To find herself being caught instead of making her mark with the lionsault came as a shock to Phoenix. She had wanted to have enough of an effect that would allow her to move on to the next level but Landry had seen to it that her plans be delayed further. Phoenixfire was furious with her failure and once she was able to free herself from Landry's grasp and get to her feet, she would attempt to kick him squarely in the ribs. All she wanted was to leave Landry in her dust for the moment and the freedom to progress to the next part of the cage.

Landry had the distinct feeling he'd been tricked after that stiff shot to the ribs after only trying to cushion the impact for Athena from her Lionsault. He rolled to his sides, cursing his gullability as Athena was making a break for the next level.

Chrono was half way though the second part of the cage when he saw Athena hit that lionsault, and the subsequent kick following 'That's my girl' he said smoothly as he paused for a moment. He looked at Brantley who was still down from Chrono's kick to his stomach prior. He smirked as he then started to near the ladder for the third cage.

Phoenixfire wasted no time in hovering over the injured Landry and began to approach the ladder that led to the second level of the cage. She wasn't going to stay down here and wait for someone to recover so she could fend them off and allow her husband to win that easily. Phoenix was bound and determined to make it to the top of that cage.

Mike gut up gingerly, watching the two climb the ladder and get further and further out of reach was not ideal, so he forced himself to stand and pursue, climbing the ladder as well.

Brantley was able to pull himself up to his feet as he went to the ladder himself. Adrenaline started to kick in as he began to climb the ladder himself. Brantley was thinking of what he could do to slow Chrono down when he got an idea. But for now, Brantley would wait to kick his plan into action. He would just climb hoping to catch up.

Arriving at the third cage, Chrono smirked. The top prize in WWE:E, the Undisputed Championship within his grasp, his task now of course was to grab the title and bring it down and exit the cage with it. However... He had other plans, he grabbed the title and put it around his waist as he then proceeded to climb to the top of the cage.

Brantley would keep climbing as he saw Chrono actually put his belt on. He was furious at the idea of Chrono's ego and it made him climb as fast as he could. He tried to get to the second cage but these cages were pretty massive. He kept trying to climb as quickly as possible. He needed to get to that second cage quickly enough to actually cause a disruption.

Phoenixfire had delayed only a moment once she got to the second part of the cage, forcing herself to keep track of Landry. Her husband was capable of handling Summers but her responsibility was now to ensure Landry wouldn't be someone Chrono had to worry about. Phoenix allowed Summers to keep on climbing in pursuit of her husband but her sights were on her son's father, allowing her earlier promise to fall by the wayside.

Brantley would keep climbing as still watching Chrono as Phoenixfire apparently didn't care if Brantley could make it to her husband. He finally got to the second cage and started to climb up the ladder there.

Chrono who was now at the top of the cage sat down cross legged in an arrogant matter. Of course he could simply exit the cage and plow through the competition but where would be the fun in that. Still wearing the Undisputed title, Chrono waited...

To say that Landry was losing control of his temper would be accurate. He trusted Athena, but it seemed he couldn't do that anymore. Somehow he needed to incapacitate her without injuring her and impeding his progress to get to Chrono. In the middle of the second cage, and Summers passing him by but Athena standing in his way. There was no major problem with Chrono having the belt, as long as he didn't pass him back on the way DOWN the cage.
Mike approached Athena, holding his right hand out as if to keep her at distance and move her aside gently.

Phoenixfire had begun to approach Landry as he entered the second level of the cage, only to find herself being brushed aside as he made his way to the ladder to level three. She didn't find it necessary to offer up resistance this time but chose to save her energies to pursue Landry once he began his ascent through the third cage and up onto the top where her husband waited for the three below him.

Landry kept his eyes on Athena as he began to ascend to the top of the cage, knowing that either up or down, everyone had some sort of thought on their mind to stop him.

Phoenixfire paused in the midst of her pursuit, having changed her mind and backtrack her way down the ladder. It was too easy to simply follow Landry and wait for some cataclysmic showdown to occur on the roof of the third cage but the idea in her head seemed to make her point much more effectively. Phoenix paused only for a moment to ensure the ladder was firmly within her grasp before shaking it slightly and forcing it to sway to the left, intent on causing its lone occupant to fall instead of progressing onward.
