Kunesume2 Ana Helios They don't rank up, they were made near the end of the arc. Before the Second Stage of the arc... Eh...whatever. I saw a few of them stating they didn't fit the requirements so...it's only right to assume.

Depends on the day their profiles were accepted, I know for sure that the last four were around before the inital start of the arc.

Yea, I made my character about a week or so ago. I doubt I'll be considered Chuunin, Dainar and Capri made their characters a bit before me. I remember seeing Nara Girl and Jay made around the same time as me.
