Personality: Grantes is... Erratic. One second he'll be your kindest teddy bear that loves to cuddle with you and two seconds later, he'll probably be the one who wants to kill anything that wants to cuddle you. He's loud, mostly idiotic and insane and spouts at least a hundred topics of comeplte and utter nonsense every single day of his miserable life. He does however have a 'Sane' side when he's near a kitchen, cooking or reading. The rest however is his usual senseless yet amusing self. He's fiercely protective of his lady friends and absolutely deadly when any of his comrades are threatened.

Magic: Chrono Shift- Grantes uses Time Magic to enhance his deadly swordsmanship. Two particular techniques are known about him. The first is Backtrack which is a partially shady branch of magic. Basically, he visualizes an attack about two to three seconds just before it hits him. This may or may not backfire on him though. The second is his Time Walk which makes him move ten times faster than the normal human being. The result is a super slow motion world for three to ten seconds. After that, he shifts into a catatonic state for the same amount of time he spent moving through time. Both these moves are potentially deadly in a sense that he's rendered immobile for the duration of the aftereffects of his magic. These effects however can be reduced by his twin Diffusal Blades that channel magical power to accelerate his body and 'Dampen' the aftereffects partially but not completely. Time Lock is another technique that 'Locks' a victim in time for a period. Time Dash is basically twice as potent as Time Walk and cannot be dampened by his Diffusal Blades. His ultimate and not to mention, potentially hazardous technique would be Chronosphere which basically locks everything in time except those he considers allies for the next five seconds within a very wide area. After the technique is done, he simply faints and goes into a coma for an undisclosed and unpredictable period of time ranging from days to even months. In his lifetime, he's only used the technique twice and woke up a month later.

Diffusal Blade Combustion- Grantes' twin swords are capable of 'Slicing Through' magical spells and absorbing magical power through his victim's blood. The absorbed power can be used to create Time Flames which are basically flames that never seem to burn out for at least a day or two unless they're affected by another Time Mage or eaten by a Fire Dragon Slayer or controlled by another Flame Mage. The stored magic can also be used to dampen the aftereffects of using Time Magic such as reducing Time Shift's downtime by two seconds or his technique called Time Lock which holds anything in place for two to five seconds but makes him revert into a catatonic state for twice as long as he made an object stop in time.

History: Grantes was raised by a tribe of warmongering Time Mages and trained to be a master swordsman since birth. He received his twin Diffusal Blades when he reached thirteen and trained on for the next two years. After that time, he joined a Mercenary Guild and worked for them for about five or six years until they were wiped out by a Dark Guild. Fueled by revenge and a deep hatred for Dark Guilds, Grantes wandered the land searching for his guild's killers and eventually wound up in Fairy Tail's doorsteps. After Master Makarov's first offer, he agreed to join as an unofficial member, doing jobs that were inherently difficult, fixing and arranging them in such a manner that they wouldn't be so dangerous when the Fairy Tail mainstays did the quest. He received ten percent of the rewards gained and this worked for him until he reached twenty five. By then, he joined the guild as a formal member and created a reputation for being a happy go lucky Sword Mage that usually worked alone.

Guild: Former Crimson Dawn Class A member (wiped out by a Dark Guild. He's the only one left) and current Fairy Tail Class B Member (he takes the hard jobs which are hard to come by)

Team: Independent (None so far since nobody seemed to asked him yet.)

Other: His swords can talk... Well, in a sense. They're mostly reflections of what Grantes' true personality (the one BEFORE his first guild was wiped out) and talks when they're shining. He has a deep, unexplainable dislike and annoying Kill First Mentality when he sees purple reptiles. He also knows a bit of archery but it's just enough to get him by with hunting and such and still relies on acrobatics, hand to hand combat and peerless swordsmanship that rivals Erza herself. He also keeps his old Crimson Dawn Class A member sword as a keepsake.
