Alex couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched, so he went inside the school. Ase he was walking towards his locker a figure came up behind him. Alex quickly switched out his bag for one he had hidden in the locker.
"So you can come to school when you want to."
Alex turned around to see a girl. "Hello Rebbecca.... I do not plan on staying long... and look on the bright side. With me out of the way You just might become the top of the Class." He said to her with a smile, and she rolled her eyes at him.
"If you keep this up, they will expel you." She told him.
"Well looks like it will work out for you in the end anyway so see yeah around." Alex said before walking off. He then went into one of the science labs. He had made sure that no one had seen him enter. Alex looked through a few of the cabinets in the room, gathering everything that he needed, he put on a pair of gloves as he begun to mix up all the chemicals needed to make a stink bomb. He felt that his usual method of escape would not work this time so he needed to set a few things up. Alex would use an harmless chemical reaction to spread his stink bomb. Alex left the room after hiding everything, once again being sure not to be seen. He checked his watch before. Alex had hid the bomb in one of the air vents so that the stink would spread though out the school.
After some time had passed Alex re-checked his watch while hiding in one of the boys restroom stalls, once the timer ran down a loud bang could be heard all over the school; and as a greenish smoke came from the vents along with the foulest stench anyone had ever smelled filled the entire school. Alex then exited with the crowd. He then went to the back of the building where he had hidden a spare bike, he then got on and rode off. Leaving the school with a smile on his face.

 Selina nodded to Tim and returned her husbands smile. She walked over to him and rested a hand on his shoulder, she cast a glance at the sample he'd been looking at and frowned. "Long night, sweet?"

 Tim took some time to check out the area. It was a bit odd, being assigned to follow around his own brother, but hanging around the academy gave him nostalgia.... and from what Bruce said he was getting curious as to what Alex was up to as well, during the time he should be in class.
The disturbance at the school immediately drew Tim's attention. He returned to his own motorcycle and held a hand to the side of his helmet. After scanning the identification of several hundred students whom were all making faces, holding their noses and coughing like mad, Tim revved up his motorcycle and started searching around the building, checking other exits and groups of kids crowded around the school. That's when he received a lock on Alex. The teen was moving to the back of the school instead of the front where he locked up his bike earlier that morning. Tim kept his distance as he watched his brother ride away from the school.

Haley blinked, holding a cheerio close to her face. She pulled her hand down to stick her tongue out back at him.
Once she was done with her son's hair, Steph patted his shoulders.
"You should really have breakfast."
Nevertheless, she walked to the fridge and pulled Max's made lunch from the door. Steph held it out for him to take.

Smirking, for a 2 year old, he had to admit Haley was quite funny. Shrugging it off, what was so important about breakfast other then the generic.
"Whhhy?" Max complained. He knew the answer, but grabbed the lunch. Taking a second to hug his mom good bye, he ran out the door. Grabbing his bike, he rode his bike to Gotham Academy.

Steph hugged her son back as she shook her head with a sigh.
"Have a good day, Max."
Haley went back to her cheerios after Max left for school.

Alex smiled as he rode off. He knew that they would have to cancel school for a day or two just to get the smell out, so he didn't have to worry about school for a few days. Alex then turned off in an alley; he was in one of the safer parts of Gotham so he wasn't to worried about anything happening. Alex stopped once he came across a fire escape. He gets off his bike and leans it on the wall, then use the fire escape to make his way to the roof of the building. There was a door that lead to the inside of the building, that Alex walked up to; he entered the code to the digital lock and walked it. Alex walked down the stairs and over to another door and unlocked it leading to another room. Alex had rented the place to use it as his work shop. His parents didn't want him to get mixed up in their private lives, so he had to have a private life of his own, after all it was only fair... or that was what he thought anyways. Alex knew that he couldn't play hero at night... not when your Father was the greatest detective in the world pretty much.
Alex walked over to a closet and pulled out what looked like a cyber ninja suit. After checking the gear out to make sure everything looked normal, he put it on and begun to check list to make sure everything was working properly. Alex had been doing this kind of thing for a few years now, but he thought he could get more time in by also patrolling during school hours. Alex then entered a code on a near by wall and it opened up. He started to load himself up with all the gear he would need.

 Bruce let out a light sigh. "Yes.." He said to Selina before smiling and hugging her. "How are you doing this morning?" He asked.

Tim watched Alex ascend and disappear onto the roof. He parked about half a block from the building, not being very conspicuous among the other Gotham vehicles along the curb. From this point he took even greater caution as he followed Alex up. By the time he reached the roof, the door Alex had used closed. Tim initiated the 'bio-reading' setting to his helmet, and searched for Alex in that fashion. Taking a crouch on the roof and looking down into the building, he found Alex once again, descending the stairway and going through another couple of doorways. Now Tim was extremely curious. What could Alex be up to..?

 Alex then placed make on his face. His whole suit was of his own design, but he did get the stuff to make it from his father.... with out him knowing of course. Once Alex was ready he made his way back to the roof of the building.

Tim was unsure of which way his brother would go once he reached the top of the building... so he made his way back down the fire escape and casually leaned against the wall of the building. He crossed his arms and looked back to see where Alex was through his helmet's sensors.

Alex walked to the center of the roof and looked around. "Which way..." He said out loud. before walking to the edge of the building. He peered out at the city. Alex then stopped and look back. He scanned the roof one more time. "You can come out now." He said loud enough for Tim to hear him. Alex knew that someone had been following him, but he didn't know who just yet.

Tim sighed. He should have figured Alex would know he was being followed. By the sound of it, his brother didn't know by whom. Tim worked his way back up the fire escape and hopped over onto the roof again, facing Alex directly from across the structure.
"You're definitely your father's son."
Tim chuckled. He wasn't sure if Alex would catch who he was right away, from how he was dressed and the fact that the motorcycle helmet hid his face.

Alex looked at the figure that stood before him. At first glance he didn't know just who it was, but his voice and photo recognition software that was in his mask began to go to work. After a few seconds had passed a match pulled up and a name was shown above the head of the figure. "Tim... is that you?" Alex asked, relaxing just a little bit. "I have to say, the new look is very you." He said to him and if you could see through his mask you would be able to see him smile. "I can't believe our father would have sent you to tail me.... there is no trust in the family when it comes to privacy."

"Tell me about it."
Tim approached from across the rooftop. From The way Alex responded, he wasn't actually doing anything... 'illegal'.... though Tim wasn't suspecting such a thing of him in the first place. The kid had a strong moral sense. Tim crossed his arms, but his voice remained calm and more than anything, curious.
"So...what are you doing, exactly?"
