As Zar wandered into the hallways she immediately became aware that this /wasn't/ a selective thing, and that a veritable crowd appeared to have gathered at Arel's office. A crowd that was all...very oddly dressed.
And then there was the christmas music.. what was that all about? She was.. more baffled than usual and found that even her tail was being more...sinuous than usual when she walked, curling in a come hither fashion that she really wasn't keen on. In fact everything she did seemed to be unintentionally over sensual. Was this how her mother felt ALL THE TIME?
She wilted, wings sagging as she wandered over to the office to listen in on some of the conversations going on.

To be frank, not much had changed with Xiu. While she had a, er, few new additions and was missing her already-barely-noticeable boobs, the baku was still standing at nearly the same height, if not an inch or two taller. The change that was probably the most noticeable was the fact that she no longer had her long, braided hair.
Still, that didn't mean that she didn't freak the hell out when she woke up.
The first thing she did after she had finally calmed down (which took about a good 15 minutes) was change. Not only did her clothing feel a little tight, but Xiu knew better than to wear a skirt while she was in this state. With a grimace, she grudgingly changed into a pair of pants (that she had never worn before) and a white dress shirt. She was particularly careful to avert her gaze away from herself while she changed, and being even more careful about where she was touching.
This...this would wear off, right? ...Right? She sure hoped so. While she was hesitant to leave her room, Xiu couldn't help but wonder if this was affecting the whole school. Perhaps it would be a good idea to pay her friends a visit.

It took Nuru a whiiiile to balls up and.. even then she seems to have stuffed her trousers with balls of wadded up toilet paper to keep the effect as she peeeeked out of the bathroom and began trying to lurk the hallways heading towards the main school area.. where... everything seemed chaotic and gathering.
It was here she spotted .. him... or rather... her... oh SNAP. She eyeeed her up and down before skuuulking ever closer for a better more intense staring. Where has she BEEN all my unlife?

Any students happening in the hallway may notice the thin trail of sand leading away from the office. A couple of students seem to have caught on: the trail of sand, upon following it, brings them directly to the front gates of Amityville, where a few students were already standing, murmuring with each other, unsure of whether or not to step beyond the gates of Amityville.
The trail of sand continued past Amityville, and into the labyrinth known as the weeping forest itself. OOC EVENT! THE TRAIL OF SAND:- Students may choose at this point to leave Amityville campus (this is all for saving themselves right, right?) They can now rp in their natural forms as well (Genderswapped) The forest however, is not flying friendly or size friendly (dark, narrow and crammed). - If they do, roll a 100-sided dice and match your dice roll to the results below. RP out the results. You can roll ONCE, but you have unlimited reaction posts. - 1 - 20: The forest seems to whisper ominously, as usual, the pathways splitting and dividing rapidly. You are unsure which way to go, and the trail of sand seems to have disappeared into the darkness.... - 21 - 40: There are simply way too many trees in the weeping forest, and as you look back, Amityville seems so far away... disappearing almost... - 41 - 60: Aha! You run off the designated trails in the forest to follow the trail of sand, gesturing for (however many people) to follow. In the distance, there seems to be a strange, larger gnarled tree... - 61 - 80: You're a little lost, and you don't dare to go deeper into the forest. You stand at the main designated path, wondering what to do next - 81 - 100: As you step into the forest, you hear a strange noise, similar to the sound of ocean waves. Where is it coming from?

The day started out okay, no battles since the whole Christmas incident, but something felt..wrong. Whatever it was, she couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she felt different, not herself. Pulling herself out of bed, she strode towards her closet, only to pause in front of her mirror that hung on the wall close by. This--was wrong! Why was her brother here!? Near screeching, she flung some objects she could get her hands on towards her 'brother', only to have the mirror crack and crumble when the objects flew towards it. Something was really, really wrong! She was her brother! Or looked like him anyways.
"What the fu--" Reaching for her yellphone, she dialed Fell's number and waited for her to pick up. "Pick up, pick up, pick up!!" This was possibly the worst thing to happen yet! And where was Fell!? "Jackdammit!" Slamming her phone back onto her bed, she scouted her closet for something more..appropriate to where for her new gender. "There had better be a good explanation for this!"
Marching out of her dorm room, she slammed the door shut upon exiting, and strode for the reaper dorms. If Fell was there, she was going to drag her along in hopes they would find some sort of cure for this..problem. After. she would need to locate Bul, and explain--or try to explain--her sudden problem.
Reaching Fell's dorm, she pounded on the door, in hopes she would soon open up. When nothing happened, the living doll resorted to kicking it open instead. "FEEEELL!! Somethings wrong! Where are you!?"
---------------------------
"No Tybalt! I did evolve! Its not a prank at all!" The swamp dragon chimed, practically skipping with excitement. As far as he was concerned, this was all supposed to happen. "Its gone Tybalt. No joke can make that go away! No matter how well planned a joke!" He was convinced this was supposed to happen, but he wasn't sure about Tybalt and why he changed. Maybe he evolved as well?
"In any case, cheer up! Its not the end of the world! You still look the same--well..sort of. Your chest is swollen." Shrugging, he continued skipping on forward, grinning like the idiot he was. "If your so concerned, maybe you should talk to nurse Cricket about it."

Zar wasn't aware of Nuru's approach as usual, the ghost surprisingly good at sneaking up on her when he wanted to, too busy trying to get a peek at the door, standing on tippy-hooves as she peered over the heads of anyone neaby, tail held out for balance. It looked locked though.
And almost everyone around looked as confused by what had happened as she was. However, she /did/ notice one or two following what appeared to be a trail of dust..sand? Something anyway.
She looked up to where it seemed to lead, frowning thoughtfully.
Outside? She wasn't sure she was /dressed/ for the outdoors.

The now-boil aimed his charming smile to all those whom surrounded the owlghoul, a small nod following as well. A hand was soon lifted too, taking the pale ghoul's to shake, a slight bow given in addition; it was a custom of the men in her family, after all, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Ulmuka. I am Evelyne-Aglaya Yeva Verochka. Normally, I would greet you as a female, but I have been struck with some sort of spell, it seems." he explained in a silky smooth tone, which matched equally to his usual voice... just deeper. The moths perched on each student's shoulder wings wavering slowly, inspecting them for their owner. He was a bit taken aback as some goosing to a pair of breasts on a red ghoul was performed, but merely chuckled lightly, and grinned further, "Might I ask... have the rest of you been put under this same spell?" He was a bit surprised when a random boil appeared before the winged ghoul, but didn't show much mind to it, a few moths hovering around him as well for an inspection.

Zar may not have been aware of Nuru, but Nuru was VERY aware of her. Looming after her just a bit longer before harping up abruptly.
"Hey, you look niiice~" She grinned doofily as her gaze wandered over the succubus's body. Sadly the goings on were completely lost on her in the light of this new development.

"Hiya uhm..." Bul narrowed her eyes at Muka. That fiend! How come he couldn't be as endowed as her? Wait... why was he thinking about that? Since when did he care about his cup size? What?
"Nice meeting you too-" she added before quickly trying to get away. That firey seething jealousy.. Bul never felt like that about anyone or anything before. WHAT WAS THIS FEELING OF JADED, EMOTIONAL CONSTIPATION?
Thankfully the shimmer of sand was enough of a distraction even as a dainty little moth rested comfortably on her.
That's totally not suspicious. Anything leading to the forest generally spelled hunters you know. But the curiosity flaring within her was too powerful to shake. Bul had to investigate. Maybe he'd run into Mr. Mei along the way!-Going to Forest-

If there was one thing Savior understood about the strange outcome of the day it was that she was....hungry. It wasn't the hunger that had gnawed at her like before, the desire to render apart the flesh of her own kind while out in a sandy desert, but rather a strong hunger to get hold of whatever was closest to her and simply break their neck while she ate them alive.
Part of her wondered why she'd never considered such things before, when it suddenly hit her like a sack of bricks once she passed a mirror in the hallway. Instead of seeing something she should attack, another female Marrowstripe ready to strike, her brain registered the appearance as that of a male and as that of a.....fellow.
Savior had turned male.
. . . . Savior could not tell the difference.

Junko didn't know where she was running until it was too late and the ghoul-turned-boil was already in the forest. The futakuchi-onna stopped, eyes wide and frantically looking around.
...What was that noise? Did anyone else hear it?

This wasn't right. Not the whole being gender bent phenomenal no, he could get used to having different parts; it wasn't a huge deal to switch them back off later. No, the problem Mort was annoyed with was the fact that being a ghoul meant he should have things to fondle, not . . . not a bony a** and an ironing board chest.
ლ(ಠ益ಠ) WRY FATE.
The zomboil-turned-ghoulie made a pouting face, crossing his arms as he strode towards what looked like an equally scandalized group of students. Among them he thought he recognized two, being that one was rather red-haired and the other with a familiar face, hair (ish) and loose-fitted clothing.
"MrrrrrrrrwhatisthisIdonteven," he huffed childishly as he approached.

Zar was about to round on whoever it was who felt like commenting on her current predicament with the fury of all of this morning's pent up stress. Sadly, her oppertunity to vent was not to be as she slowly realised why the ghoul she was eyeing looked familiar, blinking sloowly.
"Nuru? Wow." She did stare a bit. But only out of surprise. That was all. Surprise. Really. It was one thing to see other people dealing with the shift, quite another to run into a friend who looked..somewhat different to what she remembered.
She crossed her arms defensively only to find this was a whole different sensation when doing so just..hefted things. She very quickly /stopped/ and let her arms drop to her sides with an irritable snort, she didn't want to put any more strain on that damnable shirt button than she had to.
"I have no idea what's going on, I presume you don't either?"

The sound of the ocean?
Maybe becoming a ghoul gave him super-monster hearing. Hell so far all the perks were great except that prang of emotion that made him almost sick to his stomach. Thank Jack that didn't last long.
It hadn't even occurred to the half beast that she could be scavenging the forest as a creature. There was something so alluring and mysterious about what she was hearing and something about it struck her as welcoming.
The last time she'd been even remotely near the forest of course, blue flames licked up everyone that had run into it. What made her so curious this time that she'd go off campus to investigate?

When it came to following things, like trails, it seemed as though switching genders didn't bother Savior in the slightest (she hadn't even noticed the change after all), so when her/his (?) eyes found themselves focusing on a trail of sand Savior the (male) Marrowstripe was off like a dash chasing down whomever might be at the end of it.
It didn't smell like another Marrowstripe (Savior wondered if males had a weaker sense of smell [ they did ]), and instead lead her to a large, gnarled tree. Looking around she wondered if anyone else was there. What was going on? If someone else had been there she probably would have tried to eat them.
so tasty.
