As part of a movement to create good service to our members, I am requesting that all crew members create a new office to be placed outside of The Lounge.
This should be done by: Febuary 29th.
Your office should be placed: In the Main Forum.
Your guild title should be: Vice Captain, Head of Moderators.
You should explain your ways of contact, job title, and any members working under your order.
Feel free to add anything else you wish, and to invite others to share their thoughts with you in your office.

Yes to both questions for the mean time.
As the Head Mod, I am instilling you with the ability to make the call on whether or not role plays should be moved.
Regular mods should be over the main role playing sub forums and message members if their role plays are inactive.
As the Head Mod, you'll be able to assign/reassign mods to forums and moderate over all other sub forums (that are NOT a role playing genre forum- Noodle Shop, Main Forum, Holiday Inn ect.). Also, you'll carry on with what should happen if role plays are dying/inactive.
Basically, you'll be the one mods answer to. I'm looking for a second regular moderator to make this all possible. How does that sound?

So... Senritsu-chan PMed me back once, asking for a bit of plot help. I sent her suggestions but never heard back. I'll PM her once more telling her I'm moving her role play into the Junkyard unless she decides to finish it before the end of February.
Also, Star's witch role play and the HP one will be moved soon, but I'll send her a PM first as a final warning.
Per Silent's request, Winged Ones has been moved to the Junkyard for now.

Alrighty, girls, I've added something to this department: XxLuinxX has been added to the crew as a Moderator (pending his accepting answer) and therefore, we can start enforcing some changes within this department. Firstly, I am releving minus infinity from her duties and title of Moderator. I know we all love and miss her, and I will gracously welcome her back with open arms if she so chooses to return to Gaia. She has been one two of my most loyal members of this guild. Her name will remain on the Crew list, but we are to no longer make references to her as a moderator. Second, now begins the reassigning of sub forums. Talon, please count how many sub forums there are, and the three of you will agree on who will recieve each sub forum. The only subforums that do NOT need a moderator are: Randomness (Star's sub forum), Miss Enmi Rose (privatly owned sub forum) The Noodle Shop, Junkyard, and the Holiday Inn. I would like that the role playing sub forums be split between Luin and Ice, and that Talon over see the two moderators, as well as the Main Forum. *takes a breath before explaining new rules* Okay, so once everyone is all settled into their new places, we should all be aware of a few dates. Just like HR has deadlines, Moderators shall have deadlines as well. On the 20th of each month, each of the two Moderators will report to the head of Moderators a list of role plays that have been inactive since the begining of the month. Along with this list, each Moderator will also accompany a note dicating that they have private messaged the owners of said role plays about the inactivness of their threads. (I will contruct an actual generic post to send in these private messages within a few days.) After this, one of two things will happen: -If the member replies to the PM, then the Head of Moderators will then determine what should be done with the role play. Talon, if you have any questions about what you think you should do, just let me know. But I am trusting you to act within good concious. -If the member does not reply to the private message by the last day of the month, the Moderators will report back to the Head of Moderators, noting that the member has not responded yet. From there, the Head of Moderators and Human Resources will speak with me, in which case we will decide what will happen. Shifting gears a little, when there are role plays inside the sub forums that have two threads (ie. One thread for the role play, a seperate thread for profiles/OOC) then the Moderator of said sub forum will STICKY the thread pertaining to profiles or OOC. The actual role play shall remain a normal thread. Any disruptive/immature/or foul behavior being displayed by a member should be dealt with immediatly. Though I have not had to encounter this in the guild before, its always nice to be prepared. In the case of an unruly member, the Moderator of the sub forum (or any forum, for that matter) will LOCK the thread in which the activity is occuring. From there, they will PM the member (with yet another generic post I'll make up soon) and alert the Head of Moderators of the situation. If a compromise is reached at the Member-Moderator level, then the thread can then be unlocked and peace restored. If the member wishes to continue their behavior, or an agreement is not reached on the Member-Moderator level, the Moderator will PM the Head of Moderators immediatly. From there, the Moderator will inform the Member that they are being passed on to a higher ranking crew member and the Moderator is to cease communication with the Member. Once the Member-HM (Head Moderator) level is reached, the HM will confront the Member in a non agressive manner and try to solve to situation to the best of their abilities. They will also notify HR of the situaton. If the situation needs to reach another level, the HM may at that time pass the Member on to HR or the Captain. I think that's all I have at the moment, of course I will alert all of you of any changes that I make. Talon, feel free to copy-pasta this information and post it somewhere and in a fashion you see fit for your team. Quote for questions/comment/concerns, I should be floating around....

I pm'd elphy about her seeking a fortune roleplay. She responded, and posted. But the last post, which is hers, was on January 23rd. So it's not really her fault, but waiting on.. The other person. if that makes sense. What do YOU think I should do? =o Oh and another person hasn't responded to my pm about her roleplays

I hate to see infinity's name dropped, but I guess it must be so. Spaniard, I've read what you said very carefully and will indeed post it somewhere in both offices for me to reference. Well, I'll post the pertinent stuff in the Main Forum, such as the moderator change and such. Anyway, on to the subforums redistribution:
Seven sub forums:
Fantasy Romance Science Fiction Series-Based Horror / Mystery One x One Institution
Okay, so that's seven between two people. I'll divide them according to activity.
Group A Fantasy Horror / Mystery Romance Series
Group B Science Fiction One x one Institution
Group A has one very active sub forum (Fantasy), along with three other quiet ones. Group B has a fairly active one (Science Fiction), along with another fairly active one (One x One), and a quieter one.
Ice, Luin, please discuss among yourselves who will be willing to take on which. Don't forget that I'll be regularly checking the subforums myself, and you're always free to ask me for help. And if you'd like to divide the subforums up in a different way, that's fine as well. Present all ideas to me and receive my go-ahead before taking action on anything.
Please quote me in this thread if you have any questions. :3

Okay, I see what the problem is. Sindrellia is a mother to a toddler, and I'm pretty sure she works, too. I've talked to her before about activity, though if she's so hard on time, I don't see why she thought it would be okay to start a one x one, which is extremely dependent on all its members. I checked her profile and noticed she has logged in today, and she's been posting quite a bit... When did you PM her? Back in January? If so, I'm going to have to talk to Spaniard and Silent about this, seeing as I can't force her to post, nor respond. If you've only PMed her more recently, well, that changes things a bit. If you've PMed her within the last half of February, I'll send her a PM. If she does not respond by the twentieth of this month, I'll look further into the situation.
