`Chloe Sullivan` i was just watching Family matters and it was their last season and they had replaced Harriott, who was the mom for every season before that. and its just so weird I know. It seems like a series just dies after an actor replacement.

`Chloe Sullivan` I think it would for everyone. i mean could you imagine turinging on smallville and there being another Clark on there? It's not Clark... it's an evil Kryptonian clone created by Brainiac to destroy the Smallville series, so that the producer will order the fortress of solitude set obliterated and set Zod free... stare it all makes perfect sense... That would in one word be Murder to Smallville...

I dunno if it's the fact that I've developed an, er..cough, minor crush on heart Tom Welling heart or what, but I think he is an amazing actor. I believe anything he says on screen-probably to a fault. I doubt the people in charge would replace ( gonk ) him. 3nodding
Plus, if they did, they would have legions of rabid fangirls at their gates. With not so happy faces.

No matter if you think Tom Welling is a bad actor or not, there's no way they could replace him. I mean, it would be totally obvious that it was someone different. Imagine what the fans would be like. (well, we're the fans. I know we'd be in an uproar.) Can you imagine how many letters and complaints producers and writers, etc would be getting?!
But I do think that Tom is a good actor. There's no reason for them to have anyone else.

Leave Tom alone. >.< He's only done 6 eps of Guest Starring on Judging Amy before he got chosen for Smallville. Give him a break, he's already a very well developing actor.
He might not be a big, huge Hollywood movie star, but he's a good actor none the less.
So Tom will stay. :p
Although is he will ever put on those tights... He might change him mind later, but the series will probably end when Clark BECOMES Superman officially.

surprisingly i haven't posted on this thread before! wow, that's odd...
If they even started thinking about replacing tom i would be the #1 protester! I think he is fabulous and he is so handsome! 4laugh They should never ever replace him! Tom is clark forever in my opinion!
