Sethrian.Terkynna  "Good, then stay out of the way," Sethrian told Raccoon without looking up at her. He was in the middle of folding the egg yolks into the chocolate and did not want to be bothered with someone who barely knew how to speak up properly. He gave Snyder a slightly appraising look. If he baked here a lot, then maybe he actually knew how to cook. "In that case, why don't you start preparing the eggwhites," he told the other boy. He wasn't really used to cooking with other people. He used to do it with his grandmother until she got too nervous to really be around him, but as long as Synder didn't get in the way or mess anything up, Sethrian didn't mind sharing the kitchen with him. It vaguely occurred to him that introducing oneself was proper courtesy. But...eh. He was trying to focus and he wasn't interested in winning politeness contests. So whatever. ((Seth...this is why you aren't popular. =w= ))

Snyder nodded at the order, already making his way to cracking open and separating eggs. Of course, if that... girl? didn't know how to cook, she was certainly welcome to join in spite of the.... boy's? objection to that. He would have even suggested that if she hadn't fallen asleep right off the bat. Odd. So very odd.
"I'm Snyder. Who are you? " Snyder asked right off the bat as he tediously made sure not to get the gunk on his fingers. No, that wasn't how introductions went, but he was too busy to try a smile. After all, it was unsanitary to stick a finger into his mouth to try such a thing.

Sethrian.Terkynna "Sethrian," he replied, going to get the ramekins out of the freezer. "You said you bake here a lot. Is the professor never here then?" Because that...well, it was convenient but annoying. Weren't they supposed to be having class? Not just randomly baking what they wanted. The boy seemed to be trying to do something with his face, but Sethrian couldn't really tell...what. Maybe he had some sort of strange...tic. Seth just pretended not to see it, just in case. It was never fun to have people draw attention to your flaws...

"It's a pleasure meeting you then, Sethrian, and no, I haven't. I do tend to show up when class isn't starting though, so perhaps the professor is busy." Snyder remarked as he shifted over to the mixer to dump the egg whites in. He was going to give up on this facial expression thing for the moment. Who really cared if he looked like a blank puppet in the first place? He needed to focus on baking, not expressions, less he suffer from his distractions.
"Do you want me to add lemon juice in as well?"
(( I have no clue how to make a chocolate soufflé, so I am BSing this. Feel free to whack me with a newspaper if I get this wrong. 8D ))

Sethrian.Terkynna "Yes," Sethrian said. "And quickly. The chocolate is ready so we need to add the eggs so we can cook these." He glanced at the wall clock and realized class was technically over. But study hall was next so they were really in no danger of being late anywhere else. I tshould be fine to continue to cook. And after, he had no idea what he was going to do with the souffles. He supposed he'd give Kamil one. The way the boy obsessed over food, he'd probably love it. Kasie...well, Sethrian supposed that she probably couldn't eat. So he wasn't sure. Maybe Snyder would take some or something?

Nodding his head in response, Snyder underwent the rest of the procedure of beating the egg whites, making sure to add the lemon juice and sugar along with it. Once he had finished, he gingerly folded them into the chocolate mix until it properly blended in. He grabbed a hold of a ladle and scooped the souffle mixture into the ramekins before cautiously placing them on a baking sheet in the oven. Surprisingly, he came out unscathed. If one was to exclude his slightly charred fingers, but that was nothing compared to some of his previous oven adventures.
Oh. The bell rang. Or more like had. Baking just took up his time that way, but it wasn't like they were both in a rush for classes. Wasn't it study hall? That was good then. Snyder was making it his goal to no longer be late from trivial distractions. "Do you mind if I were to take one for a friend?" He asked since it was Sethrian's desserts to begin with. He just helped.

Sethrian.Terkynna Sethrian shrugged. "I don't mind. You helped make them; it's only fair." He started searching for something disposable to put the rest of the souffles in so he could take them with him. Actually, he was a little surprised to find another student capable of cooking. Since it wasn't really a skill one would expect many students to have in the first place, he really assumed most of them wouldn't be able to. "Are you certain you'd only like to take one of them?" He resurfaced with several styrofoam containers. He supposed they would have to suffice since he didn't think it would be appropriate to take the ramekins out of the class. "I will stay to clean up," he offered. "I started the project, so it should be my responsibility." There wasn't an overly large mess anyway, and it didn't seem fair to make the other boy help clean up, when it had been Sethrian's idea to cook in the first place.

"I'll take two then." After all, he did have two friends. That is if Suzanne and Renivere counted as a friends. He needed to make sure to formally ask them if they were in order to prevent the confusion.
"It's fine though. I can clean it myself. You're free to go if you want." Snyder had to decline since Sethrian was indeed the one who began the cooking. That meant that he was free to go first since he worked the longest. Right? " I've only been here for a short amount of time, so it's the least I can do since you've been here longer than I have. Plus, there isn't much to clean up." He just had to make sure he wore gloves. Water and paper didn't exactly mix.

He gathered his things, and the remaining souffles and nearly flew out the door, feeling the strange sensation that he was desperately needed elsewhere. Elsewhere...where Kamil was probably doing something weird or getting into trouble. ((*plays dramatic hero music* emotion_awesome ))

 Laklas Oretto Laklas pushed his way into the cooking classroom, frowning slightly. It seemed quiet. Too quiet. Suspiciously too quiet. What were they making, soufflés? He walked in and looked around at the deserted classroom. Raising an eyebrow, he glanced down at his schedule. "...alright then," he said, stepping in. "Free period." Chuckling, he took a seat, kicked his heels up on the table and started doodling on his class schedule.

((Awww. It looks like no one signed up for cooking on this period. ; w; If you want, you can have him attend another class if it turns out he's the only one in this class. ^^ And I think we're missing our cooking teacher too... ))
