Alezen Tigersoul

Alezen looked at his parents for a moment before turning away from them. "How can I believe that? You keep mom here against his will... That is what it means to be a slave and wear that thing around his neck. My brothers and I only brought you together because you wanted us to have a family. Even Tasha can tell there is something not right...."

Even Tasha can tell there is something not right...."

Azera moved towards his son and put a hand on his shoulder. "I might be held against my will.... But I'm treated alright. Alezen my past owners were like Shétan. I was forced to do things I didn't want and I ended up killing alot of people when I broke free. It didn't take long for me to be captured again and Oloben, your father bought me. If he didn't I would have died on that cage and you would never have been hatched.... And I do love him.....". The last part he said softly hoping Oloben didn't hear it. "I'm sorry about hiding the truth from you but it was for the best at the time.... Your father wanted to change my memories as well but I wouldn't forget that I failed to protect those I care for."
Alezen turned and looked at his mother surprised to see tears in his eyes. He had never seen the man cry and knew what he said was true. "I..... I forgive you both of you.... Just don't keep anything from me again."
