My family calls me the crazy cat lady so I feel your loss very much, especially since I believe every animal is capable of a broken heart. I had recently lost my Gramp and my dog Meshu. (R.I.P. Pops & Meshu. You will always be missed.) The most traumatic was Meshu. It was just me and my brother at home when it happen and I had held her in my arms till her very last breath. She had passed because of a blood clot and it happened so quick because she was only three pounds... But I'm okay now and the loss plus the good times will always be carried in our hearts. heart
I was there for both of them, but with the female, Sassy, I was the only one there and I just didn't want to see her go and I think that she was fighting it because I was there, but it was just making it worse and I couldn't stand seeing her suffering like that... Though now she's with Simba and isn't in any more pain, but it just hurts to have lost them both within 10 days of each other... And they weren't even all that old crying I at least have a pictures of them. I had more, but the computer that had all the pictures of them crashed and I lost all of the stuff I had. Thankfully my parents had saved some pics to their facebook or I'd not have any of them. Sorry for venting, but it does help to just let it out and not hold it in. And you have my condolences.

You can vent all you want. We're in the same boat so it helps to have someone really understand. A couple years ago we had two cats that were best friends, Lacey and Scarlet. When Lacey died Scarlet would wander around the house crying and then she stopped eating. A week after Lacey's death Scarlet followed her friend over the Rainbow Bridge. Then I have two rottweilers, mom Zues and son Charlie, that are getting to those final last years and everyone in my family knows that when one goes the other with follow close behind.

Thank you smile And that same thing is just what I'm afraid of once my cats get older. They're all related and I'm just afraid once one goes that they all will. I know that's nature, life or whatever, but it's really hard losing them, since they're like family to me... I will really lose it once Raven goes. He's like my baby and I spoil him, give him everything and all that and I even let him lay on my lap, even if it's late at night, I'm in the livingroom on the chair and I'm nearly half asleep. I usually end up falling asleep with him on my lap. XD
And it's all right lol XD That's what the OOC is for, well maybe not. But you can talk about anything on here, within reason, so I think that we're good XD

He's an all black cat, all but a tiny little white patch on his chest ^^ He's got greenish yellow eyes, just like his mama, Friskie. I probably could be called a crazy cat-lady, since I have 9 cats. I used to have 13, but I lost one because of him getting sick and it was too late before we found out and I doubt that there was anything that could have been done for him... >.> Brandy, my first cat, she died a while back, though she was like 14 or so and had a nice long happy life. I mean I hope that she did, seeing as I spoiled her more than any of the cats I've had combined XD I could describ all the cats that I have/had, but that'd take a while to do and I don't want to bore you by rattling on so much XD

They sound all sooo cute! 4laugh Cats are just so adorable. All the cats my family has had since I was a baby have been somewhere around 22. I'm not sure if there were more than that. sweatdrop Kind of lost count. out of them all we still have 18... I think. Our oldest is 16, her names Simba.
Don't worry about boring me. You're more fun than the rps I have been joining lately. You get back to me while they don't.
I have pics of all my cats on my flash drive and I actually have a picture of Raven on Photobucket. I could show him to you that way? I'd have to upload the rest if you'd want to see them, but that'll only take a little to upload them online XD And I would have had about 20+ cats if not for finding homes for some of the kittens that we had XD I loved them all, though they were given to good homes. Although I wish that I'd have kept little Buttonz. She looked almost identical to Simba. There had to have been more than one father to the last litter, due to the kittnes looking like a few of the cats. I know they're related and all that, but I mean Buttonz look almost exactly like Simba, but she was a girl XD
All right ^^ I try my best to get back to people, seeing as I don't like to be ignored and I don't like ignoring others, unless there's a good reason for me to not want to talk to them XD And if you want, I could try to figure some way for you to come into the RP. I am thinking that you'd be best to jump into the Band of Misfits RP instead of the Den RP, since that one is coming to a close, but that's only because that RP has been going on for a couple years XD

Okay! I know how you feel when giving kittens to their new families. My mom sold two of my kittens, siblings to Milo and Amigo, when I was at school. I cried for days and was angry at my mom for some time before forgiving her.
As long as you don't get in trouble I'm down with starting Band of Misfits. I wouldn't want you to get in trouble at my expense.
I'll just PM the pics of my cats, so I don't flood this with pictures of all my cats XD Still need to upload those XD I was working on a reply to the Band of Misfits Rp in a word document. Just need to post it.
And I doubt that I'd get in trouble for you posting and I don't think that you would either. And I was thinking, perhaps, your character could know my character Ichimaru somehow? Ichimaru is kind of a bully, though he's having a bit of a turn around at the moment, so he may not be such a bully; maybe, though I'll just have to see how this goes. XD I wouldn't want to make him a complete softy, seeing how he was a killer before. I don't know what I'll do with him, though I can say this, if our characters do have some sort of connection, I can guarantee that Ichimaru wouldn't have been at all nice to Stryker. XD Since Ichimaru's a killer and a bully.

mmm... My brain is in overdrive right now. How about a month or two ago Stryker was at an inn getting a room for the night and Ichimaru (human form) staggered in exhausted and wounded. Being the way Stryker is he buys Ichimaru a room too. He replies along the lines of "I don't help from you shrimp!" but then takes the key card and heads to the room anyway. The next morning Stryker thought he might see Ichimaru again but never does until now as he travels thru the woods and hears the commotion going on. What do you think?
And that could work. And you could possibly have Stryker wandering through the woods and per chance he could have heard the yelling going on in the woods? I'm pretty sure that's where they all are XD Ichimaru's hurt, so he'll not be much of a threat to anyone right at the moment. He actually hurt himself when trying to fight one of the others that are there with him.
Oh, and to let you know, I'm going to be getting off in a little bit, so I'll have to talk more about it Monday. you can probably work on a reply until then and I'll be sure to get back to you then ^^
I felt kind of out of place reading that, considering I'm allergic to cats xD
I remember I got guinea pigs once, two of them. When the younger one died due to being taken away from her mother too soon, I remember we had to get another guinea pig. I remember that this was cause if we didn't, the one left would get lonely and stuff and die too, so we did, and they were happy o/ They both died anyway ; -; But uh, yeah, what I'm trying to say here, is that when an animal doesn't have another friend there, like with my guinea pigs, they get depressed and stuff and die too. Also, I feel kind of bad that I forgot their names QQ But I'm pretty sure the one that was taken away from her mother too soon was named Munchkin..... And now that I think about it I think the 2nd one was Angel.... I feel bad that I have no idea about the 3rd one ;- ;
Also, the reason the OOC isn't used much is because.... 1: It was made out of the blue by Zelici 2: We use OOC in the RP topic sometimes/a lot 3: I don't look in this topic a lot if you couldn't tell XD I'm so use to getting notifications for these things I don't think to look cat_sweatdrop 4: If we do do plotting, we use to use meebo to do it, but now that it's been taken away, well I personally haven't been doing much plotting with others here xD 5: I think it was somewhat of a good thing meebo was taken away because now it adds a bit more surprise and "What's going to happen next?" to the RP, because everyone has their own individual ideas. razz And yes, I know number 5 doesn't entirely count as a reason xD
Also, if we want to plot, I was thinking of, once the den RP's finished, making it into a book. This would be something I'd like to do myself, but if you guys who were involved in the RP want to help, I won't deny that right. Of course, I would have to go through all of it all over again, copying and pasting it to a word document or something in the process. Then once I get to the end, editing it so that the words flow smoothly and it's not like it was originally a RP. And perhaps taking out some parts of it, like when the old guild captain came back to the guild, and started god-moding. Though, I remember going back through the beginning of the RP before, sometime after that happened, and realizing he was god-moding back then too, I just didn't realize it. Getting back on topic, I'd be willing to do all of this work, and of course I'd be putting it in book format, so I'd be crediting everyone who participated in the RP. I'd probably just put as the other "Members of the Gaia Online Guild, Elementalist's Canine Pack" And then put the date the RP started and the date the RP ended after that....

Sweetheart, I regrettably can't let you join the main RP. It's nearing the end of it's run, so having new characters join in would be practically useless right now. Therefore, unless it's needed for the plot I can't let new characters join it. And I don't want anyone who hadn't RPed in the main RP before making a new character in it, because I don't feel it'd be right considering the RP's about to end.
