2. I believe the limit is up to C rank, B with chakra control type. I could be wrong on that though. Medical is a topic that's been discussed quite a number of times.

So as long as I don't reach that limit, I'm good? My genin rpc can learn up to D-rank medical jutsu and even C-rank if she chooses to use up one of her C-rank ninjutsu slots?

Also, since medical does count as ninjutsu, can I have my rpc forget her medical jutsus? She learned the jutsus before the custom clan she has was even approved sweatdrop . I would like to have a talent that allows her to learn all medical jutsu, but I'm not sure if it'll be acceptable sweatdrop .

I'm certain you could, but like all talents, you'd ahve to give up on something to be able to access it.

I have a limited understanding of taijutsu, and I don't think that particular issue has been ironed out before, however I would say that is not an issue. I may be corrected.

If it is an open style that is not created by your rpc then others can learn it as long as they meet any requirements you have set (can be limited to element, village, clan or available to all). If your rpc created the style, he/she must develop it using theory scrolls, at which point it can be taught to other characters. I do not know if scrolls can be stolen and used, but they can certainly be stolen.

The difficulty in attaining scrolls is entirely intentional. Admittedly, it makes it harder for teachers if they don't know the jutsu already, but you have to recall that once one person knows the jutsu, they can teach it an unlimited number of times for free. Or charge if they wish.

The goal in mind when the scrolls were priced was to make players step back from the constant monotony of training endlessly, then complaining about having nothing to do until being promoted, and get them to do missions instead. Buy a scroll, learn a jutsu, go do a mission and have some fun writing something different, get paid, rinse, repeat. Eventually, following that principle, you get promoted, stuffing all the different issues we've run into into one nice little package.

Unfortunately, we can't make exceptions for different reasons, as I've had to explain to a surprising number of people. Once one exception is made, you have to make more, and eventually the system falls apart. It's also cheating. There are however a lot of ways you can legitimately cheat the system a bit. I won't actually tell you any, cause that would be cheating, but I did leave loopholes for those who could find them. (None that actually remove the price as you asked though, so don't bother looking for that.)

I hope that clears things up a little for you... As I said, it's mainly to break up the monotony and get more missions going, so that character story grows instead of just character power.

Just make sure when you play with the loopholes that you're playing with an intentional one and not a missed one. XD

Okay so a few years back I made the bird summoning with about 5 or so birds. Recently I've been thinking about adding more birds to the summoning. So if I update it does it have to get reapproved and what not?
