Izaya wanted to grab onto Shizuo. To reach out and yell at him. To ask him if he was ever going to say sorry. It was no use. Izaya was too frail. Although he'd regained some strength, he couldn't bring himself to say anything.

Shizou looked down at him. "sorry" He picked him up and brought him to his room. He placed him on the bed, and left for work.

Izaya's eye's widened in suprise. When he looked up, Shizuo was already gone. Izaya smiled for the first time in ages and whispered," I love you Shizu-chan."

Shizou worked hard and on the way home he stopped at a park to watch some kids play. He looked over and saw two guys cuddling and kissing he turned a bit red. But continued watching the kids with a smile he was at ease because work was done, Later on he came home and started up dinner.

Izaya was feeling a little better, and even started using the crutches the doctors had given him to move around more often.

Once dinner was ready he called up "DINNER TIME" He kept forgetting that he wouldn't move from his room so he was gonna bring an extra up to him later.

Izaya flinched a bit at the yelling, but made his way downstairs on the crutches." Hi Shizu-chan." He chimed, weakly.

Shizou almost yelped out loud when he saw him down the stairs. "u-uh dinners ready"

"Okay." Izaya sat down calmly.

Shizou gave him his dinner and sat down and began to ear his food. He looked over for a minute and then continued to eat his food.

Izaya couldn't believe that he was sitting this close to Shizuo that wasn't against his will. He ate, blushing as Shizuo stared him down. One little word had changed everything.

Shizou finished his dinner and put washed his dish. He sat back down and watched Izaya.

"What?" Izaya asked, blushing a bit as Shizuo watched him.

"Oh nothing" He grinned a bit. "your finally eating that's all, Oh you have some food on your face, he grabbed it and ate it" He chuckled and left to the living room.

Izaya finished eating, put his dish in the sink and sat next Shizuo on the couch. He actually wanted to be near him for what it seemed like a long time now.
