Firstly, you still have to read the rules and sign it showing that you read it. As for the profiles, they are located here (Government Records). Just make a new topic and you're all set. :]

Is there anyway I could delete my current character and make a new one or could I edit my current one to make a new one?

If you want to delete your current character simply copy your characters profile and paste it in the Dead Characters thread that's in the Profiles section. That way we know you wish to kill that character off. Then you can create a new one. ^^

I will answer this that is only in the hunger games.you will not need to know that untill the next games begin and your character will have to be choosen as a tribute then there might be different rules for thirst and hunger by then.But right now for people in the games every day -25 hunger and thirst gets deducted out of 100 then you have to feed your character and give it water so its a way to keep people active in the games and if they dont they starve or dehydrate and die from it.

Should we edit the age of all our characters made before the games started? Meaning the adults.

I already did. ^^ If there is a little [125th AC] at the bottom of your profile under the added to census and face claim then I already changed your characters age.
I didn't do the Capitol yet though, I'm doing them now. :]
