Cella nodded, then after a moment realized he couldn't see it. "Yes Master Farin. We did. Miss. Perdita and Mr. Dannik has one of the maids helping her get chores done." She said finding a knot of tension in his back. Frowning she began working on that one knot.

"Well maybe he's going to need that awful lot of time to relax himself." Perdita said stirring the pot and moving to the oven to check on the desert she had baking. "You know how hard these bad days are on him. To be truthful, better her to deal with it then us."

"I'm with him on this one." Rockwell said leaning back in the chair.
Chephnem came back into the room the tension was thick and made her feel uncomfortable. "Oh jezz what did I miss?"
"That the captain pissed off a Anaxatarian Baron." Rockwell said with out even looking at her.

"She doesn't have to do anything if you don't want her to." Farin replied. He was still in a mood, but it was never at Cella. "You can tell her that."

"True that." Dannik replied. "Well, then what do we do in the meantime? We don't have to clean, right?"

"I'm such a dirty little b*****d." Titania shrugged, "Oh well." She turned back to look at the girl, "I thought you were asleep."
"She probably was woken up by our impending doom." Michaels whined, "I'm going to go make sure our thrusters are at full capacity in case we have to run for it."
"I'm never in flight mode, always in fight!" Titania called after him, "Just don't be a b***h when it comes to that!"

Cella smiled to herself and kept up with the humming and rubbing his back, her finger became sore after a little bit. "That feel any better Master?" She asked slowly sliding stepping off sitting to his side. When she was alone with the Master she'd rather not think about her mother, she was safe now, and they could catch up later. The most important thing was the master.

Perdita stayed leaned over as she peered into the oven like cooker. "Of course not!" She finally stood up, satisfied with the progress of the desert. "Well." She said thinking and walking over to stand next to him. "We'll be done for the night after dinner. So there isn't much too do. Really. We could just tell someone else to make sure this gets to them." Perdita slowly turned her head to grin at Dannik.

"I was just finding good bedding." Chephnem said leaning against a wall. "So we are gonna be fighting? Sounds fun." She grinned bright white teeth shinning in the light.
Rockwell frowned. "No it doesn't those guys don't ******** around."
"Man up! We can take them!" Chephnem seemed cheered fully ready to charge into battle at any time.
"You're a bad influence on her." Rockwell turned his to give Titania a dirty look.

Farin reached back to grab the girl's hand. "It's alright, you can stop, darling." He pushed himself up and sat back on the bed, pulling Cella forward toward him to hold her closer.

"Good idea." Dannik smiled the devilish grin back at her, "The girl's mom needs some more practice, right? Practice with the daily routines? I like that idea."

Titania shook her head, "I'm not the terrible influence. And you really don't have to worry about fighting the Baron, he's not really that active."
Micahels had come back onto the bridge, "On second thought, I've seen the whole room over, I've got to check the controls really quick."
"I've already seen it all, why don't you get some sleep? Someone's gonna have to take the night shift."
"I'm not very good at staying awake on my own."
"We'll take it together." Titania winked back at him.
"Why do I open my big mouth?" Michaels grumbled. He took a seat at the navigation chair and rolled his eyes, as he started his quick inspection of the instruments.

Cella sighed happily. It seemed his mood was improving. Snuggling in closer she slid and arm around his waist carefully laying her head against his chest. "I'm sorry you had such a bad day Master Farin." Cella wasn't satisfied with their positions, so she maneuvered till she was sitting in his lap and could hug him better.

"Sounds right. She's going to have to work like the rest of us." Perdita walked over to a maid and asked that she get the new slave to take the dinner to the Master's corders with instructions just to knock and leave the food there.
Once she was done, she returned to Dannik's side. "Well, uh since that's done I think I'm going to retire to bed." She winked. "What about you?"

"I could always take a night shift. I do better at night any ways." Chephnem said offering her help.
Rockwell nodded "I'll take what ever shift you need me to."
"So what Baron did you piss off? I'm curious." Chephnem said looking to Titania with a small smile.
"It doesn't matter all of them are powerful and she has made us enemies with him."
"Stop your bitching."

Farin reached over for the book on his nightstand, "Another story, Cel?" He glanced at his and sucked his teeth, "Actually, that's probably not a good one for you." He tossed it back onto the night stand and turned his head to look at her again, "So, your mother, was it? How is she?"

"Sounds like a good idea," Dannik replied, "You know, going to bed." He nodded toward the kitchen exit. "Shall we?"

"His Anaxatarian name is Rev'tavketr. It's quite a language, I know." She scoffed, "But, he's human, like the rest of us. He's just, well, he's a smooth talker."
"Oh yeah?" Michaels resisted an eye roll with his remark.
Titania shot him a glare, "Yeah. Some humans are just looking for a safe place to be when their whole world falls apart. Some humans were there long before it actually did."

Cella turned her head to look at the book he had deemed not good for her. It made her wonder just what he read all day. Turning her head back up she rested her chin on his chest "She seems fine. Momma looks older then I remember. But I guess that is normal." She smiled a small twinkle of mischief in her eyes. "Thank you Master Farin. Really." Sitting up slightly she gave him a small kiss on the cheek.

Perdita nodded. "We shall." Walking out ahead of Dannik she headed down the corridor to her own chambers. They weren't large, but plenty of room for her uses. As she went in to her room, she "accidentally" left the door ajar.

Rockwell shook his head. "The hell if I know that name."
"I think I've heard it before. I didn't know he was human." Chephnem said thinking about it.
"As she said alot of us were left looking for a safe place." Rockwell thought about his own family, and how it had been torn to shreds his mother had been taken into slavery, his father killed. Repressing a shudder he sighed. "Life is hard when you're human."

Farin shrugged, "They say we should make sure you're happy every now and then to avoid a revolt, right?" He reached up to tousle her hair for a moment then sighed and relaxed again. "But you're always well behaved, aren't you?"

Dannik strolled casually by and around the corner until he could stop, check to see if anyone else was in the hallway, and started back the way he came, making a beeline for the maid's room, and closing the door gently behind him, locking it. "Nothing to do but clean in here, huh?"

"It wasn't always." Michaels reflected. He sat back comfrotably after finishing his inspection of the controls, "But I don't remember much of anything but the military academy."
"It still isn't. You know the right people and, well, it's always been like that in the business of life, hasn't it? Titania shrugged, "Some of us got it."

Cella giggled and swatted at his hands as he messed with her hair. If he created too many tangles it would take forever for her to get them out. "I act as I should, it is my job to make sure my master is happy." She gave him a small smile. "My behavior should reflect you and the way you run your business." She nodded her head agreeing with herself.

Perdita was in the process of undoing the metal clasps holding her top together. "Oh. I think you have the wrong room Dannik." She said looking over her shoulder with a smile as her shirt dropped to the floor.
Still smiling she turned and walked to Dannik. "My room stays clean, so if that's what you came to do, you're wasting your time."

"Not every human is lucky enough to know some one though for them it's hard. Most of them end up as slaves, with cruel owners and a terrible life." Rockwell sighed leaning back, his mind wondered to where his mother could be now, if she was still alive or what could have happened to her.
"Slavery is pretty popular. Not with just humans. Some of my own kind is into it." Chephnem said shrugging.

Farin rested his head on the headboard and closed his eyes softly. Clearly work had been hard that day. "Why don't we sleep Cella, hm?" He didn't bother to look at her before he smiled and shook his head, but just barely, "No, you don't have to. You can go do what makes you happy. I'll sleep."

"Really? I hear that sometimes it gets dirty." Dannik shrugged, "But, what would I know?"

"Says the guy who was selling them." Titania remarked cooly after Rockwell spoke. "Life is a game, sometimes it's unfair and the odds are against you, so you have to find the right teammates."
"Do you have the right teammates?" Michaels leaned back to look at the woman upside down.

Cella made no move to get up from her spot. "Then I will sleep with you Master." She said leaning back against him. Cella was quite for a moment longer before sitting up and giving him a soft kiss. She knew his day had been rough, and wanted to make it better. "If that is alright?"

"Dirty, hum. Yes I suppose. But it's never only myself doing so." Stepping in and invading his personal space Perdita slid her arms around Dannik's neck and ran her hands through his hair. "I always have help, when it comes to dirty."

"I play the game to avoid the same fate." Rockwell snapped back before restoring his cool.
"Correction. Do we have the right teammate in you?" She asked eying the captain.

Michaels sat back up and shrugged, "Just hope it doesn't bite us in the a**."
"Don't want your a** bitten? Don't wear cute pants." Titania smiled and winked. It was fun making the kid uncomfortable.

Cella nodded. "Nothing makes me happier then being with Master Farin." she lowered her voice as not to disturb him so much. She was sure he would be a sleep. Till the silence we ruined by a knocking at the door. Frowning Cella got up, it had to be dinner, and went to the door and quietly opened it to see dinner sitting on a tray. Picking it up she carried it in and set it aside.

"Oh yeah." Perdita grinned and took easy steps back. Knowing one's room was nice. Nothing was on the floor she had to worry about tripping over, not that she didn't doubt for a moment Dannik might pull some silly stunt to try and trip her, just for the hell of it. "But I am picky with my help." She said leaning up to give him a small kiss.

"I'm not good with being patient." Chephnem said crossing her arms.
"Your not good at much other then being a spoiled princess." Rockwell said with a laugh.
"You've never complained, so don't start just because you're infront of new people. You're p***y whipped and I haven't even given you any." Chephnem rolled her eyes.

Farin was awoken from his light sleep with the knock but used the opportunity to get more comfortable in the bed. Once he did he mumbled, "You can eat, I'm going to sleep, okay?"

Dannik laughed a small laugh, accepting the kiss before he pushed her down onto the bed. "Do hope the master got his food, but even if he didn't this might be worth the lecture."

Titania laughed, "Ooh, ouch. Poor guy."
Michaels nodded, "That is pretty pathetic."

Cella had no interest in food. She had never been a big eater to begin with. But she made it a habit to eat with the master. Not saying any more Cella crawled into bed to sleep with him. She was his companion slave, in everything he did, she intended to be there even if all he did was sleep the rest of the day away.

Perdita laughed and bounced lightly on the bed when she landed. "We can always blame it on someone else." Sitting up she crawled all the way onto the bed and wiggled a beckoning finger. "Come here. I want to be dirty."

"You have delirium issues princess pain in the a**." Rockwell knew better then to get mad. She'd only start an argument. "But kid. don't talk if you've never even been laid."
"Nothing wrong with not being a whore Rocky." Chephnem looked to the others. "He's a man whore. He was also the b***h for every horny crew member one board."
"Delirium issues."
