Masaraku's words hit home. She spoke truth. He was the strongest and the pain was all in his head. He glanced over at Tenshi who had long since finished his task and was now waiting on him. He could see Mizurio struggling on pressing the button at the right time. A deep sigh escaped his lips as he continued up, her words and his pride carrying him up the side of the wall.  The words were nice, but trusting Mizuiro's head was like trusting an avalanche to not kill you! But he decided to try and think some more, count the doors opening and closing times, and then figuring out when to push the button, and when to not push it.  Mizuiro was now sure he could push another button now. He watched and waited for the right moment, making sure not to screw his finger up even more now. He got himself into position, concentrated as hard as he could, but not too hard, didn't want a headache. He then pushed the button just the door opened up, and then it closed permanently.  Mizuiro was confident in himself, and his ability to push these buttons. It didn't see much of a challenge, but for some reason it really was one. This was kind of stupid how hard it actually was, how his finger kept on getting jammed, or even twisted up. He was now starting to over thing stuff, like how damaged his fingers could really get. Now with his confidence wavering due to his on over thinking, Mizuiro wasn't sure he could do this now. He looked at the buttons, but it just seemed far too much. Risks were meant to happen on missions, especially as they got harder. Maybe Mizuiro wasn't scared of these buttons at all, no, it was the greater picture. Mizuiro decided to get back into focus, stop thinking, it was slowing him down, making him fail. He realized he had to keep his mind at the task at hand and forget everything else.  Mizuiro looked at the buttons, watched the doors open and shut, this task was hard on the brain and on his fingers. He realized that he can do this, he can push all these buttons, and complete his task! He had too, or else he would fail himself, and others. Watching it shut, he waited for the right moment, just at it was opening, he pushed the button, and it instantly closed again. He got it, just five more and he would be finished.  Mizuiro decided to just push the next one, he felt he knew exactly how to do it, so he just tried to push the next button right away. Problem was, his finger got jammed, and he felt the full pressure of the door for the first time. it was not something you should ever feel in your life. It wasn't pleasant in the slightest. He didn't resist, he just wanted for the door to release, and he quickly drew his finger back. He blew on it a few times, and realised it was just bleeding a little, the bone wasn't broken, which was good.Hit the button at EXACTLY the right time. Mizuiro was still tending to his finger, wrapping it up a bit, to stop the bleeding, and then making sure he could bend it, and just use it for the pushing of the buttons. Once the bleeding stopped it seemed to be fine to use, and that cheered Mizuiro up, but he knew he had to concentrate more.

Mizuiro's focus was becoming greater with each failure. Which must mean he was learning a lot. This was a good sign, not just for himself, but for his team. He would take everything far more seriously out in the real world. This task was nothing compared to what it was to be a genin, chuunin, jounin, or even a kage! He knew he had to drive himself harder!
He pushed the next button at the right time, making it seem effortless, but there was effort, but now he didn't need to show it. He was still struggling with his own thoughts, but he was more focused at the task right now.

His focus was cutting through the air, but not with his mind, but with the finger he was pushing the buttons with, he was jabbing the air, getting more focused, more accurate. He looked at the opening and closing doors, and just naturally knew when to strike. He struck the button quickly and efficiently. He was starting to really get the hang of it, heck he was starting to like just striking with one finger, he wondered if there was some of technique like this.

Mizuiro couldn't stop, he was in control of himself, of the doors to the buttons, to when he would strike! He felt invigorated by the share fact that he wasn't failing to strike a button now, he might be getting too cocky, but he was smirking. He felt good about himself as he struck his eighth button! It was really good, he was now far more into this training, but he tried to remain focused, not letting himself get into trouble with his own thoughts.Hit the button at EXACTLY the right time. Mizuiro was jumping now, he was getting pumped, and ready to strike yet another button, and then it would be one more to go. He focused his mind, getting himself ready, he loosened up a bit, and then took on a stance and had his finger at the ready. He watched the door, it closed, and then just as it began to open, he struck the button. The door closed shut permanently like all the others before it. This was good, Mizuiro was almost finished he was ready to get that key, he wanted it a lot now.

Mizuiro wanted that key, he was now losing focus on the buttons, and more thinking about the prize at the end. This was not good, Mizuiro was going backwards again, and he would find out the hard way why loosing focus was bad. He tried to strike the last button, but had to flinch as the door almost crushed his finger yet again. He realised his mistake, and tried again.Hit the button at EXACTLY the right time. The last button was waiting to be pushed, and that was all Mizuiro had to focus on right now, was that one button. It was the current objective, nothing else mattered. He watched the door, like every other time, open and close. He realised the repetitiveness, but shook it off. That didn't matter anymore, it was finally going to end, he could finally get to the key.
He pushed the final button when the chance came, and the final button door closed. The main door now opened, and the key was there for the taking.
