would be a story shed want to bring home to her mother, he had a feeling he'd hear a mouthful over the fact that she got hurt, but he didnt care much if he got scolded, by any of thier parents as long as they got out alive

"He... I kicked that bears a**!! Hehe..." She puffed at she sat. That's right. She took on a bear. She had a feeling it was nothing compared to some of the things her mother has been through, but still. She was awesome. "Oh yeah.. Ok. Soo.. .Where is it? Are we going now? Let's go!!" She darted off into a random direction.

Shinta smiled, "its a special place for my family, and its this way" he saifd pointing to the path they were on when they were traveling before. the ravine was close He could already tell. His dad tld hima bout it, and the 2 agreed that shinta could have it for his home, as long as he knew his parents woul probably be stopping by from time to time.

She skidded to a stop, luckily she wasn't too far away to where she didn't hear him. "Hah~ I knew it was that way, I wanted to make sure you remembered." She padded backed toward Shinta, eventually catching up toward him.

Shinta laughed, while she started running over to him, and waited for her to catch up before heading back in the direction they were headed."We'll be there soon its pretty close by." He started to quicken his pace a bit.

Naoki nodded. She too picked up her pace to keep up with Shinta. "So why are you taking me to this place? Is there something special about it?" She wondered what it could be. A lake? Another Cave?

shinta nodded."its the place my dad proposed to my mom, they stayed there for a while too. its basically the perfect place for anyone to stay." he grinned, there was more to it, but he didnt even want to bring that up. shinta stopped when the ground suddenly tilted downward."this is it." he said looking down at the lush area below, the large lake, and feilds.

"Oh, thats sweet~" Naoki looked down too. "Oh wow!" She looked down at the lush land below her. "It's nice and all, but how are we going to get down here?" She plopped her butt down and looked about, looking for a way down that wasn't the edge of the cliff.
