Her eyebrows raised slightly as she was stepped to the side and a hand found its way to her hip. “Oh!” she exclaimed, her sights turning to the blond boy who had taken her invitation before she could hear the response of the boy she had asked. He was cute and his cheeks were bright red, perhaps he was nervous, or maybe it was warm in here? The foreign girl would never suspect that the drinks had been spiked; though it was possible she would notice that this boy as well as the others who had attended this party were quite drunk (eventually). Eun Hee returned the boy's smile as her excitement for this event only grew – not only did she have a partner now, but she would have another for a second dance lined up and ready to go. With both of her hands taken up by her dance partners, the Korean girl could only sort of smile and try to ignore the tension. “Ah, thank you!” Eun Hee said at least finally finding her words and trying to ignore the blush that had no doubt spread at the compliment. “Don't wander off Mister... um... Suzume Kirihara The tradition was to kiss if a couple found themselves under a mistletoe. She knew what it meant, but to be honest, she hadn't really paid much attention to the little decorative flowers all around, and hadn't thought about the custom when she walked in...in fact, she hadn't thought much about it until she mentioned the mistletoes just a few seconds ago. Distractions weren't doing much to help the girl get her thoughts away from warm breaths and lips brushing against each other, even if it was for a mere second, her insides twisting and churning just at the image. She wasn't, after all, completely clueless (mostly, yes...but not completely) on these feelings matters, and she had her own mostly...partially?...figured out...and and...well... she knew she was no expert in kissing and... She was getting way ahead of herself. A silent sigh escaped her lips as her gaze kept ahead, unable to turn and face him because she knew he would be able to read her in an instant. Though... as the brunette felt the tug in her arm that told her her companion wasn't moving anymore, brown eyes turned to crimson one, knowing that he had seen through her some time ago. And somehow...the fact made her happy...That he could know so much about her with the slightest change in her look or her smile.
"Hm?" Her gaze was confused for the fraction of the second before he pulled her slightly closer to him, lips pressing softly against her forehead, which sent a warm wave all over her body. She giggled lightly, pleased and feeling calmer at the action, strangely enough. And for that instant, she knew her worries weren't important. Whatever happened... Sai would be there. Suzu smiled at him, bright and genuine, with the smallest tint of pink on her cheeks as she listened to the answer to her question. "Aaw, come oooon!" Yeah...she was back to normal. "Not even a smaaaall dance?" Though, the twitch on his lips upwards (yes...even if it was almost invisible...she saw it...or maybe she was imagining it?) made her tilt her head slightly to the side. And the rest of the answer came then, making the brunette to jump on her place, energy leaking everywhere. "Really?! Later! You promiiise?" Though, before she could give him enough time to answer, the girl was already leading him upstairs, and towards the Christmas tree. "Oh! The tree! Yes!"
A few hurried steps and they were there. Brown orbs shone excitedly as they took in the image of the tree towering over her. "Waaah~ It looks sooo much prettier up close! The lights twinkle so brightly! And the ribbons! And the ornaments!" Her gaze returned to her companion for a moment, almost as if expecting his opinion on the tree, before some voices shifted her attention momentarily. She leaned to the side, trying to see who else was here in the balcony, catching sight of a pair talking. "Oh~ I thought we were the only ones here..." her voice came out as hushed whispers, almost as if trying to keep herself from being seen (even if that was quite impossible by her exclamations and squeals just a moment ago). "But- Oh hey... isn't that...a mistletoe? And...something flying?"

"Look, many anonymous topless women!!" As Almez undoubtedly turned to look (at the moron who had tried to use that as a diversion, of course), Zeo slipped by him, and he may or may not have been drug off by Alfred to give the two a little space, clasping Nix's hands in his own as he finally found her again, eyes that sparkled like diamonds staring into her own pair that seem rich with deep, endless seas of tranquility. "Me amour, I've finally found you! I wanted to apologize for earlier, that time when I tried to grope you when I perform the second sweep in the tango, and that time when I was looking at certain places for a few moments too long and forgot about the beat. But most of all, when you ran away, and believe me I didn't want you to leave but I loved watching you go, I felt my heart torn asunder with the burning passion within! Please mon amour, don't flee from me again! If I had a thousand lives to dedicate to someone as beautiful as you, I would lay them all down as a prince in order to protect your radiant smile. Though it can hardly compare to the feeling of love boiling within me, I would humbly ask that you take this rose, a symbol of that passionate dance we shared together." Zeo said, practically kneeling as he swooped down to one knee, placing the rose delicately in Nix's hands as if her hand might break upon touch. Just as it seemed the moment had become to get touching though, Zeo also shot up from his position, pointing upwards in a split second and throwing on what was practically a robotic voice it was so scripted. "Oh look there is a mistletoe above us, well I guess that for the sake of the holiday spirit we must kiss now. Wait for the girl to respond bef-ahem, I mean, would you do me this honor, Ms. Gallen? I would understand if you refused though...beautiful girl such as yourself, capable of winning any man's heart with your gentle eyes, would probably kiss someone as lowly as a simple pervert like myself. I guess I'll just die alone, a poor old blue haired fella, shoo-ing kids off my lawn and complaining about the weather...but if there is any justice in this world, someone as kind as you, who is gentle as a spring rain, would find happiness no matter what you chose. Who am I to demand a kiss of a beautiful mistress, who could put even the sirens of old to shame, and make the princesses of snow famed for luring men to their deaths in blizzards with their looks jealous. After all, it's like comparing a withering tree, to the first fall of cherry blossoms in the spring. Such is the difference between you, mon amour. Forget my request! Nay, nay I say!" Zeo turned from Nix, raising a hand to his forehead as if he were stricken with guilt for ever having suggested the idea, secretly glancing up towards Jeeves who almost dropped the queue cards, while Jarvis made sure that there was still a mistletoe above their heads. Sure, maybe the things he'd said were written by others before hand, and he needed a reminder here or there not to say 'by the ways every girl on earth wants my body, I'm that handsome', but still, he mostly meant what he said from the bottom of his heart. And for a guy like Zeo, wasn't that enough to show there was at least something? Wasn't there...?

Miles Edgeworth Ace Prosecutor of Osaka Miles stood silently in a nearby corner, sipping a Ventii coffee, truth be told he was surprised he was even invited to such a party, after all he hardly knew anyone. Still he figured it would be a good way to get out of the house and... perhaps meet people. But as always, Mile's turned into a wallflower, just standing off to the side, drinking his coffee and observering people, and to him that beat sitting around looking at his case notes all night. Still he wished someone would come up and talk to. As he lacked any kind of social initiative he always tended to just wait for others to notice him, that's the reason why he had the three rather eccentric friends he did...as they always had imitative, unlike him. With a small sigh Mile's once again sipped his coffee as he observed the crowd.

 Amelia M. Heartilly
"Should probably avoid the dance floor," Amelia said softly to herself with an amused smirk on her face when she saw the duo, Zeo and Nix, just taking up the floor and making a huge scene. She watched that the poor silver-haired girl was trying to get away, but in the end Zeo swooped her back and tried to keep her in his grasp. It was a fun, but if not a bit uneasy sight to watch. As for her? Dressed in red with a black fur on her shoulders, the fair beauty walked with ease but with confidence, red lips smiling as eyes wandered to see the interior of the ball. A red gloved hand brushed a strand out of Amelia's face as she ventured more inside, giving some hope that Nix can take care of herself in this situation. Violet eyes took in the area, and what a sight it is! A refreshing one at that, maybe even a little nostalgic when she thinks of the little girl years with these kind of Christmas parties being held. Of course she admired the tree that was near the end of the room in all of its gleaming and glittering galore, being a very nice touch. It was her favorite part in this time of year, feeling a bit of a childish warmth welling up when she saw the twinkling lights and ribbons dressing the pine. Woli would love this...
Those curious eyes wandered once again and the more the young woman looked around, the more she noticed many unfamiliar faces surrounding the floor and corners of the room along with so very few familiar ones. Not a Minori in sight, or even Mataki. Here she would think that those two would be here already.. are they being fashionably late? She could only imagine how Mataki must be doing with all that hair he has to tend to... and with Minori, maybe she was taking her sweet time to make her dolling up absolutely perfect? Either way, it didn't trouble the lady in red, still having a smile on her face as she made it over to the table holding the drinks and festivities while people behind and around her would mingle and have fun. Not that she's going to deny this, but a drink first. "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas..." she sang, serving herself "Everywhere you go. Take a look at the five and ten... Mmhmhmm mmhm.." Amelia continued then lifted the drink to her lips, humming the next line before stopping for the sake of enjoying the contents. She blinked then pulled the cup away to look at it with a questionable look, gulping it down before she tilted her head at the odd taste. Was this...? ...No.. Was it? "... Ah well." she could only grin and shrug her shoulders, taking another slow drink. Spiked or not, she'll enjoy herself either way.

It was certainly strange but since he didn't actually get to grope her she could over look it this time.. As long as he didn't try again. Her running away was a bit rude but before she could apologize for it the blue haired boy placed a rose in her hands, a very kind gesture. It was the second flower she had received so far so the girl would be lieing if she said it didn't hit a soft spot. He was being a bit better than their last encounter but.. That didn't last long either.
Zeo pointed out the mistletoe and started up some sort of speech that sounded a tad rehearsed. Nonetheless his words were very flattering even if they were a bit extreme. Though seeing his two butlers nearby made her laugh a little, he was either taking this very seriously or he was messing around. A part of her wanted to take him seriously and walk away like he was claiming but the other thought differently. He was being kind to her, not being rude, and there was no harm in following holiday tradition right? Besides they never specified what kind of kiss it had to be.. "Thank you very much.. That was very sweet of you." The girl said, pausing to step forward and place a small kiss on Zeo's cheek. After the kiss was placed on his cheek she stepped back, giving him a soft smile. What saved him was a firm grab to the rear of Jin, what made things bett….worse was that his hand was under the dress and Kosuke was bend over with his head next to her hip. Some would call this a bad situation, others would call this a little blessing, and Kosuke would call it both! There was a quick smile on the Pervy Sage’s face, and a small squeeze here, and a face rub there; and as quick as a fox Kosuke straighten back up! “Oh I’m sorry! ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❛♚⊰ :IKKAKU HOKURAKUSHIMON.zero x neon RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES, THE WORLD DECAYS!
There were many things that would be acceptable, he wouldn’t mind if he was whipped, or even stabbed; they were minor but acceptable means of torture. Instead though he was force to attend the vilest form of any torture, a Christmas party; there wasn’t any hell like this. Ikkaku just could not gather what he had done to deserve to be placed in this miserable pit, full of males dressed as penguins and females dressed as something he didn’t even know. He too was forced to dress the art of the party, shirts were not his thing at all, but they were on him. A black suit with a white glove to hide his dark claw, while his white hand remained the same; the lone wolf just didn’t really understand it all. Christmas, the season of giving, and just what exactly did that mean? Giving what? Why everyone was in such a high spirit in this season, was it because of this Santa Claus? An infiltrator to what Ikkaku knew from Maigo, breaking into the household and giving presents? That did make any sense! He was an infiltrator therefore he would be killed for trying to do that. As for the reason as to why everyone was high in spirit was the spirit of Christmas, again, such anomalies confused Ikkaku. What was this spirit of Christmas? What was its endgame? Why fill everyone with happiness? Too many unneeded and confusing thoughts filled his head, so Ikkaku decided to forget whatever was going through his mind and went along to the far end of the party grounds trying this sweet drink known as fruit punch. Humans had such a weird way of naming things, and with a sip, “Hm..” he could taste that there was more to this drink. Gulping one down Ikkaku went along to the source of this drink to get him another cup. Was a bold idea in his head, and he under normal circumstances he would not consider doing this, but he couldn’t take the crowd nor the music for a single second. The idea was simple, drink until he could forget the noise, the crowd, everything. It started with five servings, then fifteen, then thirty five, fifty, and he just kept going. Finally with a numerous of empty cups surrounding the table Ikkaku swayed away into the floor. He looked around with his half dazed eyes, the noise….didn’t seem to bother him much, the people who deemed as pest were not adding to his annoyance. Strange, and what was even more strange was that Ikkaku had made it up to Maigo. A Hand was placed on her shoulder, his gentle one, to get her attention, “Maigo…” he called out her name, in the usual stern and upsetting tone. If she were to look at his face now, she would see it heated up from the spike punch intake, “You…..know how to dance I suspect………..teach me now…..please”

From the entrance of the party, a young lady with long raven hair had entered the party, dressed in a flowing red gown that moved along with her movements, appropriate to the occasion she had a santa hat dressed on her head, and green high heels with festive candy cane stockings. "Can't believe I'm dressed like this..." grumbled the green eyed girl as she scanned the crowd to see a familiar face. She never really liked dresses because they made her a bit too girly, and she was always reluctant about removing her pig tails because it made her look much more like a young lady should; delicate and refined. Ever since she started to date Toru, she slowly began to withdraw her tomboyish side and started to try and grasp her girly, feminine character with little success. A sigh escaped her lips as she walked slowly to the side of the wall and leaned against it, bobbing her head side to side as she slowly observed the party invites to the special occasion. "Where's Toru...?" Mumbled Ellen to herself as she avoided using her powers, and just tried to act like a normal person should. Without any success she couldn't find blondd hair and glasses and found herself walking towards one of the tables, obtaining a glass of some sort of beverage and taking a small sip from it. Almost immediately the strange taste surprised her, but reminded her of an incident that happened during Mitsuru's party.
'Damn, how do woman walk in dresses?!' Thought Ellen bewilderdly to herself as she tried to grow accustomed to the length of her clothing and the uncomfortable feeling of highheels. She took a small step to the side and suddenly the stilt of the hill twisted the other way, making Ellen lose her balance and leaving her with a feeling of falling before she unconciously grabbed onto someone's arm that saved her from crashing to the floor. Immediately she began to apologize to the young woman before she realized she was apologizing to Amelia. "Oh...? Ame-I mean Heartilly! It's a pleasure to see you here!" From their last conversation with the importance of honorifics, she was simply doing her best to make sure she didn't slip. Adjusting her dress, she looked at Amelia with a faintly sheepish expression, "I never really wear dresses, or highheels... like barely. They're just so long and swishy and uncomfort-oh!" Ellen's highheels suddenly seemed to be made of ice, and she struggled to keep her feet straight up as she almost slipped again, her drink swishing violently to the sides of the glass. "Je... Jesus Christ..."

Kei Sasaki-Taihaku Kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill-...
With a snarl Kei slammed his cup of 'mystery juice' down onto the table, having had enough of the antics between Jin and her newfound sleaze. That grubby little worm had- oh the thought just made him positively red with rage! He had... ugh... He had 'disrespected' Jin in the vilest manner possible and then had the nerve to try and brush it off as an accident! Accident?! Tch. A spilt cocktail was an accident. A broken dish was an accident. A bumping of knees was an accident. Sticking your damn hand up a woman's dress and letting it linger whilst you- very obviously, might he add - cop a feel? That was just indecent! So what would any demon-blooded proper young man do? They'd waltz right up there and tear the little sod's throat out! And if the brat hadn't of been human, booooooy, Kei had half the mind to follow through with that thought. As it stood however, he was no barbarian, and would not instigate a killing where the victim (the term being used loosely) had no chance to best him. This wasn't war. A beating however... Ooohh, how his knuckles itched, how they screamed, so delectably, for the sensation of crunching bone. He paused. Would this really solve any sort of problem? This thought trickled into his mind, forming another reason to hesitate, another cry for passivity. The seduction of his fists seemed to prove too powerful for the disheveled young demon to bear though, and so, like a hurricane, he marched toward this "Isshiida" character (ugh, even the name made him sick) with death in his eyes. Eh, thinking took too long anyways. A rough hand gripped the fisherman's shoulder, and then, just as roughly, yanked him around so that the two males were facing each other.
A beat of silence lapsed as Kei fully absorbed the situation, disrupting the flow of his violence. There stood Jin, looking slightly scandalized. There stood Ishida... also looking slightly scandalized. And there he was. About to clock this dude in the face because he had decided not to mind his own business.
Immediately his arm and grip relaxed into a pile of jello, and immediately the anger on his face dissipated, leaving behind a look of blank stupor.
"Uhh..."
Oh no. Panic, panic, panic, panic! The very fact that he was up there would make Jin think that he had... That he had been watching the pair as they danced! Crap! I mean, he had, but she didn't need to know that! It was his job as her friend, anyways! To be there for her, to watch her back- oh! But not like that! No, no! The very thought of watching Jin's "back" sickened him! Repulsed him, even- even if it was kind of on the big side-
...
Hoh-man! What if Jin was, like, super adept at reading microexpressions?! Could expressions reveal thoughts? Oh no, oh no, oh no! Kei thought for a moment more. s**t. What if Jin can read minds! The absolute panic that etched itself across his face could only be described in terms of a child seeing their first puppy mauling. It was, to put it lightly, extreme.
Focus! With a shake of the head, he offered a shaky smile, and very mechanically, very rigidly, removed his hand from Ishida's probably now bruised shoulder. "Hi... there. Great party, eh...?" There was a pause, as a single bead of sweat rolled down the side of Kei's face. Then, as if completely astonished at her presence, he averted his gaze to Jin. "Oh! Jin! I didn't even notice you was there!" Plastering a million watt smile onto his face, he, in one giant step, came between the pair, awkwardness oozing from his every pore.
But really, what should he have to feel awkward about? It's not as if he had been watching them like a hawk the entire night! Haha!
Oh...

Kotaru Aoishi, THE YELLOW WOLVERINE ------->"I'm two quarters and a heart down, and I don't want to forget how your voice sounds..." The blond let out a sigh. Today just didn't seem to be The Yellow Wolverine's day today as he just kept losing the girls to the others guys. The boy should have guessed though since this was a huge gathering and not even Noelle was here for him to bug! In fact, he wasn't even sure if anyone else from Iwadate was here yet, or at least that was all to his own knowledge of whom he had seen and met at the party thus far. What more was he to do here if all the girls were practically paired with someone!? He already knew the hard way that messing with someone who was pretty much taken was a bad thing. The boyfriend wouldn't be pleased if he was with their girl, and it looked like most people did come on account of having a partner. Well, maybe who knows! Maybe he will find a lucky girl for him, but who was he kidding? He could barely stay with one girl back at Iwadate. "Who will be my next target!" The boy thought to himself as he began to look about the room again, but this time with a little more hope than he should. A single girl had caught his attention, but it was more because of the fact that he had actually recognized her. A smirk grew as he began to walk towards the Korean girl with whom he had been acquainted to for some time, or maybe at least a little while. Either way, she seemed to always be one of his targets at Iwadate. It was either pure luck, or he was just always simply finding a way to bug her. He did have a tension of annoying a multiple amount of girls and Noelle was surely part of that list and for a while as well. Although, as Kotaru came closer to the girl his expression dropped a little as he found that even the one person he even knew at this gathering was with someone. Actually, she was with two other guys who seemed to be asking her for a dance. Well, what more would he expect from the girl he knew that liked to dance. Now that Kotaru really thought about it though he didn't know how to really dance at all himself. "Damn, I'm gonna look like a fool if I do go out there and dance now," The surfer thought to himself as he began to contemplate the whole situation now. Who was he kidding though, he always looked like a fool.
Kotaru continued to make his way towards the girl who seemed to be quite occupied by the two others. He couldn't let that stop him anyway, so he might as well reserve his spot! Both of her hands seemed to be occupied by the other two who seemed to be anticipating a dance with the Korean, so he might as well another way to catch her attention. Like always his arm drew itself around her neck as his head perched over her right shoulder and like always he had that perky smile that seemed so hard to get rid of everytime he was around women. "Glad to know I'm not the only one here, Eun Hee," The boy told the junior with a teethy smile. He was definately glad that he wasn't the only one from Iwadate here, but also with the fact that she was a girl from Iwadate. "You seem really busy right now but don't forget to save me a dance," Kotaru told Eun Hee to assure that his spot would be taken before anyone else came for a dance. Of course though, to make things worst at least for the girl with his lack of sense on the idea of well, space, Kotaru placed a kiss on her cheek before drawing himself and his arm away from the girl to leave her with the two others who had awaited a dance with her. He made his way now towards the punch bowl as he was parched. He had to keep himself alive if he wanted to have that dance with either Eun Hee or any other girl! The blond got a single scoop of punch from the bowl and poured it into his cup. As he took a sip from the cup he couldn't help but feel a little disgusted and wonder what was wrong with the drink. "What the hell? This punch sucks..." Kotaru told himself as he still took another sip from his cup as he might as well finish it. There really was nothing else here anyway to quench his thirst. "...These words are all I have so I'll write them, so you need them just to get by."<-------

Ren Haruko Yuuki Haruko Ren managed to slip away from Yuuki as she felt dizzy from all the spinning. 'Definitely not going to have the punch...' Ren looked around as she saw other people dancing and gentlemen asking their ladies for a dance. She smiled a little and then felt something forced into her hand. Ren noticed that it was a cup filled with punch and Yuuki beside her. "I know you have to be thirsty after that dance." Before Ren even got a word in, Yuuki had wandered away again. 'Well I am a little thirsty. Just a tiny bit won't hurt...' Ren leaned a little against the wall and took a small sip of her drink.
Yuuki made her way back to the punch so she could get another cup for herself. She took a sip as the blonde hair she saw earlier approach to get a drink. Yuuki overheard his comment about the punch and she let out a small chuckle. "I actually think it's not that bad," she said as she took another sip.

▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❛♚⊰ :IKKAKU HOKURAKUSHIMON.zero x neon RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES, THE WORLD DECAYS!
Was this girl trying to put him in a bad mood already? Cause if she was…it wasn’t working. Oddly enough Ikkaku was more relax than usual, as if he was still walking on clouds; never felt this level of mellow before…he didn’t have a word of what he was feeling now. “I’ll be fine, just teach me.” he insisted that he learned how to dance. He was brought into the 21st century after all, and whether he liked it or not, Ikkaku would have to get with the time. What better way to get started than to learn how to dance the way these humans do. Dragging onto the dance floor Ikkaku promptly followed the instructions that the little cat demon was giving him. Left hand on shoulder blade, check; thank goodness that he was wearing a glove over his black claw to make things a bit comfortable for Maigo. The lone wolf, now drunk, stared at their hands clasping together; he looked confused at the sensation he was feeling in his gentle hand. She felt…soft…as she always felt like this? He even double checked by rubbing her hand gently with his thumb, “Soft…” he mumbled. Didn’t know though, but he was still caressing his thumb against her hand, it was strange realizing that she felt soft and warm; something that he..at all. Heart started to race, but he shook it off; it was the booze getting to him that was all...right? . Trying to stay focused Ikkaku followed the instructions given to him, holding their hands perfectly in the middle as she said. “Do we just stand like this then……is….this dancing?” His ears actually twitched and perked up, as if he was doing something right and wanted praise for it. Ikkaku…..wanting praise? Either he was drunk, or this was some sort of imposter trying to get close to the clan. Though the redden cheeks would prove that he was more or less tipsy to say the least, still swaying here and there but still trying to keep stable.

Minori Koroko
'Wow.' The ballroom was splendid. Everything was so pristine, and everything looked so...expensive. To say the blond felt slightly out of place would have been an understatement. She had never been to a place like this before...She had never been to such an elegant party like this one before either. Green orbs gazed around the room, watching some people already dancing, while others preferred chatting. The girl smiled, if only to try and calm herself, before her legs took a few tentative steps, her eyes looking for familiar faces. She couldn't shake off the feeling of being lost among so many people, the atmosphere a liiiiittle bit different to what she was used to...but, this was a time to celebrate, was it not? No need to feel so nervous! She was already here! And she had taken some time to choose her dress and all the necessary things for this party, so she might as well enjoy it. Aaand, it was Christmas! ... ... If only those words could help her. Minori bit her lower lip, hands fidgeting slightly with the skirt of her dress. Perhaps if she had a drink she could relax a little. Finding someone would be good as well.
And as she walked towards the table with the drinks, she spotted a familiar figure with a red dress. Her face brightened instantly, relief visible in her eyes. "Ame!" the blond hurried to her friend's side, a little, shaky sigh escaping her lips, followed by a sheepish laugh. "I finally found you! I was starting to panic," she giggled, brushing a lock of hair behind her ear. "This is a really nice place, huh?" she continued, her hand extending to take one of the cups in the table, taking it to her lips not long after. Oh wow...she had been just being hopeful when she said she expected the drink to calm her down...but, there was something in it, beside the fruity flavor, that made her forget about her discomfort for a second, and to focus on the strange 'something' in it. "Hey...Is there...Nah, nevermind. I am just a little bit nervous."
