Stella's attention was diverted as the music began to play. She looked curiously over at the jukebox, and jumped a bit when she heard Deadpool call out to her again.

She gave him an uneasy look when he offered her the puffs, gave the bag an uneasy look, then blushed and looked back up at him. "Thank you...I wish I could try them. But....I can't...I can't taste anything. Or consume them. It's....not one of my functions. I'm an....android of sorts..." she replied uneasily.

Lucas was simply watching everyone, sipping his coke, and then he looked fondly down at Alex.

"So, how've you been?" he asked her, a large smile on his face, as he watched Aiden sidle up to Roxy.

"Hi there, Miss," Aiden said cheerily to Roxy. "Can I get ya anything? Food, drink?"

C.J. looked around as he saw Deadpool. Shoot, that was a HUGE surprise! He was a major Deadpool fan in his universe, oftentimes in his friends' debate between Batman and Ironman, he would drop Deadpool in and it'd be a no-brainer. At least in his mind anyways. He stifled a laugh when Aiden got turned down for food and wine by one of Sapph's friends.

Steel looked at him a moment longer, then smiled. She had no idea who he was talking about, but...
"I...didn't think anyone would find it..."cool". We were just disposable machines back at Murder World."

The door opened up yet again, and this time a six-foot-tall, bipedal machine with what seemed to be a flashlight for a head walked in. As it turned out, the geth had been attracted by the mystical bolt of lightning that had reverted Lucas from his Captain Marvel state.

As Brigade didn't have a scent, and was pretty much entirely silent in its movements, Lucas did not notice the mobile platform yet as the machine's single ocular lens took note of every being there. The first being it actually focused on was Stella.

Synthetic organism. Organic parts in addition to synthetic parts. Cybernetic organism of unfamiliar technology. Primitive technology by geth standards, but still unfamiliar.

Arell overheard Deadpool jawing about Murder World. He thought over to a few of the adventures. Gotham alone gave him more close shaves than his shaving razor, one almost leading him and Aiden to something that could only be equivalent to Butch and Sundance staring down the Bolivian Army or he and the guys almost getting killed by Razolli, a mafioso hellbent on killing the guys. But he snapped out of the memories when Brigade appeared at his house.

"Hey, C.J. . . . hate t' interrupt yer tender moment wit' Misty o'er dere, but did you happen t' stock up on engine oil, wouldja?" the big Cajun asked, C.J. giving him a confused look which turned to surprise when the bipedal machine about his height was entering the party.

"Ho-ly . . . !" he and Dundee said in unison, surprised at the robot.

Stella smiled at him, rather glad that he seemed to...accept her. Her attention wandered over to the new robot as Deadpool began munching down on his Cheese Puffs.

Alex and Misty also glanced over at the newest arrival.

Lucas and Aiden, too, looked to the newest arrival. Brigade looked at every one of them, scanning them for threats and information on their bodies. Several of them seemed to have a mix of arachnid DNA of some kind, while two of them seemed to be augmented to human physical perfection-- or perhaps, beyond it. Still others appeared to be nothing more than ordinary organics, apart from the female with feline features.

There was a silence for several moments, before the geth spoke up: "Greetings. We are Brigade, a terminal of the geth. We traveled to this establishment upon noticing an inconsistency within the region's weather patterns: A single bolt of lightning. Atmospheric conditions should negate all possibility of such activity."


"Oh, uh... That was me," Lucas said, going over to Brigade and sticking out his hand. Brigade, having no idea what Lucas was doing, merely copied the movement, while the ocular lens took in Lucas' facial data and scanned for matches via a wireless uplink to the Internet.


"Scanning for facial recognition. Identity confirmed. You are Ellison, Lucas. Age: 24. Birthplace: Springdale, Arkansas, United States of America. Year of birth: REDACTED. Refreshing search. ERROR."

The synthetic paused for a moment. "Error in Internet timestamps. Conflicting dates abound for concurrent news sites. Last known time for mobile platform was 31 December, 2185, Alliance Standard Calendar. Recent news reports indicate current time as either 2011 or 2012. ERROR."


Lucas frowned a bit, and looked to the others. "The Multiversal Merge must have thrown all the dates and times for everyone out of whack," he said to everyone.
